WWE.com's announcement simply said he "wasn't scheduled" to appear. It didn't assert that he definitely won't appear or that something isn't getting worked out. So the subsequent threads on WZ stating that he definitely won't appear now are incorrect. Nothing's been confirmed either way, despite what some posters may try to have you believe. Truth is, none of us can possibly know, but if I had to guess, I don't know why Shaq would keep stating that he's going to appear- why would he make it up, how would that benefit him? I think he'll be there in some capacity.
