I try to manage at least 3 non spam posts per day. Sometimes it's like 10, sometimes I don't post one at all. If I purposely try to post a lot though just to up my count the posts are probably going to shit becaseu I'm looking for volume over quality. Then again, they could be shit either way.
Not necessarily Armbar, I have to admit sure I look at my post-count, sure I look to increase it, and I manage to put on 10-25 non spam posts per day, usually there's a few here and there that doesn't get ANYWHERE near the size that I'd like them all to be, because I run out of things to say on the subject, but I do post some decent sized well thought out threads.

Well size isn't what matters. I can post 4 paragraphs on somethine and Tasty will come in and post something simila but way better than what I said in a couple of sentences.
That's very true, I guess it's just me, I always felt my better posts were the ones that were longer, because I feel better about knowing I put time into it, while I'm still decent with the shorter threads, so I know it's not all about size, I guess it's self acceptance.
