Round 1: Duke Nukem vs. Raphael

Round One

Hot-headed. Reckless. Tough-talking. Full of attitude. All these terms and more could indeed apply to both of the competitors in this bout. Duke Nukem has power and weapons galore at his disposal, but he's up against the highly trained hero in a half-shell, Raphael. Will the King claim his throne, or will the Ninja be able to use his stealth and sais to his advantage and take out Duke?

Duke may be a total badass, but Raph ain't no princess neither. They both have killer weapons, but our TMNT has that shell that can be used for D fence, while Duke's only defense is powerful offense. Raphael avoids Nukem's shots with his agility & shell, and comes in for the finish with his Sai's. Raphael wins!

That shell isn't going to protect him from much in Duke's arsenal is it? Bullets put armoured knights wearing plate steel out of buisness because they went right through them. Turtle shell < steel.

Raphael avoids Nukem's shots with his agility & shell, and comes in for the finish with his Sai's. Raphael wins!

Sadly for Raph, bullets move far faster than turtles. At the end of the day Duke has guns, Raph has sais. Doesn't matter if Raph's a ninja badass enough to save the president if he gets pumped full of lead.

Raphael is a pretty speedy and smart guy, and has incredible skill with his sais. He's light on his feet and strong in the arm, but in the end he'd fall to the sheer size of Duke's arsenal. The thing about Duke is that he doesn't just have traditional weaponry. As explained in my HQ thread, Duke can use laser trip mines to plant cunning traps, a shrink ray to make Raph a tiny turtle, and even a freeze ray to stop him in his tracks. Even a hard shell won't be able to protect you from Duke's mighty foot if you're an inch tall.

Raph can dodge Duke's pistol and shotgun, and could probably even disarm him a few times, but in the end the variety of weapons Duke possesses will be too much for the hero in a half-shell.

Duke Nukem is an icon to 1990's PC gaming. He was everything men wanted to be, the man women wanted. Hail to the King baby, Duke can bench press 600 pounds. The Duke has faced giant 3 titty monsters, Angry 500 foot Rocket toting Cyclopes, and a mothership filled with baddies.

Rapheal is a talented ninja turtle, perhaps the best fighter out of the four TMNT's but this simply isn't the fair fight. It has been said many times that the ninjas are akways at their strongest when they're working together. Seeing as it is Raphael alone, he won't stand a chance against the King, Duke.

Duke has a gun and they make bullets that can go through steal so for poor Rapheal he will become turtle soup.

No matter how skilled Ralphy may be he is no match for a gun and even Master Splinter would tell him he stands no chance at all. So good buy to you Ralphy and say hello to a soup bowl and a soup spoon.

Duke takes this with out a shadow of a doubt.

Raph would get in close dis-arm Duke, and turn this fight into some hand to hand combat where Ralph has a clear advantage, this is where his Olympic level speed, strength, agility would come into play, Raph is also a master of Ninjitsu, Kobudo, & stealth, as well as offensive & defensive skill of the twin sai, it'd only be a matter of time before Raph sticks Duke several times with his sai...or break his neck, which ever, either way Raph wins.
