Naturally, a lot of people will go for the match between Edge and Mick Foley but I am going to go for another Foley classic match.
His match against Triple H inside the Hell in a Cell is probably one of my favourite matches ever and it was partly due to how far they took everything. I mean, you could argue that the fire aspect of the match was pretty tame but at the end of the day, Mick Foley took a flaming 2x4 wrapped in barbed wire to the back and I just sat at home thinking that Mick Foley was one crazy bastard. We have all come to know that I was correct and come to know it well.
However, that match was just spectacular and the fire aspect of it certainly added to the overall experience of the match and the event.
Another great moment that had a fire aspect to it, or rather the potential for one, is Stone Cold vs. Kane inside the Steel Cage match. When Kane said that he was going to set himself on fire if he lost the match, I was completely taken aback and although it never actually happened, you always felt that it could have. It was especially true when you see how dominant Austin was at that point and I sincerely thought that he was going over Kane again, of course resulting in the Big Red Machine getting cooked a little bit.
At the end of the day, we can all agree that the WWE playing with fire is pretty damn fun.
