Amityville Horror, of course man, that's a classic. Honestly it's a bit overrated I've always thought, but there are some creepy moments. There are better possessed house films though. Good movie though. Assuming you're talking about the original and not the remake that is.

So. I'm trying to go for a family motif in my short story. They worship the Grand Father, the farmers are named Uncles, and the Prophets are named Nephews. I need a name for the bandit raiders, the adventurers that wander the wastes, and the wastes. The wastes don't have to fit the Family theme.
That is if you can help me out, of course.

Yeah. The bitch is pissing me off. I was going to call the wastes just that, but if I could think of a better name I'd love to change it.
The Uncles were named so because they do what the Grand Father did to the people, and give life where there is none. These people are in the middle of the fucking planetary desert, and deem any rivers as being the gift of the Grand Father. Figured the farmers, the main support of the entire culture, would be higher than the prophets.
The prophets are named so simply because I couldn't name them the Sons, because everyone calls everyone else "Brother," due to the universal religion they're adhering to. I could change their name to Uncle *blank*, but I'd need a better name for the farmers.
Also, I'm really tempted to name the travelers of the wastes (of whom our hero, Mao, is going to be counted amongst) the Crafters. I dunno though. I'm trying to set up the basic society of the world.

X, I watched some of REC 2 but I couldn't concentrate very well because I was kind of sleepy so I'll try to watch it again tomorrow when I'm less sleepy. I think it's better to watch it when you're not tired because at the beginning it's pretty confusing. Well, at least it was confusing for me.

Obviously. The Brady hate is ridiculous and laughable. People hate the Patriots because they hate winning teams, it's the same reason so many people hate the Yankees or the Lakers or Celtics. Too much success and people start to hate you, it always seems to work that way with teams. Atleast when it comes to homers like Brian.
I love how he expects Brady to know whether a hit is intentional or not when he's in the middle of throwing a pass downfield. I didn't realize Brady had an instant replay screen inside of his helmet that showed him every play 0.1 seconds after they've happened.

I'm just watching Raw, but the DX/Steelers/Jerishow Promos was some of the best shit I've seen on Raw in a while. I was smiling the whole time. The nine man DX chop was awesome.

I think that a heel turn could only work for Triple H. I just don't think I could boo Shawn Michaels ever again. I guess what Edge said in an interview a while ago was true. It was something about being in the business a long time and people just start respecting you so they cheer for you. It was something among those lines.
