I see HBK or Edge to win the rumble...it's just time for HBK to have another title run, and Edge is just too good of heel to not use going into WM....
other matches, I am so sick of Umaga, his gimmick sucks and if he isn't ever going to get "beat" I don't really care to watch him anymore but unfortunately they way they have run his character I'll probably be just as annoyed if Cena wins.....I still go with Cena though
 
Did anyone else notice undertaker and HBK were also the final two on the ultimate rumble on WWE.com? Seems odd that the real life would come down the same way.
 
I am 4/4 so far. I picked Taker and HBK in the rumble vbookie, so I win there no matter what. But I kinda want HBK so that match rumored at mania won't happen.
 
So we know taker won the real rumble as eariler backstage news supported for the Batista Undertaker WM23 match, lets see if the ultimate rumble ends the same way...
 
This sucks. If that mania match goes as rumored Batista will beat Taker and Taker's streak ends. I hope this is wrong and Taker wins...but right now I am not so sure.
 
Odds are they will play it up for a Batista win, but he'll lose I dont forsee The Undertaker being willing to blow his streak for Batista, esepecally as Batista is getting some heat backstage. I think it would be best for the company to have Undertaker win and have the title for a while, then maybe set up another undertaker kane rivalery or somehow have Rey Mysterio come back and get into the title scene again. but theres also mark henry who will return eventually that could get thrown into that, so overall im not sure but my bets Taker wins at Mania
 
That was one of the better rumbles in the past few years

Thank god Michaels didn't win.. I have had enough of this old burnt fairy.

They should have put Carlito over better... carlito/Cena would be a good fresh rivalry
 
I'm pumped that HBK and Undertaker were the last two participants. I'm thinking these two probably don't have a lot of years left in the ring so its nice that they are getting pumped up like this. Also glad taker won and I hope he takes the title from Batista at 'mania (and holds it till Summerslam at least)
 
and who didn't see edge and orton not blasting each other
 
Man I have been hearing a lot of complaints about ECW but I don't really get involved because I have never watched the new version. But after tonights "ECW world title match" I'm starting to understand what all the fuss is about. How and why is this considered extreme?? They didn't even bust out a fucking chair for christ sakes! And what the hell kind of ending was that? Talk about a slap in the face. Even though I can't stand Bobby Lashley's fairy fucking expression he always has on his face I would have rather seen him pin Test clean than see the match end in a fucking COUNT OUT.
 
i thought the rumble match itself was good but the world heavyweight title match and the ecw title match were crap. lashley vs test lasted 7 minutes!!! and what kind of ending was that!!! and batista vs kennedy only 10 minutes. cmon this is one of the biggest ppvs of the year and the title matches can only put 10 minutes. cena and umagas match at least went for a good 25 minutes. so i wasnt impressed with the whc match and the ecw title match. but the wwe title match and the rumble matches were good. i will give the ppv 7 and half or mabye 8 out of 10
 
I'd say 7/10 for the tag match (who really cares?)

The ECW Title match doesn't even register on the scale this is probably the worst PPV match I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. I honestly think I would have rather watched fake Donald VS fake Rosie pt 2.

The World Heavyweight title match probably 7.5/10 I was really pushing for Kennedy to win if only just to be a surprise (even if he lost the title back this Friday). Oh well overall not too bad a little on the short side though.

The WWE title match exceeded my expectations I would say a good 8/10 there was pretty good action for these two who pretty much had a snoozefest of a match at NY Revolution earlier this month.

The Rumble itself I would give a 9/10, the match as a whole was pretty good. I loved the moment when Khali first entered and everyone just kind of stared at him, that would be a really cool picture to have. But then unfortunately he made the mistake of actually trying to pose as a wrestler and started headbutting people and I got disgusted (realistically though, having UT enter and knock his ass out was priceless). The commentary was great I love listening to JBL (whenever he starts bashing the miz i crack up). Also a pretty good ending I am more pumped about seeing Taker vs Batista or Kennedy than I would be about seeing Cena VS HBK.
 
Well the rumble ending had me fucking on the ede of my seat literally, I actually thought Michaels was going to win though because it was in San Antonio and they eliminated RKO but I have to hand it to the WWE to come up with that ending....

Punk lasted longer than I expected but ECW Orignals got no respect at all and they are also building a Kane vs Booker feud...

MNM vs Hardyz was good and the Cena vs Umaga was well thought out and I liked it ...

Lashley vs Test= Ugggggggggghhhhhhh

But I still liked the overall PPV

and the obligatory DAMN was in a pretty good spot... And the Booker saying "Tell Me you didn't just say that" was funny after Edge said "I will show mine if you show me yours" to Orton reffering to their Royal Rumble entry numbers...(I say bullshit he really was referring to Orton's junk)..

BTW taker is willing to pass the torch to Batista(another big man) at WM and basically he is going to get beat by Batsita ..... And I assure you I will be pissed
 
Batista vs Kennedy was match of the night. Kennedy really should have won it, even if it was to lose the title at No way out. I havnt got a clue what kind of mess smackdown is going to put on there now! The whole ppv tho was boring and predictable as usual. Thats 3 ppvs in a row now where babyfaces have had clean sweeps... can heels even win a match at a ppv anymore?! The rumble match wasnt too bad but a RAW guy needed to win, the cena umaga match was as bad as i thought it would be, worse ending to a match since well the count out victory for lashley.... i sure hope vince has something up his sleeve for wrestlemania
