Cesaro's momentum has been killed so badly by being forced to job that I can no longer take him seriously as a solo performer. He's pretty much the more threatening Heath Slater. Even Kane seems more dangerous right now. Tyson Kidd...has been booked very oddly. Sometimes he's just an accessory for his wife, other times it seems like he's getting a push, but generally...he's just there. WWE doesn't seem to know what to do with him, which is a shame because he is really talented.
When both emerged as Tag Team competitors in a failed bid to be the #1 contender, I was amused. But oddly, I thought they worked incredibly well together. Their part in the match was the highlight. While it's a step back for poor Cesaro from where he was at earlier in the year, I believe this might be the only way for Cesaro to really have a comeback. It also gives Kidd something more to do other than posture in front of his wife- God, will they kill that awful angle?
So I'm hopeful as long as the team doesn't continue to be the jobbers. Yet I kind of wonder if the tag team division has suddenly become too full. With the Ascension arriving, I don't see how Cesaro and Kidd can be anything but jobbers for whomever is fed to the Ascension. In a way, they'd likely become the next Ryback/Axel. But Ryback has had a comeback, so...what do you think? For this team? Against it? Who should they feud with? Or should it just be a temporary thing while the Tag Team division tries to get back on its feet?
