I'm in a state that my vote actually matters, and neither one of these guys are competent enough to earn my vote. I really don't want to vote for Obama, but McCain sure in the hell isn't making it easy. There are sooooo many holes in Obama's plans that I could shred Obama live on national TV, yet McCain just looked bad.

Someone, make me vote for you damn it, my vote is out there, prove to me you're not just some talking head.

My point of view is, even at the smallest, most basic level of politics (the people that don't look at the issues)....can you really trust Palin to have the potential to be President when McCain has his cancer problems and is as old as he is? Although I don't wish it on the guy (despite how I don't like his policies), he does have the potential to die in office, and then we're stuck with the milf who can't name any Supreme Court cases or any newspapers/magazines that she reads and is constantly spitting out boneheaded lies? Lol.

Politics is just one of those things that people get SO fucking spun up over it makes me not even want to participate.

It doesnt really matter, and no one knows what the fuck they are talking about.

That's why I take three approaches to things. If they're level-headed, I talk to them and debate them on the issues to get across whatever facts there are so everything is out in the open. If they have no clue what is going on, I fill them in similar to a lecture. If they're too stubborn to even listen to the other side of the argument, I eventually give up because there's nothing you could say or do that could change their mind.

Who knows, though....governments are so secretive and proven to lie to people all the time...maybe the Illuminati has it all planned out already lol.

Exactly my point, McCain has had opportunity after opportunity to put this thing away, but he fucked up by picking Palin. I've read the argument before about Palin, and I get it. She's a heartbeat away from being the President, but Barack Obama is actually running for president, and that scares the hell out of me. All of his stances have gaping holes in it. Either way, I think we're all screwed...again.

They need to realise that there is no one more qualified to do their job in politics than the politicians who have been elected into their position. So these politicians have ideals that don't suit you? Big deal, they obviously suit the majority of Americans who went out and voted.
