Raw 8/31/09 LD, featuring Cody's Dad

That...was just....fucking awesome. Simply fucking awesome. Only us smarks have ANY idea of what's going on in that segment.

Arn Anderson FTMFW!

Crowd is absolutely dead. They have no idea what this is all about.
I wasn't even watching wrestling then I know what was going on. Its all about using the net to research and watch all the stuff you missed. Wrestling fans today seem to lack history a little bit, so I welcome the WWE trying to give it to them.

I'm sure the bitches will conveniently forget about it when it comes to slagging DX again.
And yay for Anderson. I love that guy.

That was one of the best comedy segments in recent memory.

Does anybody know why WWE has the Play by Play man for ECW doing backstage interviews for RAW? Isn't there some sort of brand split that is supposed to keep talent from going from show to show? Why doesn't WWE just hire somebody else to do interviews?

I just love any reason to see Arn Anderson. Any reason at all. That automatically made that segment a mega-win. You know Dusty is just having a ball tonight hanging out with those guys, watching the WCW DVD and booking matches for his son for the WWE championship. I imagine he's one happy bastard tonight.

Fantastic Cena promo. Rhodes/DX have been awesome backstage. A pretty decent Raw tonight (minus Horny/Chavo and Diva royal). Lets go Cody!!

Ahh, touche KB. I misread. Do you think they would try to further the feud with Orton splicing that clip to say I...Quit?

Cena does great promos. I truly don't get the complaints people have with him. He does an older style of talking every week and people just aren't used to it. I grew up on it and love it.

It's more of they have their interview guy doing play-by-play. And that segment was certainly a blast from the past, how I almost forgot that bit... ohh...

Do you think a majority of the people in the crowd will do that? I sure don't think so.
