More Graduation Complaints

So we paid over 80 dollars for graduation announcements. We get them today and there's a misprint. Call them to complain about it. "We're sorry, but once they are printed we cannot make changes." Ok then, well when can we expect replacements with the right information on there? "That will be another 85 dollars sir."

So yeah, looking into what I can do about this. Thoughts?

That is just bad business. How many times does one graduate college? Why should they get away with screwing up most likely a once in a lifetime thing.

I would have done that if it hadn't been an hour and a half drive to their offices.
