Playstation 3

Oh yes I'm getting one tomorrow. As a Nintendo fanboy who likes platformers and Adventure style games this is the console I've opted for ahead of the 360.

Two questions arise:

1) What should be my PSN user name? I can't exactly use NintendoLee


2) What games should be on my radar? My list so far contains:

Assasins Creed 1 and 2
GOW collection 1 and 2(the one with the PSP games) as well as 3
Uncharted Trilogy
3D dot game heroes
WWE12

I hear good things about Darksiders. In fact, I own it - I just haven't got round to playing it at all. I hear it's a profoundly good Zelda copycat.

If you like racing games at all, and you're willing to give it an hour or so to adjust to it, WipEout HD Fury.

Portal 2, the Batman games; I could just post my PS3 collection if you want.

As far as games go, I really need to recommend you pick up the ICO & Shadow of the Colossus HD collection. Simply amazing games, even better on PS3. Infamous and Infamous 2 aren't bad shouts either

Darksiders is the game I forgot the put on the list, the 2nd one's coming out on WiiU.
Batman I'm waiting for the WiiU version.

I would also get Red dead and then Assassins creed brotherhood in time. I prefer brotherhood out of the rest of them. Of course that's just my opinion. most people prefer AC two.

Red Dead Redemption is an amazing game, I've played through the main story twice now.

Heavy Rain, Arkham Asylum, Metal Gear 4... erm... I can't think of anything else. Skyrim is supposed to be awesome. GTA4/LA Noire, Red Dead Redemption.

Assassin's Creed 1 is okay, but 2 is 100% better. It's worth playing 1 though, just so you have some familiarity (and back story) before 2.

Meh...go with the collection, hold off on 3. I found those games to be redundant, and that's important to note, because I'm a HUGE fan of Dynasty Warriors.

I've only played the first, but it was of high quality.

Aren't you a big Zelda fan? I would think you'd like the Elder Scrolls series then. It's different, but kind of similar as well.

Little Big Planet 2. And get Portal 2, it's legendary.

And don't listen to the WWE 12 haters, it's a great wrestling game. Best game in years.

WWE 12 is a terrible wrestling game unless you can get it for cheap, or really really enjoy CAW. If you're just looking for a cheap wrestling game get WWE Allstars or WWE 11.

As for username- PSNESLee, or Leenk

Games- Red Dead Redemption is great, the Batman games are must haves, & the InFamous series is fantastic. I would recommend getting PS+ as well (even if you only opt for a 3 months subscription just to try it out), you get all sorts of freebies, tries & discounts, Oh Sonic Generations that's a good one you'll probably like if you like Sonic games.
