Should WWE Start Doing "Weigh-Ins" Like Boxing?

Weigh ins? Nah.

But!!!! Press conferences for PPV's... HELL YES!! They should 100% take that idea from Boxing/UFC and could even show it on the WWE network on a Saturday before the PPV.

The reason why they should have the press conference is because it gives it that realism factor and could also be a good way to advance a storyline and hell they could get a little PPV sale boost. WWE should 100% have press conferences on the WWE Network in 2012 along with WWE PPV preshows like Heat back in the old days.

That makes very little sense...

In boxing there are weight restrictions on division, hence the weigh-in concept. They happen near, or the day of the big fight and they're both a publicity stunt and to make sure both guys are within their weight class for the fight.

In pro wrestling you have the Big Show vs. Rey Mysterio... The only reason I could see this making any sense is in TNA for the X-Division matches, now that there's a weight limit on competitors. It would be kind of cool to see somebody bigger try to work down and finally make the weight to fight for the title at a big PPV. That would be pretty cool...
