UFC 91: Couture vs. Lesnar wins this for me. Every fight was aired, and only one fight was left in the judges' hands... and that one fight was still Fight of the Night.

But yeah... the show had everything. Jeremy Stephens connected with one of the prettiest uppercuts I've ever seen, Dustin Hazelett applied one of the sickest armbars ever, Gonzaga killed his opponent, and there were three fights finished with a Rear Naked Choke. Awesome undercard.

Oh, and not to mention the main event... "The Biggest Fight in UFC History" as it was billed. And the fight lived up to the hype. The first round was amazing. Couture, at age forty five, was still able to show his heart and determination by getting out of the predicaments he got out of. Some people would even make the argument that he won the first round (I'm not one of those people, but I see where they're coming from). And then come the second round, Couture keeps doing well defending the takedown, but then gets caught. Thus, making Brock Lesnar the new Heavyweight Champion.

All in all it was just a historic night for the UFC. It made a ton of money, and everyone got their money's worth that evening.

Honorable mention goes to UFC Fight for the Troops and WEC 34: Faber vs. Pulver.
