Nope, a few months ago I had talked to Monkey, about joining WZCW, I wrote up an application form and I lost it and never rewrote it. I don't know if I'd be willing to write out RP's on a consistant basis though.
These are the two reasons I probably won't join. Why do you need an application for an E-fed? It's not like you actually need any skills. I am a horrible writer, so I could never write promos, and I'd be the ultimate jobber. I can trash talk, but that's a lot different than writing out a full promo, especially since I've never even opened a thread in there, so I have no history to go on, and don't know anything about what's happening...
I'm happy with my push in here, and it's a lot easier to follow, and more relaxed
Also, the name 'Vengeance' is taken aswell, it's someone else's character in WZCW. I'd rather have the same name in OCW and WZCW if I was to join, so yeah.

Very much so. Your place in the fed is based on your RPing abilities and who the Creative team decides to push.
Why would they do that, if they're actively recruiting everyone that isn't in Shawshank?
