Reigns is the only logical answer.

Looking at the brackets now, my money would be on:

1. Sheamus cashing in on the winner, or even before the match ended to not give someone a 30 second reign. In fact, cash in right before Roman wins again, there is your feud to the Rumble. Sheamus needs a win though to keep that going. As

-All rumors point to a Reigns / Cena fight at Wrestlemania...both are good guys and unless you want Sheamus to cash in and lose or crap all over that event by pinning the winner at Wrestlemania again it makes sense for a cash in now.

2. If the winner truly must come from the tournament, here are my thoughts (in order of probability)

Assumed Final Four

Reigns v Del Rio, Owens v Ambrose

a. Reigns Clean followed by a Star Wars Medal Ceremony (at least what the management would think happens if this is the case) - Of course he is the big favorite, after all he is the favored son who almost certainly would have beat Brock clean were it not for a mutiny by the Live Wrestling Community. It's easy to predict a coronation at Survivor Series, though I really feel like there are much better scenarios.

b. Del Rio - I actually think he would have a great shot at this, especially since he really is the only other guy with some sustained momentum gathered from beating John Cena in his return to WWE. He is a former champ and is legitimate right now. The only way this scenario happens is if there is some kind of interference to cost Reigns the victory (which would probably set up a match between those 2 at Survivor Series alongside this tournament). The only person that could do that is Sheamus or Owens...no other heels would do something like that right now.

c. Ambrose - I do think Ambrose beats Owens here, though I really would love for this match to be the finals. I like Owens better as a wrestler but the storyline makes more sense for Dean to face Reigns here and lose. If say...Owens interfered in Romans match with Del Rio (or Ryback) then lost to Ambrose (or had Roman interfere, etc), then perhaps Ambrose could win a match over Del Rio...though I figure Alberto would go over in that contest right now.

d. Reigns (Heel) - HHH helps him win the title over Ambrose then raises his hand i nthe center of the ring, corporate Reigns

e. Odd man out in Owens. There is a scenario where they select Owens over Reigns for the short term (even if its a cheat by KO) and let a feud between the two last until the Rumble (which would be fun), but I think the chances of that right now are pretty slim

Okay, so I am pretty new to posting although been a member for a long time.....I want to add to the Roman Reigns discussion. I'll make this simple, hes championship material all over for me! Although, maybe i would have had him win the Intercontinental or US Championship beforehand so he knows how to carry himself as champion. But that is by the by. He is still 100% WWE Championship material. Hes a big strong unit. I would have him win it with a new finishing move.....I.E I imagine he'll win it at Survivor Series from a heel turning Dean Ambrose, he should try the spear, superman punch etc and nothing wil lkeep ambrose down so he comes up with a 'new' finisher, something strong and powerful like a 'batista bomb / Last ride move or Goldbergs finisher set' - somethign you dont get up from............However there is still the chance that Sheamus will cash in when both guys are down and become the new 'authority' guy and WWE Champ and have it stolen from Reigns again........this would make sense and then have Reigns / Sheamus program which leads to him winning it at WM32. On the flip side of that if it was me id have him win it and ambrose turn heel (align with authoiry) attack Reigns with a chair ala rock / foley, then sheamus come out to cash in, and have Reigns fight back and retain and Sheamus no longer money in the bank....I dread to think of the day Sheamus holds that belt. I find him extremely one dimensional. But back to Reigns.....He wins the title, has a new finishing move, overcame massive odds, looks like a beast and the next night on raw comes out to new music! Re-invented and looks unstoppable....then it authority v reigns throwing different people at him, having him squash them until the introduce Cena for Reigns v Cena at WM32!! Mutual respect Face v Face, then Triple H comes down ala stone cold / Rock / McMahon at mania and hands Cena the sledgehammer to nail Reigns and win the title....Cena turns heel (sells out liek Austin to win the ultimate prize, this being the record for wwe titles), Reigns is hot property and WWE lives again.........

Reigns has a great look and move set, maybe not try to sell as much at times and but looks organic and authentic! Get him on the mic as often as possible and he'll get better......part and parcel of the game.

Thoughts everyone?
