MVP The Next Rock?

MVP won't be the next Rock but he is the only guy WWE has that can reach rock like superstardom due to his personality and his in ring work. Rock whether you liked him or not was always on point in his matches he wasn't technical but he knew how to work a match. MVP has the same things going for him that the Rock did the first few years he was in the WWE.

I think that with all that has happened to MVP, with all the push he gets, I still honestly don't think that MVP will be as great as the rock. Sure, MVP has got great mic skills, he has great wrestling ability. He can keep fueds fresh and make them work well.

The problem is the time that MVP came to the business. He has come at a time when wrestling isn't as poular as waht it used to be, he has come at time when rating are down. Ironically, he could be waht saves the rating, but he definately won't bring enough momentum to save the show AND make it above average standards.

I'm a big MVP fan. Love the whole 'ballin' thing he's got going on, and he's a technical wrestler wiv some charisma which you don't see very often. As for being the next Rock? I think he could achieve the same accomplishments as the Rock if MVP continues to get the steady push he's had so far, but his mic work is on a totally different level. I highly doubt we'll see MVP giving a rousing improvised promo with some interviewer ribbing included. We've yet to see MVP as a face so i'd need to see how well he does in that role. Otherwise i'd agree that at this stage, he does resemble a young Rock.
