Place your bets here for the NRL 2007 Rugby League Premiership. This is an Australian competition so it is most likely that Americans will not know anything about it but I am sure the Brits will have a punt.

Just added it. I bet 200 and 150 on The Cowboys and the Broncos respectively. My dark horse bet was for the Gold Coast Titans. Go Queensland Teams in 2007!

It is just basically fun money. You don't win anything except VBookie money which you can spend on other betting events. I think that there could be a store or something added in the future so that you can use the money on other things, but again, it is not real money so we are just betting for fun.

i put mine on $250 for Melbourne Storm and $250 on the Brisbane Broncos

The safe bet it would seem, but remember that the grand finalists for the past two years have both missed the finals in the following year (Cowboys/Tigers, Bulldogs/Roosters) but it will be interesting to see how the teams go. Thanks for betting.

but in saying that the broncos have won the premiership 2 times in a row twice (if that made any sense it sounded better in my head) they are a team who can do that.

I dunno, they may choke.... I put 50 on Cowboys, I'll probs put more on, but atm I think Cowboys are going to do realli good this year, so are the Titans. For the Broncos, its possbile they may choke but I would rather see a ALL QLD Grandfinal.

There is talk of an all Queensland Grand Final all year but it never turns out. That is any QLD fans ultimate fantasy, but it could always happen now with 3 teams from Queensland in there.

I think you could spend good money on the cowboys because they are a team that has all the ability to go to the top and I would love to see it. Let's hope that you are right Hobo, and the Cowboys can play for the whole season instead of just patches.
