I read it. For some reason, when you use big words, it makes me chuckle.

Seriously, though, it is exactly what I would expect from a moral non-absolutist. Though I have never seen the argument that Kantian ethics don't apply when man enters into a societal structure. At least, I don't remember it if I have. I'll have to look into that.

It's my argument. I was on the high school debate team. I always argued against Kant by saying what I wrote in there, that once you enter into a social contract, social roles and daily situation change so much, that your formerly universal moral maxims no longer apply.

It most definitely was not meant to make you sad, FTS. It's when you get on a roll, and start talking about the tertiary system of philosophical and metaphysical functions, it makes me chuckle a little. You used them all correctly, I promise. And it was a most solid post. It's one of those things. Like when a post from Norcal () makes you pop a boner. It's the sheer manliness of the situation.

I have no idea why, it's not like it's going to accomplish something. I'm having a drink now, smoking a cig and listening to NIN. Definitely one of those fuckin' nights.
