If you insist on making card predictions give reasons. If you dont give reasons you post will get deleated and you will recieve an infraction. So it's a waste of everybodys time.

As it stands right now the main event at Victory Road will be the TNA Champion teaming with the X-Division Champion to take on the TNA Tag Team Champions. Other that everything will be normal matches with one or two gimmick matches at I can not remember that last time TNA had a PPV and did not have a gimmick match.

I really dont think Team 3D will main event the PPV as I have strange feeling that Cage and Styles will win theTag Team gold from Team 3D. I could be wrong as from Impact it looks like Cage will take on Harris at Victory Road, but oif TNA wants their "money" players in the main event then i see Cage and Styles gettng a tag team shot. Angle will remain he needs to as him and Joe as a team is gold as they have good chemistry together and makes their match more watchable. But its an ok main event but still TNA needs do something better than that.

that main event is one of the most confusing main events I've ever heard of, if I got it straight, it'll be a tag match with the TNA champion and the X-Division Champion on one team, and the Tag champs on the other team, all three titles will be on the line, if the TNA champ gets pinned he, then whoever pinned him becomes the new TNA champion, if the X-Division champ gets pinned, then whoever gets the pin wins the X-Division title, that all makes sense, the confusing part is if one of the tag champions gets pinned then whoever scores the pinfall becomes the new tag champion, but not with his partner in this match, instead he gets to pick whoever he wants to hold the tag titles with, that just seems ******ed and doesn't make any sense to me, why wouldn't he hold the tag champs with his partner in this match?, to me this is one of TNAs biggest problems, they have too many confusing ass stipulations in their ppv matches

I don't see Team 3D in this match, I see them losing the belts to AJ & Tomko so that they can get some Major players in this match, I think Christian will probably be in a match with Chris Harris since that's what they are building up for, and that's why he won't be in the main event, I also see Rhino having a match with James Storm after what happened on Impact this past week, as well as another Sting/Christopher Daniels match, this just seems like a feud that won't die after just one match, other than that I have no idea what else is going to happen on this PPV

Ya your right Justin about what will happen if the TNA and X -division champwins they can pick their own tag team partner. But ya this Main event is what TNA is hoping that fans will drawn by this match having all the gold on the line. But ya if Team 3D is in the main event it will be crap but anyway you look at it AJ will be either Christain or Tomko and heres my surpise team of Daniels and Sting winning tag gold...long shot yes, but be interesting angle though.

But more likey a Harris /Christan, Rhino/Storm, Sting/Daniels, Rhoode/Young, and LAX/vs some no bodies.

I'm thinking Christian vs. Abyss vs. Chris Harris, but for the main event, just a high midcard match. Christian and Abyss have been going at each other for a couple of months, and Harris cost Christian the title at Slammiversary. I think James Mitchell new "project" (don't know how to spell his name) will cost Abyss the match and Christian and Harris will feud through BFG.

Off topic I posted this in the Ask A Question thread but I wasn't sure if it was the right place. I'm planning on going to Victory Rd. and I was wanting to know what time I should show up for it. Last Tuesday, I showed up over an hour early for impact, and barely got in. How early should I show up for Victory Road? Thanks for any help.

Im really starting to enjoy TNA, and Victory Road seems to be the perfect opportunity to order my very first TNA PPV (sorry WWE..)

If i'm not wrong, the main event right now would be Team 3D(c) vs. Kurt Angle (TNAWC) & SAMOA JOE!(X DIV. Champ) that would be a sick match! but of course, that could (and should) change, and i agree with Justinsayne, the stipulation of choosing your partner if you get the pinfall is kind of weird, but if you look, for example, next week is Kurt angle vs Rhino vs Christian Cage for the TNAWHC, christian could win the match, get the title back, and getting the pinfall, only to choose AJ styles as partner....

also agreed with sting vs Christopher Daniels, the feud is doing well i guess.

The match is kind of like the one between WWF Champion Steve Austin & Intercontinental Champion Triple H. against WWF Tag Team Champions Undertaker & Kane. Only if the Joe pins the tag champions he picks his partner.

I have read that Jeff Jarrett will be in the main event. So if he is in it he would probably have a high profile X-Division star or someone else like Rhino or Eric Young. I see Soe leaving Angle out to dry in the middle of the match costing him the title. Probably leading to Jarrett winning or him letting his partner getting the pin.

I have various theory's on the outcome of the Victory road main event.

The most likely outcomes are either Joe or Angle getting the Pin and becoming one half of the Tag title holders. Which would result in a who's he gonna pick suspense angle, which would then hopefully lead to a match with LAX in which they regain the title's and feud with Shelley and Sabin...but most of that is just wishful thinking.

If Angle Got the pin i could see him picking Jarrett as his partner and if Joe got it, i would have no idea there is only him and Sting playing the Upper card faces at the minute.

I came up with this unlikely scenario though....Dvon gets the pin on Joe thanks to Angle Screwing him over. Dvon then holds the X-division title until he drops it on an Impact broadcast, back to either Jay lethal or Senshi.

Honestly i cant seen how its gonna pan out though, its a mystery. The title most likely to change hands is the Tag belts though and there would no reason to put the "you get to pick your own partner" stipulation in there if that wasnt going to happen.

either way.

Right now the main event this "match of champions" seems really one sided with Team 3D being no where near what Angle and Joe can do in the ring. This match has a bigger storyline and that is Joe and Angle. Should be exciting as how Joe and Angle will interact with one another. I really see Angle wining the match by stealing a victory from Joe as Joe will do and work and Angle screws him and gets the pin.

Cage vs Harris is a match that I'm really interested in as will Harris give Cage his first real one on one loss in a match? I think so as this will fuel their feud and should be a good one. I'm just really excited to see Cage out of the title picture and this feud will help Harris get to the main event scene.

Rhino vs Storm is a bore fest as i really don't care about either one of them but i see Storm winning and this feud continuing.

The ultimate X match should be fun as it will provide some spots that will get the fans chanting "TNA". Though who ever wins this match will be over looked as the X division is on back hold in TNA. But be a fun match to watch

So far Victory Road is looking average as I dont care for Team 3D taking on Angle and Joe.

i think this match of champions was a good idea, it will be interesting to see who will win the tag belts, and what angle/joe will do with them, who pins the tag champs chooses his partner right? we could see a great new tag team maybe, who knows...

cage vs harris seems like a very good match, harris has been amazing in ring, and though most ppl might not agree christian can do some pretty impressive things in ring, lets see what will happen, good match up thoug, still i wished it was a special (gimmick? i dont know o.O) match, i dont like singles in PPVs =/

Rhino vs storm will be good, i dont really like storm that much, but i like rhino, hes good in ring, shouldnt be a GREAT match, but will be good

Ultimate X is gonna save the PPV... match of the night probably, i love seeing the X division in action, especially in a ultimate X, reminds me of the good old days!, glad to see x division coming back, sure they're not really important anymore in TNA, but i dont care, they're entertaning! go ultimate x!, will be the best match so far IMO...

Well this PPV is Sunday and well i think its time to give some predictions

Match of Champions
This shoud be an ok match but nothing great. Most of this match will focused on wether or not Angle and joe can get along. Should be given about 20minutes with Joe doing most of the work and like on Impact Angle tags himself him in and gets the pin.

Cage vs Harris
Should be a really interesting match up as Harris is getting that Push to the main event scene. But i see Cage winning this one and the feud to continue for awhile. But Cage wins the frist matchup

Rhino vs Storm
Another match up that is setting up a long term feud i see, but i can see Storm winning by DQ as Rhino will go overbaord again if Storm pours some beer of Rhino.

Tag Team Match
This is nothing but a match to push Abyss and Sting. But it wouldnt surprise me to see Mitchell's new project interject in the match and screw Abyss. So i think tomko and Styles will in in a short match

Mixed Tag Team Match
Boring.....really dont care but i see Eric and gail winning

Old School vs New School
Yawn really dont care but i see Lynn and Backland winning

Ultimate X
This will be the match of the night and what really saves this PPV, but from all the people invloved in this match only Daniels is the only one that has any cred to win this match and challengeJoe later on.

Overall should be decent show as TNA does deliver in PPV's but having Team 3D in the main event is what ruins it for me. Oh well i still wont but it

i agree mostly with ur predictions. there are way too many tag matches on this card, and i hate tag team matches. i was hoping wed see kazarian and raven in a hardcore match or something. i was also hoping sabin would be in the x match and theyr build on a fued with dutt lethal and sabin and shelley.

if anything, im looking forward to the former amw and their respective matches against former best friends christian and rhino. they should be good. and of course the sting abyss tag match will be chaos, probably reminiscent of planet jarrett.

My Predictions:

"The Match of Champions"
- TNA World Champion Kurt Angle & TNA X Division Champion Samoa Joe vs. TNA World Tag Team Champions Team 3D

Angle/Joe matches should be dream matches. And they were at first. Now it;s jost a T.V. match. No way will a Dudley win. Although I wouldn't be too surprised with the way TNA is booked. I'll do with Angle or Joe. It's just too predictable that those two will become tag champs. Pointless match.

10 Man Ultimate X Match
- Confirmed names: Jay "Black Machismo" Lethal, Christopher Daniels, Homicide, Sonjay Dutt, Kaz, Shark Boy, Elix Skipper, Puma and two more names to be determined on Saturday

Yeah it will be good. But again it's pointless. It's coming to the point where it's hard to get excited about an Ultimate X match. I'll go with Homicide.

- Christian Cage vs. Chris Harris

Cage sucks. His puch/kick move set is really starting to get on my tits. I dont for a second think he'll loose though.

- Sting & Abyss vs. AJ Styles & Tomko

Another match I couldn't give a fuck abaout. I've seen Styles/Abyss plenty of times. Sting should have retired in 2001. And Tomko is WAY out his league. I'll go with Sting and Abyss. With Styles doing the job instead of Tomko for some unknown reason.

- Rhino vs. James Storm

I'm looking forward to this. Storm is going to the top. I dont expect him to loose. Although I think both are deserving of a main event spot.

- Eric Young & Gail Kim vs. Robert Roode & Ms. Brooks

Couldn't give a shit. Roode looks like he's being groomed for a main spot so I'll go with him.

- Jerry Lynn & Bob Backlund vs. Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley

Backlund get out the ring and make it a triple threat. Sabin & Shelley should win. But logic has gone completley out the window in TNA. So Lynn & Backlund win.

What the hell happened to the Ultimate X? I waited up until 1 in the morning and all I saw was crap that i could've seen by changing the channel and watching WWE. Well, it wasn't quite that bad. The only exciting bits were completely screwed up by the context they were in, like EY and Gail Kim doing a double suicide dive. At least the ending of the main event was unpredictable, I was fully expecting Brother Ray to begin X Division Champion.

Seriously, what the hell happened to the Ultimate X Match!?

I give this Pay-Per-View a poor... 6/10.
