'Cause the main site is slow as fuck.

AAA has announced the signing of long-standing CMLL alumn, Averno. A major heel from the oldest wrestling organization in the world. However, the highlight of his debut happened not be him at all. It was a man with a familiar mask that stopped him and "La Sociedad" from attacking a group of babyfaces:

The original Sin Cara has apparently debuted in AAA right behind his biggest rival. Simply being billed as "the mysterious man in a white mask", who he is is pretty damn obvious. But Trademarkings from both WWE and CMLL have left the 2006 WON Biggest Draw and Wrestler of the Year with no identity.

I'm personally excited for it. Insert your "Botch Cara" jokes if you like, but the man can be absolutely amazing in the right environment and with his biggest rival there too, he'll have a far easier time finding his ciche than in WWE.

What if he had botched and pulled off both the masks at once? :D

With the botch joke out of the way, I'm happy for him that he has probably found a place that will suit his wrestling style, and co-workers that will be able to interact with him better. As for his name, if the copyrighted name is Mystico, then he can go for Mistico, and vice-versa.

Edit: His new mask looks a bit like that of Rey Mysterio, especially with the cross on the forehead and the empty eyeslots (that should help prevent some of the botches too); Additionally, he also has a white eye lens like Rey... Could it be... an injured Rey Mysterio pretending to be Sin Cara? Like Kurt Angle-El Gran Luchadore... heheheh

You know, for a guy that made a career off of using a name he stole from Hunico; this guy sure does bitch a lot. Seriously, can this guy be anymore of a hypocrite? Oh wait, here he is... stealing Rey's cross. Guess I've been corrected already.

As for him in AAA, that's cool I guess. It gives him a chance to stay close to Jeff Jarrett, who's working on opening GWF and will have a working partnership with AAA. And that, in return, means he could come back to American wrestling [possibly even on a new network] in the future. I always thought, in-ring wise, that this guy had something if he could find the right guys. Sounds cliche, but not every wrestler can tear down the house with anybody. This guy was one of them.

Good to see Mistico/Sin Cara/Sin Nombre back in his element where he can shine. Back in Mexico with talent that he can actually showcase his style with. He was wildly popular then and with his WWE experience he should be more popular than ever.

Using the gimmick Myzteziz (Mystesis?) now so all that bullshit is behind him now, clearly. Wish him the best. He and his brother are very good workers given the right space to work.
