I think youre being a jackass, to be honest. Mods tend to rep you if you 1. Post in their section, and 2. Post well. I have no problem repping anyone who does so. There's no "backstage politics" here, youre just being a dick because you haven't gotten rep from the people you crave it from the most.

Anyway, instead of bitching about rep, make a name for yourself. Post in a section, alot, and become known as one of the better posters there. Then you'll get the rep you want. But posting here shouldn't be about rep, it should be about enjoying yourself posting about something you like.

Rep is majorly useless, really. It should be used to express like or dislike for a post, nothing more. It definitely is not indicative of quality posters, however. If rep was indicative of quality, Milkyway wouldn't have nearly as much rep as he does. I know that was a distasteful shot, but it's true. Don't take rep seriously.
