Money in the Bank Ladies Style

We all know that WWE's diva wrestling of today is quite different from the women's wrestling of the past. WWE obviously realizes its different and you can tell from the matches and the move sets its different.

That said, if we were going to have a 6-woman money in the bank match, and you have your choice of any past or present WWE ladies wrestler or diva who would you put in the match? Lita and Chyna (don't have to be a high flyer for this match. razor ramon and kane did fine being bigs) come to mind right away to me. but I can't think of anyone on today's roster that could potentially take the kind of bumps you'd want to see in a ladder match like the get knocked off the ladder in mid-climb move.

I always thought it would be smart if they did more matches to add prestige to the division like what if the divas had their own royal rumble at royal Rumble and winner faces divas champion at wrestlemania it would make it a must see because we would want to know who would win

I think the Divas should obviously get more opportunity to show how good they are. In terms of an all time Divas MiTB Match, I would Say Lita, Chyna, Trish Stratus, Mickie James, Victoria, and Beth Phoenix, if it was limited to 6. Naomi, AJ Lee, Natalya, Sable, Eve, Alundra Blayze, and Michelle McCool would all also be possible alternate names to throw in there.

I think every division should have it's own MITB match. The PPV should have a match for each title.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship MITB contract match.
WWE Intercontinental/United States Championship MITB Contract match.
WWE Tag Team Championship MITB Contract match
WWE Diva's Championship MITB Contract match.

This way, you get 4 briefcase holders which allows more cash in moments through out the year. I guess it would work the same way that TNA does Feast or Fired.

i agree with everything you said in this post. the only problem i see is the WWE would not be willing to do a Diva's MITB Contract Match or any kind of Ladder Match involving Divas.

The divas are completely unable to do an single wrestling move on each other when there are no ladders. How could adding ladders help at all?

I definitely agree with you about having a women's royal rumble match on the royal rumble ppv! It's too damn bad that WWE will never end up doing something like that..

MitB for each championship? Talk about major overkill. This would be entierly way too many and holding that many MitB matches on the same night would kill any excitment of the gimmick.

I'm really on the fence about a Divas MitB. They should be given a chance to shine but how good would the match be? I hate to see them set up to look weak and fail.

Back in the day when the E worked with Play Boy I thought it would be fun to see a Bunny in the Bank match. Winner gets the photo shoot for that year.

I'd like to see one match like this for the Divas.
Current divas could do it. If you had a match with Paige, Naomi, Natalya, AJ, Alicia and Emma, I think it would work.

With past divas, would be cool to see Trish, Lita, Jazz, Molly Holly, Victoria and Luna Vachon going at it.

Some of the current divas struggle to take bumps right, I'd hate to see the gore to come from a botched ladder shot. And, despite part of their job being to work out, I fear that some of them would also have a hell of a job maneuvering a ladder into position.

Those critiques on the table, IF the match were to happen, I'd like to see Paige, AJ Lee, Beth Phoenix, Kharma if she were to make a return (simply for the big power moves and powerhouse face off with Beth), Naomi, and Natalya.

I'll even go so far as to put the belt on Brie Bella around that time.

would be everyone involved, not alot of Diva's on the roster and only a handfull that could put on a decent length brutal match, this isn't Women's wrestling anymore nor should they be expected to do that it wouldn't be entertaining it would be brutal

Hell they can't even do battle royal matches, they have to be thrown through the ropes not over.

If we're including former divas from their prime in this match.... Trish, Lita, Mickie James, Beth Phoenix, Natalya, and Paige.

If only today's roster of divas is participating.... Paige, AJ, Emma, Summer, Natalya, and Layla.

As far as today's roster goes, I don't see this ever happening. The divas struggle to work regular matches let alone something like a Money In the Bank match. I cringe at the very thought of The Bellas, Eva Marie, or The Funkadactyls in such a match.... It would be horrible and the risk of injury would skyrocket to dangerous levels. I suggest a different format to incorporate a briefcase for the divas as well as male midcarders simultaneously. Have Paige, AJ, Emma, Summer, Natalya, and Layla each pick a male midcard wrestler to represent them in a Money In the Bank Ladder match. The winning wrestler gets a midcard title shot that he can use on either the Intercontinental or US Championship when he chooses, while his diva gets to be the first Mrs Money In the Bank and earns a pink briefcase she can use for the Divas Championship.

Picking the male wrestlers involved would not be too difficult, but they should limit it to midcarders or anyone not getting world title pushes anytime soon. I'd imagine it would come down to Santino representing Emma or Tyson representing Natalya to win it, as there are not many wrestlers getting pushed with divas at the moment. They would have a green briefcase given to the winning male wrestler, his diva gets a pink one upon winning. This gives more attention to the midcard belts as well as the Divas Championship. It also prevents the divas from suffering disastrous injuries if they were competing in the match.

I would only want to see this match with their current roster if there were wardrobe malfunctions and it also includes Renee Young, Stephanie McMahon, and Lana.
