Also, I apologize for the lack of updates lately. In light of a visit to the doctor I've been trying to be more active with moving around/exercising, so I haven't been at my laptop as much. We'll be back at full strength withing a few days.

Not the best. More or less if I don't get in shape, I won't live to see 50.

It's a weird situation. My ankles are messed up so in essence every step I take is like walking uphill. In other words, I have bigger calf muscles than most college football players. The problem is, it messes me up to walk, so I rarely do. I'm also built like a truck. Big broad shoulders, thick arms, barrel chested. Just fat on top of all that.
