We all know, we all love The Nightmare Before Christmas. For those of you that don't know, there was a CD done called Nightmare Revisited, with mainstream bands such as KoRn, All-American Rejects, and Amy Lee covering songs from the movie. One of the songs covered, is What's This?, sung by Jack Skellington when he enters into Christmastown. Flyleaf was chosen to cover it.

The Cover:
I will always be a sucker for the original. I don't care who covers it, it's never going to top the original. The voice just catches the feel of the song and the scene perfectly, and it's the voice we all know and love with the song. Lacey does a great job of giving the song the haunted/sad feel, but it's not quite the same. Good song, but doesn't touch the original.
