Wasn't AJ Styles on Impact this past Thursday? Was that taped a long time ago? Why aren't more people talking about this? What am I missing?

While we are at it, shouldn't we assume Lesnar will be in the title match at WM based on his promo from Monday? Is he supposed to compete at any other event from now until WM? Is it so hard to believe that the Rumble winner won't get or take a title match at WM?

As of January 6th Jarrett’s employment responsibilities officially come to an end allowing him to peruse another career path. He still has owns a large portion of the company. It will be interesting to see if a no-compete or conflict of interest clause will come to the surface. Anyhow, he simple told Konnan he would be launching a new wrestling project. Konnan just assumed it would be a wrestling promotion. In reality it could be a number of things. If the project is a new promotion having Toby Keith as the first investor is a major step in the right direction. Keith is a longtime fan and supporter of pro wrestling with a bankroll to get a serious project moving in the right direction.

Although I doubt the validity of this rumor, there's plenty of talent out there without exclusive contracts that would be available to help jump start this type of promotion. Styles, Hero, London, Edwards, Richards, and The Bucks would be obvious strong starting blocks.

I think (I could be wrong, I didn't watch last night's RAW) that the winner of the Randy Orton vs John Cena match at Royal Rumble will have to face Brock Lesnar at Elimination Chamber, and the winner of that match will face the winner of the 2014 Royal Rumble at Wrestlemania XXX.

I suppose so. That's one of those things that was exclusive to TNA, as well as the X-Division. I'm not sure what it would be but something new added to it would get the promotion somewhere, like the X-Division and 6 sided ring did for TNA. Too bad they've pretty much got rid of them both. Sure there's an X-Division champion and some top rope moves are performed but I wouldn't say that any of the current matches define the X-Division.
