I like it. The background is nice; did you make it?
I could do without the text at the bottom, but I understand that that's the whole point of the sig.
I'd probably give it a C+. It's quite nice, but not super fantastic. Maybe it's my monitor, but the purplish-red over the face is a bit much. It could use a little brightening up.

yeah, I usually make the background, flatten the image, copy the background and then paste it over the top, I then use blending and colourisation to bring the two together. It's a technique i've used for years
