Every title is a prop title NSL. What do you think they are? Props.
Eric Young is awful. Simply awful.
You'd consider someone like Raven or Tommy Dreamer a legend I bet though, wouldn't you NSL? If those two are legends, than Kevin Nash is Hulk fucking Hogan. And you know how much I love those two and ECW.
Raven and Dreamer are names, not legends.
Eric Young's voice annoys me more than Jillian Hall's singing.
So if Raven and Dreamer aren't legends, guess that mean's guys like Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard aren't legends either? I mean, shit, they made a name for themselves in indy feds as well.
Seriously, who IS a legend by some of your guys definitions? Lou Albano just passed away and I see everyone calling him a legend. He cut funny promos, that's it. Seriously, what does it take to be a legend to some of you guys?
Seriously, what does it take to be a legend to some of you guys?
Ya know, if that's gonna get drug here then fine, lets let it get drug here. Everyone else is tossing these fucking ******ed exaggerations to illustrate their points at me like they hold any weight in the argument so let me toss a fucking ******ed exaggeration to illustrate my point back at you. If you see some guy dying, and you have the power to help him, are you going to stop and help him yourself or are you going to pay the government to eventually maybe get around to helping him for you?
I'm starting to get a little tired of people acting like I don't care about people starving. Of course I care, and you're assholes for suggesting otherwise. I never fucking said I didn't. All I said is that YOU, dear reader, are better equipped to help them than a namless, faceless governing body that's OBVIOUSLY mishandling your money. I'm suggesting that instead of getting all self-righteous about it (granted, some of you are GREAT at being self-righteous but it doesn't accomplish anything) and hoping someone else fixes it, get off your asses, stop being helpless little bitches, and DO something about it. If you care, show it. Until then, you're all talk and full of shit.
Now. Can we please leave this to the thread, and can we please try to respect someone else's point of view without feeling the need to drag it into the bar room and talk shit about someone because you don't understand what they're trying to say? It's beginning to piss me off just a bit. Thanks.
At any rate, that's exactly what you argued in your first post of the thread. Anyone who gets help from the government is too lazy, and the government programs that exist to help those people shouldn't be around. Just because you want to edit your response to make it seem like you're not a heartless asshole, that doesn't mean you can go around yelling at people. You were the first one to start yelling in that thread, don't be pissed when people yell back.
Sorry Dex, but your idea of turning all "entitlement" programs over to local community outreach centers and churches is simply asinine. I love you, but that idea would fail so hard that it isn't even worth delving into.
Sorry if I came off disrespectful in that thread, I had alot of coffee today, I had to go on a political rant.
...first, when did I edit anything? I've owned up to everything I've said, even the shit I said to you that I shouldn't have. I publicly apologized to you for that, you didn't deserve that and it was wrong. I haven't edited anything out, not even that.
Second, I have NEVER ONCE SUGGESTED that EVERYONE who gets help is lazy. It's irresponsible and immature of you to suggest I have, as it's patently false. Now, please, keep it in the thread and cut this shit out. Pretty please.
Yet somehow we're in a culture of class warfare where those with less resent those with more and expect the government to take it from them and give it to someone else, and it's invariably wrong.
Socialism is cowardice at its worst. It's the belief that the problems we face are too big for us to handle, and it's a lack of faith in ones self and ones peers to fix things on their own. Thus they turn to the government, hand them a huge chunk of their paychecks, and say "Please, rescue us".
Because of the cowardice of FDR and those of his day who would rather put off their problems on later generations, today those programs are complete messes.
Point being, it's time people in this country had a little self respect and fixed their own issues rather than expecting someone else to do it for them. It's lazy, it's cowardly, and it's wrong.
