Report: Pennsylvania Inmate Trying To Sue WWE & Natalya???

This is one of the more bizarre reports I've read in quite a while, so much to the point that it makes me wonder if the person allegedly filing this suit is mentally stable.

According to PWInsider.com, Christopher Donnelly has filed a lawsuit against WWE Natalya, legal name Natalie Katherine Neidhart. Donnelly actually made several pages of hand written filings that allege Natalya is....wait for it..........an evil dominatrix who abused him physically, mentally and emotionally from 2005 to 2009.

Donnelly alleges that Natalya also physically aborted his child, beat him numerous times at various hotels across the country, used various obscenities such as "this is my dungeon, you little bitch" and various other "naughty acts." He's claiming that Natalya forced him to prostitute himself and wants $250,000 in damages for mental and psychological trauma. The report mentions he misspelled psychological. He says that if he doesn't receive compensation through the lawsuit, he's threatened to take the complaint to a higher court and to the media. On July 7th, however, a judge in Florida wrote that the filing was filled with delusional language and went on to dismiss the lawsuit on several grounds.

I honestly have no idea if this guy genuinely believes that these things are true or if he's doing it simply for lack of anything more productive to do with himself. If he genuinely, 100% believes it, then he needs to be in a psych ward under supervised medication. I'd love to be able to read the whole transcript of what this guy wrote just out of sheer morbid curiosity.

The claims are very far-fetched, and are probably 95% false, but I think what he's trying to say is that Jack Hammer's complete dismissal of the claims without any evidence is close-minded.

I would think that the judge dismissing the lawsuit on 'several grounds' might be a reason for anyone else to dismiss these claims as well.

We don't know her. Who are we to say how she is in the bedroom? It's not out of the realm of possibility that someone would be like that. Hell it's not out of the realm of possibility that it could be a fetish that Tyson likes.

Imo, this person himself is physiologically disturbed, and is in need of help. The fact the judge tossed this lawsuit speaks volumes. He better be careful, he might up on the wrong side of a counter lawsuit.

This guy must be a fruitcake if he is having fantasies about Natalya.

Now, if he had them about Summer Rae, Paige or AJ Lee (like I do), then I would find this story more believable. But then, I wouldn't be complaining about it, either!

With Tyson being at home, healing up from injury for a while during his WWE tenure, I could see this being "true" (although probably not likely at all). Nattie could have had a "road slave" while traveling without her husband, although it does seem out of character. Then again, I know absolutely nothing about her, or what she likes to do in her private life (just like everyone else here). However, who would have believed that Chris Benoit would do what he did? Stranger things have happened in the world of pro wrestling, although I still think these allegations are absolutely absurd - and most likely false.

We'll probably see a counter-suit from Nattie, citing "defamation of character". I hope this litigation and red tape doesn't end up getting Nattie fired from the WWE, although it's possible she might. The WWE wouldn't want something like this on their "permanent record", even if it ends up being completely false (which it most likely is). To me, this guy sounds like a gold-digger, and a complete nut-bag. It made me laugh when I read the guy misspelled "psychological", and I agree with Pedigree1: I can't wait to see a photo of this weirdo. To be honest, this entire thread made me laugh. Something like this is just tabloid fodder, although the guy threatening to go to the media is a bit of a joke. It's not like Nattie is that big of a star; it would be a much bigger deal if he was accusing Lindsay Lohan or Paris Hilton, or someone along those lines. I'd be surprised if we hear much more about it, honestly.

You're right, the best thing for her to do is ignore it (as I'm sure WWE lawyers advised her to do, as well). I did mention in my other post that I thought this could lead to her being fired by the WWE, because they wouldn't want something like this on their "permanent record"...and Nattie would almost definitely be fired if she filed a counter-suit. She doesn't need the money, and besides - the guy accusing her is already incarcerated for another crime, so he probably just did this because he had nothing better to do while sitting in jail (and also for the money, obviously). The guy has little to no credibility, so there's no point in pushing this any further. There would probably be very little to gain on Nattie's side (monetarily, I mean); the only thing that would come of a counter-suit would be negative attention for her, and the WWE by proxy.

I saw the other article on WZ today as well, that basically said the charge was laughed out of court by a Florida judge. That's got to be a rare thing in Florida, since you read about all sorts of crazy things happening in that state. The only thing this guy said was that he'd "go to the media" with this story, but I don't even think TMZ is slimy enough to run such an outrageous claim without any solid evidence to support him (I'm assuming he has absolutely nothing, or he would have mentioned it in his hand-written lawsuit - from PRISON, mind you). You're right though, there's no reason to spread this any further than that one judge's courtroom (and through the IWC, and Nattie's "superfans").
