[Official] X Marks the Spot: Xfearbefore Xclusive Thread

We're talking about Warhammer right? Dude I have no idea even what it's about. Is that the one where you like make your own models or something?

X, download The Protomen's first album. They made this musical/rock opera based on a depressing Orwellian future where Dr. Wily and his robots have taken over. Dr. Light creates a savior in the form of ProtoMan, who fails. Years later, Light creates a robot son to replace ProtoMan, and the son tries fighting as well.

It's pretty effing awesome. That's what my sig and that banner in my thread is a reference to.

Tim Lincecum got caught with weed.

He and Michael Phelps should go on tour together. The "Disproving All of Your Silly Notions About People Who Smoke Pot Comedy Jam Tour" or something to that effect.

Lincecum is all kinds of nasty. How much bud did he get caught with?

I love it when the media shits its britches when a pro athlete gets found with personal use amounts of weeed. Um, fucking news flash, probably about 80% of those fuckers roast out. No doubt. pft, WEED is likely the tamest thing you can find out about those guys doing. Our soceity is glaringly naive sometimes :lmao:

It sure is Norcal. I mean, seriously, after fucking MICHAEL PHELPS and now Tim Lincecum are found to be smoking bud, how the fuck can we continue to demonize it? I'm pretty sure if you can win a dozen Gold medals in the Olympics while smoking up, every anti-drug ad just needs to die immediately.

:lmao:

The argument about drugs is quite engaging of you ask me. Personally, I have smoked weed a couple of times and it is nothing compared to how fucked up I can get with a lot of money and a lot of alcohol. Honestly, the last time I smoked some weed, I wasn't drinking a lot and was less fucked up that I would have been if I had spent the same amount of money on a couple of bottles of Jager.

I think people demomize it so much that people have just decided to hate it regardless of taking in the facts about it or not.

A small personal amount is the best description I found. Probably a quarter. He looks like a quarter bag kinda guy.

Shit it wasn't even an 8th, though from the sound of it, it was a solid bud at the very least. 3.3 grams, all one bud.

Shit man you know Tim Lincecum only smokes the finest shit Ty.

Speaking of which, I've got some very good dank right by my side right now, think it's about that time for my afternoon wake-up call. Coffee + chronic + last night's new episode of The Office = one happy xfear.

I would hope he could find some high quality dank in Washington. Not only that but his team is in San Fran, of course he's got some good shit.

One day I shall be able to smoke green and have no worries over losing my job because of it.

Amen brother, we must fight for that day. Are you a member of NORML?

I'm not but I met the group out in California a couple years ago. They were having a protest right on Huntington Beach, while some crazy dude was standing on a soapbox (literally) and spewing out some extremist conservative bullshit. So it was quite an entertaining day, I got my stoner brethren protesting for the legalization of marijuana, and some crazy dude about 20 feet away from that talking about how the world is going to end essentially.

I miss California.

My biggest regret so far is never having been to California. I've been to Europe and Canada, but that's about it. Amsterdam, Germany, and Sweden especially are all fucking amazing, but I really want to head out to LA like my beatnik brethren. I've been dreaming about those beaches and starry nights since I first heard The Doors when I was eleven.

I've been to Canada, only other country I've been to. The farthest east I've ever traveled is Minnesota, (not counting Cali) the furthest west I"ve been is the edge of Montana/Idaho border, and the furthest south (again not counting Cali) is Wyoming.

But California is awesome man, I went in November, when it's 20 degrees on a good day here, and it's 79 degrees there. Nights were beautiful, crazy shit happening all the time. Women....the women....yeah. Only thing against Cali is how expensive everything is down there. Cigarettes? $6 a pack (thus why I carried a carton in my luggage), gas was expensive, food etc. Still very much worth it all. Ate real sushi for the first time in my life there, bought a Bob Marley shirt from a hot hippie street vendor, got drunk at the sushi bar when I was only 20 at the time, walked outside and two Japanese girls in school girl outfits were checking me out while I was smoking a cigarette leaning against a cement column.

I could keep going but you get the idea.

:lmao:

Six dollars a pack?! I'd be HAPPY as fuck if that were the cost here! Taxes keep going up on cigarettes man, nowadays a pack of Marlboros runs my around 8 bucks in these parts. Not cool.

Well at that point a pack of Camel Lights were about $3.65 here, and this was in 2007. So $6 a pack to me was ridiculous. Nowadays it wouldn't be much of a stretch from the $5.15 a pack I pay now.
