Odds on favirote to win 2007 Royal Rumble

Your thoughts?Now that HHH is out of the picture who do you think will win the big one? I think asside from the headline on WZ tonight my pic is HBK the direction they are going now with him and the only person that could carry a good MAIN EVENT mantch @ WM with Cena. With the lack of talent for the main event this is my pick.....orton is a thought too but the fude would nt become big enought IMO...


PS the rumble is in HBK's home town!

They could easily enough turn HBK heel, especially after his excellant promo he did to kick off the show. He said that he is giving into the urges he has been supressing for years now. Bingo! There is your angle to turning him heel. Have HBK return to the HBK who 1 1/2 years ago superkicked Hogan after winning a tag match with him. HBK/Cena would be awesome.

However my choice to win the Rumble is Beniot. Have Beniot go to Raw and challenge Cena. Have Beniot play the heel. Have him say he is embarrassed to see someone like Cena(who is no where in Beniot's league) as a 3 time world champion while he's been around for twenty years busting his rear end all that time only to hold the world title once.

Beniot hasn't really done anything of consequence over on Smackdown, and having him go over to Raw would freshen up the main event scene.

As far as Orton/Cena I think for WWE to push it properly they need about 6 months to make it feel like Austin/Rock. So they should face off at SummerSlam in a non-title match(hopefully they give Cena a rest from the title) and face off in a rematch at WrestleMania 24 for the title. Maybe when they face in the rematch neither comes in as champion, the title was vacated coming in. This way it adds suspence for the outcome.

i think it will either be hbk vs cena or orton vs cena for the title at wm23. look u can have hbk win the rumble and turn heel to face cena or u can have orton win the rumble and face cena. if its hbk vs cena it will be edge vs orton at wm23. if its orton vs cena it will be also edge vs hbk. look if its hbk vs edge the storyline could be hbk elimantes edge from the rumble then edge comes back and cost hbk the rumble for orton to win setting up the match. if hbk wins the rumble orton will blame edge and they will turn on each other. it doesnt really matter who wins the rumble and faces cena either way it will be a good main event. and by the way which shows main event will be the last match at WM. ecw , sd or raw??? i think raw.

Actually, the last match at Mania probably will be Taker/Batista in a WM Undefeated Streak vs. World Title match. I say this for a couple of reasons:

1)Vince is loyal to Taker(who was loyal to him during the Monday Night Wars) and since he's looking to put him in this high profile match where it's his streak vs. Batista's title, Vince will reward him with one last WM main event before he retires.

2)WrestleMania's last Smackdown Main Event came in 2003 at WM XIX. It's time Smackdown gets to headline the biggest PPV of the year again...and Taker/Batista is big enough to warrant it!

If I could pick 3, would pick Orton, Michaels (due to lack of HHH storyline, other wise I would pick Edge,) and Taker. Taker will most likely win but Michaels and Orton are also worth mentioning. Also both Edge and Kane are Wild Cards and either of them could win as well. The reason Edge may not win is because he has already faced cena for the title before and Kane is very deserving of a title shot. If kane doesn't win, expect him to make an impact anyway. But overall I just have a feeling Taker will win and Orton/ Edge, Michaels will only further their feud at the rumble.
