King Patrick Star
K. O. T. R. 2007 - Team Undisputed
I want to rant about something that people I know personally won’t care about. I figured, since it’s Wrestling related and video game related, a few of you might relate.
I broke out Smackdown vs. Raw 2007 a few weeks back and decided to play a match or two with my son. It’s the only game I have with Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit. Anyway, so we play a match, nothing serious or anything, and I end up losing. I immediately remembered that I have a perfect record saved in the game. I think I’m 200+ and 0. I did not save the game after the match.
So we go into our rematch. Different Superstars and a different arena. This time, I win. This time I saved the match thinking it was going to save the win, but not save the loss from the previous game…dumb move. I go to the “Locker Room” just to double check my record after the fact and there it was. A big 1 in the Loss column. I know it’s not a big deal. I know I shouldn’t go back and redo everything I accomplished since 2006. I know it would be a ridiculous waste of time. I remember how hard it was to win the Money In The Bank ladder match. I just can’t help but feel an emptiness inside like it was all for nothing.
Now put yourself in the situation.
Has something similar to this happen to you??
Do you have OCD like me??
Would you delete the SvR 07 file and start over??
Is there any way possible for me to delete just that one day, 11-11-11, on my XBOX??
