[Official] X Marks the Spot: Xfearbefore Xclusive Thread

Wow that's an awful fucking list. The Doors at 65? GENESIS ahead of The Doors? Madonna, Aerosmith, Tina Turner, Al Green? What the fuck is this horseshit? Kill yourself VH1.

Fuck you I love Al Green.

But yeah, The Doors were not where they should have been.

There is just no fucking way that anyone who doesn't write their own music should be on this list, period.

Oh I'm not saying Al Green isn't good, just Top 100 artists EVER? Probably not, and certainly not above the Doors. Lots of of other terrible choices and almost no punk or alternative music. Awful list.

Even without my bias I would put him in the top 100. But Beyonce and Justin Timberlake? Really? I have nothing against then but top 100 artists of all time? They don't write their own fucking songs. LL Cool J? That's just fucking ridiculous.

No Maiden? No Motorhead? I like Stevie Wonder but holy shit how did he get so high up there? Cheap Trick? This is fucking madness.

Did I not see Eminem in there, or am I loosing my mind?

I dig Cash at 35. Elvis was woefully underrated, as were The Doors. Also Depeche Mode and George Thorogood down in the fucking 90s, come on now.

Hey don't hate on LL he was an absolute BEAST when he started off, his first few albums are all stone cold classics and he wrote his own shit. But yeah, probably not Top 100.

Just so many things wrong with the list.

Must have been why I didnt see him, I certainley wasnt looking for him that fucking low in the list.

Truth don't play dat.

Looks like a good film, but Im not high on Affleck like a lot of people. Hes been good in some films, but I think hes more or less ok.

As an actor he's been mediocre for most of his career, as a director he's been spotless (two films). But for someone from the Boston area, and someone that knows the history of Charlestown, this movie looks fucking awesome.

X I know you're excited for The Town.

Fuck yeah, definitely going to give it a watch.

Pretty sure your name isn't X.

Exactly. I like Affleck qite a bit actually, especially after seeing his role in Extract the other day. But yeah, definitely going to see the Town, if only for the brilliance of Jeremy Renner.

Hey, you still need to see Gone Baby Gone, don't you?

And Norcal bitches about you not seeing Predators, I've been telling you to watch Gone Baby Gone for two years now. :icon_razz:

WHY MUST YOU SCAR MY SOUL?!'

Gone Baby Gone is on my list, but I thought Casey Affleck directed that? Either way, it's on the list. I may not see it until I'm 45 but damnit I will send your ass a postcard detailing my innermost thoughts on the film when I do.

Oh! I saw Machete today. Just as cheesy and awesome as I was hoping. Really makes me want to go pick up a Mexican girl now though.
