Newer or Established?

I have come straight to the end of the discussion, so I apologise if I repeat what anyone else has said.

My belief is that if TNA wish to be seen as a serious entity, they need to work with thier own TNA talent. While they do have some newer faces on their roster, they do look a lot like a WWE retirement home.

They need to give some of the guys from the independent circuits a run, as these guys could be the ones that actually put them on the map, by bringing a new face to the ever-aging wrestling industry atm.

I do agree with a previous statement, suggestiong they snap up some of the Wrestling Society X guys.
What you've said rings very true. They have enough WWE alumni to help get the TNA boys over, which should be prime goal #1 if you ask me for the next couple of years. They've had some of the WSX guys wrestle for them before and they didn't really do much with them (Jason Cross, Matt Sydal being two of them). Establishment of their youth should be the key priority in the next few years on a grand scale. However, with the disjointed TV outings as of late, they should worry about a two-hour slot first. As much as I'd hoped in the positive for The New Age Outlaws to pick up their stuff and bring their A-game to the table, they haven't been able to recapture the magic of their glory days. Angle is doing fine for me at the moment (I just hope to high heaven he doesn't go all HHH and hotdog the top spot). Christian is the only credible bona fide heel that can scoop heat without fail (as well as being the only top-tier mouthpiece) so I'm glad he's the top heel (although I think Joe or Angle could be substituted in that role if necessary).

Oh, and Rob Van Dam is coming in the Summer and he'll probably run the X division as well.

Doubt RVD would be thrown to the X-division, unless they pitted him against Christopher daniels or Lynn, most of the Current X-division stars are a little small to work with RVD in fast high flying matches. AJ may be dropped down the card a little to compete and so may joe, but i think it would be easier to just push RVD up the card.

I agree w/ most. TNA needs to bring in new talent & build up the talent they have already. It's time for the old timers to step aside & let the new generation of wrestlers take over.

And if RVD comes in you put him in the X-Division. The X-Division is not about weight limits, it's about no limits. RVD could bring back that old ECW style of wrestling he did and really build the X-Division. TNA became popular because of the X-Division, but now it's a joke. RVD would be the perfect guy to rebuild it. Plus the dream matches...vs. Aries, vs. Shelley, vs. Low-Ki, vs. Sabin.

Also right now guys like Jack Evans & Matt Sydal probably won't be in TNA anytime soon due to ROH & their Japanese commitments to Dragon Gate, but these 2 need to be brought in ASAP. I think they'd really add to the X-Division.

"WCW was just signing talent and look at where they are at now. Dead."

They didn't die because they were signing talent. They didn't do anything with the talent they signed, that was the problem.
