Finn has connotations with aerodynamics, sharks, a mythical strongman and endings. Balor is a king and a college known for athletics. What part of this isn't suitable for wrestling? And at this point I really don't think names matter. They changed Bryan Danielson to Daniel Bryan for Christ sake, and he still got over.
