Yes it does change on a DQ. Any way that someone can lose a match means the title changes. Simply put: you lose the match, you lose the belt.

I don't remember who mentioned Pippen's injury, but it's just a hangnail, so it wouldn't change anything...Sabre would still kill him easily with the way KB's booked both of them...
