Make America Rassle Again

A large FlexAmerican flag drapes down from the rafters as the World Champion Flex Mussel makes his way onstage. Following close behind are Keith Kole and Wasabi Toyota. The trio begin to make their way down the ring as fans chant F-U-S-A! At him. He instructs Wasabi to cover his ears as he raises his championship high in the air.

Harrys: Please welcome the WZCW World Heavyweight Champion, KING “FLEX” MUSSEL!!!

Cohen: Hail to the King!!!

Copeland: This is gonna be a long night…

Cohen: Show some respect Seabass, the leader of our free nation is about to address his subjects.

The FlexAmerican faction enters the ring and Toyota procures a microphone for the King. He doesn’t waste any time getting down to business.

Flex: There is a conspiracy that wants to destroy the great nation I have worked so hard to build.

Fans begin to cheer at the thought of Flex’s failure.

Flex: You ungrateful peasants can wish for it all you want but the truth is you people need me as champion. My leadership is the only thing that can guide WZCW out of its impending foreclosure. But unfortunately WZCW management does not see it this way. It would rather do what’s “popular” than what is best for the company. And I’ll admit nothing seems more popular at the moment than Titus Avison.

The crowd erupts at the sound of the number one contender’s name.

Flex: Go ahead, clap, cheer, shout, pray, do whatever you need to sleep at night because the harsh reality is that you are all being spoon fed a false savior. Meanwhile, the King none of you deserve is right in front of you. But it’s okay, despite all the conspiring that the general managers and Titus have been doing there is one man I know that can set everything right. There is only one man backstage still employed by WZCW that I can trust to do what’s right in a company of corrupt and jealous charlatans. At Gold Rush, when I defend the WZCW World Heavyweight Championship against Titus I demand a special referee. And don’t worry Titus, it’s someone we both know very well, because that special referee will be WZCW Hall of Famer EVEREST!!!!

Copeland: What?! Everest?! Why would he officiate such a contest?

Cohen: You heard the man Seabass, Everest is a man of integrity and the only person Flex can trust. Plus he brought our King into WZCW!

The fans are conflicted on how to feel as the legend and fan favorite is sure to call it down the middle, but his association with the champion can’t go ignored.

Flex: I told you all FlexAmerica is only going to get bigger.

The King develops a devious smile before dropping the mic and exiting the ring with Kole and Wasabi following.

Copeland: Is Flex implying that Everest has joined FlexAmerica?

Cohen: I don’t know Seabass but I wouldn’t wanna be Titus come Gold Rush, there’s no way that Everest is going to let his old rival beat the the future of this company!

The fans continue to boo as Flex instructs Keith to pull fruit and vegetables out of Wasabi’s large pants and the pair begin throwing them at the fans. Flex lets out an evil laugh as we cut to commercial.

Harrys: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first now residing in Berlin, Germany, standing in three inch stillettos, weighing in at 145 pounds, she is The Alternative, Eve Taylor!

The arena goes dim, with a single spotlight shining at the top of the entrance ramp. Eve Taylor steps in it, with her head down. She slowly lifts her head, and looks around the entire arena with a blank look on her face, before carelessly strutting down the ramp. She now enters the ring, and climbs the turnbuckles and poses with her arms above her head with her eyes closed. She now opens her eyes and climbs down the turnbuckles, and takes her leather jacket off as her music cuts.

Cohen: Eve looking to rebound tonight from a tough loss last week in the first round of the Gold Rush Tournament.

Copeland: That she is, and earlier in the week she had an altercation with the officials, so it'll be interesting to see if she continues having issues with them tonight.

Harrys: And her opponent, from Fort Worth, Texas weighing in at 295 pounds, Stetson Hayes!

Hooves sound in the arena as a large white horse trots out onto the stage carrying the undefeated cowboy on it's back. He pulls on the reigns and the horse neighs as Hayes looks around the arena, before settling his eyes on Eve in the ring, who meets his stare and stares back. The horse now begins a slow trot down the ramp, stopping at ringside for Stetson to dismount and walk up the stairs, placing his cowboy hat on the ringpost before entering the ring and standing in his corner.

Cohen: Stetson has looked very impressive thus far in his tenure with WZCW, but he hasn't faced a test on the level of Eve Taylor yet. It'll be interesting to see if he can rise to the challenge and keep his undefeated streak going.

Copeland: That it will, one thing is for sure no matter the result we should be in for a good matchup here as Stetson will look to keep his undefeated streak going as he prepares to fight for the Eurasian Championship at Gold Rush. Do you have a prediction before we get underway here Jack?

Cohen: Ha i'm not making a prediction on this one, this is gonna be a tough battle and I don't wanna predict wrong.

**Ding Ding**

As the match begins, Stetson and Eve walk to the middle of the ring. Stetson tries for a lock up, but Eve has other ideas and pushes him away, then kicks him in the ribs, looks like Eve wants to jumpstart the action tonight! Stetson looks slightly caught off guard by this as he stumbles back from the kick, but before he can react further, Eve is on him with a couple elbows to the jaw, then drops him with a discus elbow strike!

Cohen: What do you make of the fast start here by Eve Seabass?

Copeland: I think she's fired up due to feeling like she was screwed over in her last couple matches, and she's unleashing that on Hayes, and so far it's working for her!

Eve continues to take it to Stetson, following him to the ropes, and connecting with a jumping knee to the head, before clotheslining him over the top rope and to the floor! The fans seem surprised as Eve is rolling now and Hayes stumbles to his feet on the floor, as Hayes runs across the ring, bounces off the ropes...but as she runs across the ring to try and dive, she gets popped with a right hand to the face from Hayes! Eve drops dead in her tracks, and falls to the mat as the fans loudly boo Hayes, who rolls back into the ring, dragging Eve away from the ropes and connecting with an elbow drop across her chest!

Cohen: Just like that the momentum shifts!

Copeland: All it took was a stiff right hand and Eve dropped! Now we'll see if Hayes can slow down the match to a pace he's more comfortable with and take control of the action.

Hayes indeed slows down the match, putting a headlock on Eve to keep her on the mat. The hold is cinched in as Stetson tries to wear down Eve, who fights to her feet slowly, but Stetson releases the hold before she can break it, and chop blocks out her knee from under her, knocking her back down to the mat just as quick as she got up! Hayes grabs the leg of Taylor, and quickly locks her into a single leg boston crab.

Cohen: Stetson already seems to be wearing down the leg of Eve for the Cloverleaf, this could be trouble for Eve.

Copeland: That it could, it's amazing how quick Stetson rebounded from her fast start and took control of the match.

Eve looks frustrated and in pain on the mat as Hayes leans back, yanking on the leg, and Eve starts crawling to the ropes, looking to get out of this hold as soon as possible. Hayes notices this though, and stands up, dragging Eve back to the middle of the ring, only to get kicked away before he can try to reapply it, and Hayes falls into the ropes, grabbing the top rope to stop from falling out of the ring as Eve gets to her feet after crawling a bit further away from Hayes.

Hayes stands back up, and instantly tries to take back control, running at Eve for a clothesline, but Eve ducks it and rolls up Hayes for a school girl pin looking to steal one quickly here! 1...2...But Hayes escapes the surprise pin attempt!

Cohen: I thought for a split second Eve was gonna steal one there!

Copeland: Not to be though, not gonna get Stetson that easily.

Both competitors get to their feet at the same time, and lock eyes with each other before Eve fires off a couple quick chops to the chest of Hayes, who shakes them off and hits a big chop of his own! Eve stumbles back a bit, the big man able to put more behind his chop, but she comes back at him with a chop of her own, followed quickly by three more, and Stetson stumbles away this time, and Eve yells at him asking if that's all he has, which causes him to turn back towards her, and fire off a strong chop, this time knocking her off her feet!

Cohen: Looks like Stetson got the better of that little chop battle!

Eve recovers, and looks up at Stetson while on all fours in the ring, and shakes her head before rolling out of the ring, it seems she wants more time to recover. Eve walks around ringside as Stetson shakes his head in annoyance, and follows her out of the ring. He walks up to her at ringside, but Eve sees him coming and rolls into the ring! Stetson really looks annoyed now, as he follows her back into the ring, but as soon as he gets to his feet, she strikes with a headbutt, the Eight by Ten! It seems Eve was baiting him in and had a plan the whole time as she drags Hayes away from the ropes, and hooks the leg for the pin. 1....2....NO! Hayes kicks out!

Cohen: Well that was a good plan by Eve, but she's gonna need to do more than that if she wants to put Stetson away.

Copeland: Eve is pulling out all the stops to try and win this match, but so far she hasn't been able to do it. We'll see what she has in mind next.

Eve drags Hayes into the middle of the ring, and attempts to lock in the Alternative Solution....but Hayes shoves her off him! Eve looks angry as Hayes begins getting up, but she connects with a kick to the side of his head! Eve isn't done there though, as she pulls Hayes to his feet slowly, expending a lot of energy to get him up, but she has him up and grabs his wrist, and attempts the Fashion Statement...but Hayes counters by picking her up, and dropping her with a Snap Powerbomb! Eve drops and Hayes quickly takes advantage as he grabs the legs, turns her over and locks her into the Cloverleaf! Eve is trapped in the middle of the ring as Hayes sits back on the hold, preventing Eve from crawling to the ropes! Eve struggles as she tries to counter out of the hold, but isn't having any luck. Referee Akiyama checks on her as she's face down on the mat, and after struggling a few more moments...she slaps her hand against the canvas several times. With that, the referee rules it a tap-out!

Cohen: Wow! Eve taps out! But was that really a tap-out?

Copeland: I think she realized she had no choice but to do just that if she didn't wanna pass out in another submission hold Jack! She probably didn't want to admit it due to pride, but this is the third submission loss in recent times for Eve, and that's quite the surprise!

Harrys: Here's your winner via submission, Stetson Hayes!

Backstage, Flex and his cronies are hanging around, denying anyone access to the catering area.

Flex: None of this food was cleared with me. There has been an FDA recall, a Flex Drug Administration recall, on all this food.

A few of the group look a little confused, but Flex nods at Wasabi, and the big man flips the table over as Flex pulls Keith Kole in close.

Flex: Look, tonight I'm going to make sure you beat Titus. Wasabi is going to be with you at ringside. Not that you need him, you are on the path of greatness now, but Titus is tricky. Consider him your bailout, courtesy of King Mussel.

Kole nods at Flex and then at Wasabi.

Just before the camera cuts away, the BK King sneaks past in the background.

viking-hammer-mjolnir-by-armstreet-5.jpg

We see a familiar object on camera: Mjolnir. The hammer of the Mighty Thor. That's followed by the sight of a hand. A small but beautiful hand. It reaches towards the hammer and grabs it before lifting it up and raising it high. The camera pans out and shows who's hand it is: Callie Clark. Clad in a winged helmet and Thor-style garb. She pats the hammer onto her other hand.

Callie: You see me lift this up. Mjolnir. The mighty Uru hammer crafted by the dwarf Eitri and blessed by the Allfather, Odin. "Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor." That's what this weapon reads. And as you can see, "he" as in me, I'm more than worthy to hold it. In the same way, I'm more than worthy to win the Gold Rush. Tonight, Kagura is gonna lose again. As usual. She peaks and then spirals down. But not me. I only rise to the ocassion. Time and time again. This will be no different.

Excelsior.

Callie drapes Mjolnir over her shoulder before walking away slowly.

Harrys: This contest is scheduled for one fall and is a Semi-Final Match in the Gold Rush Tournament!

The crowd erupts as the music plays and pink lights begin to swirl around the stage in a circular pattern, representing the petals of many cherry blossoms falling through the air. A fine mist appears on the stage. Kagura walks down the ramp through the mist, and ascends the stairs, entering between the middle ropes. Afterwards she bows to the side of the hard camera, and awaits her opponent.

Harrys: Introducing first from Ise, Mie, Japan weighing 145 pounds, Kagura Ohzora!

Just as the music begins playing, a bolt of lightning flashes from the ceiling and strikes down on the entrance stage, resulting in a loud explosion. As the smoke clears, Callie Clark becomes visible, standing there wearing an incredibly ornate Thor outfit, including a long red cape, iron helmet with wings, and of course, her trusty hammer Mjolnir. Though Callie finds joy in taunting the crowd on her way down the ramp, she goes out of her way to show the camera the inside of her costume's armband. In marker, she has clearly written out "RIP Stan Lee." Clark lets her arm linger long enough for the viewers to see before reverting right back to her egocentric ways until she enters the ring.

Harrys: And her opponent, from New York City, weighing an even 100 pounds, Callie Clark!

Copeland:
Callie Clark has lived her entire life vicariously through many different characters, many of whom were created by the man himself, Stan Lee. He obviously meant a lot to Callie, and this is her way of paying homage to the late great creative genius himself.

Cohen: She used to be the Queen Elite, now you can call her Queen of Asgard.

DING DING DING
Callie Clark and Kagura stand at their respective corners. Clark, still holding her hammer, walks to the center of the ring and points at the Japanese Priestess with the mythical weapon. The gesture draws a confident smirk from Kagura, who calmly walks along side the ropes, talking a long route around Callie. The former 3x Elite Openweight Champion stands her ground in the center of the ring, watching Kagura cirlce around her. She turns with Kagura, not wanting to have her back turned to her. Suddenly, Kagura charges forward, but stops just two steps in. The fake out was enough to get Callie to jump backwards while letting out a fearful scream. Callie opens her eyes to see Kagura smiling, and yet to attack. Frustrated, Callie rips her red cape off and tosses towards Kagura! Clark then charges towards her while hoisting the war hammer high above her head!

Copeland: Homage or not, she can't use that hammer!

Cohen: She's a God, Copes... her will shall be done!

Kagura snatches the cape out of mid air and sees Callie from a mile away. She counters with a simple drop toe hold while tossing the cape to the side. The helmet comes flies off her head, under the ropes and to the outside while the hammer, Mjolnir, falls to the canvas and tumbles towards the corner. Kagura quickly transitions into a headlock before Callie can even attempt to move into a better position. Referee Elizabeth Prince goes to kick the hammer out of the ring, but her foot thuds off of Mjolnir like it just hit a boulder. She hops up on one foot, thinking for a moment that she may have broken her other foot. Referee Prince reaches down to pick up the hammer, but nearly breaks her back without moving Mjolnir a single centimeter. Stunned, she steps away and decides to do her job by checking on the headlock Kagura still has cinched in on Callie.

Copeland: What in the world!?

Cohen: That referee must not hit the gym very often... right?

Callie struggles in this simple headlock while reaching out for the ropes. They're nowhere near her, but Kagura removes all hope anyways by letting go of the headlock to gram the arm while twisting around and transitioning seamlessly into a hammer lock on the grounded opponent. Callie yells in agony, hoping Kagura doesn't tear every ligament in her shoulder. Callie does a little twist on the ground of her own, alleviating the pressure while getting to her feet. Kagura, however, also gets up while never letting go of Callie's arm, and uses the grip to quickly arm drag her right back down to the canvas. Kagura keeps her down, this time using a textbook arm lock instead. Clark writhes in pain for a bit before trying to get back up. Kagura puts a stop to that by wrapping her legs around her waist. She let's go of Callie's arm and tightens up the leg scissors she has around the cosplayer's torso. Kagura can't help by smile at Clark's agony.

Cohen: Kagura has Callie Clark tied up like a cute, short, blond pretzel!

Copeland: Just like Kagura said would happen.

Sick of seeing her smile, Callie reaches over and digs her long manicured nails into Kagura's eyes and rakes them down her face. Kagura releases the hold and holds her face while rolling around on the canvas in pain. Referee Elizabeth Prince admonishes Callie, who responds with an innocent smile followed quickly by a roll of the eyes as she gets to her feet. She sees Kagura on the ground, and fires off a kick that most soccer players would envy. It connects square in the ribs, and sends the Priestess rolling sideways from the impact. Kagura doesn't know whether to hold her eyes or her stomach, both in immense pain. Callie unleashes another soccer kick to the abdomen, sending Kagura rolling once again. She coughs in agony, attempting to regain the breath viciously punted out of her lungs. Instead, Callie leaps up and stomps mercilessly on the back of Kagura's neck! Kagura is face down on the canvas, laying prone as Callie lowers a second sinister stomp to the back of her neck.
The crowd seems nearly disturbed by Callie's callous assault, but she smiles proudly while yelling down at her victim. Callie completes the trifecta with a third stomp to the nape, this time leaving her foot pressed against the back of Kagura's neck, driving it into the ground. Callie uses it as a step to walk over her. Now, with Kagura behind her, Callie leaps up into the air executing a picture perfect standing moonsault, landing with her knees across the neck & back of the Priestess. Callie follows up her Standing Moonsault Double Knee with a quick and emphatic hook of the leg, 1... 2... Kagura kicks out!

Cohen: Thorie Clark almost picked up the victory there while nearly breaking Kagura's neck!

Copeland: That certainly seemed to be her intent.

Callie gets to her feet, and allows Kagura to at least start getting up to hers. Clark runs towards the ropes, bouncing back as Kagura gets up. Callie goes for her Running Bulldog! But Kagura shoves Callie off in mid air, sending her flying forward by herself, landing right on her back. Callie immediately pops up onto her knees, arching her back in pain when suddenly she is blasted in the face by a ferocious Shining Wizard! Kagura connects with the First Dance of Awarawa no Mikoto! Callie Clark is laid out flat on her back, Kagura quickly hooks the leg! 1... 2... Clark kicks out!

Copeland: Kagura nearly gets the three count herself!

Cohen: You can't treat a God that way!

Kagura starts pulling Callie up by the collar of her Thor cosplay outfit, but Clark reaches up and grab a fistful of hair, using it to anchor Kagura down as she drops to her knees connecting with a jawbreaker out of nowhere! The maneuver leaves Kagura out on her feet long enough for Callie to get back up and quickly moonsault into the air again, this time connecting with a Pele Kick! Kagura's body slowly falls backwards onto the canvas, where she lays flat and motionless. Callie quickly hooks the leg, 1... 2... Kagura kicks out!

Callie seems undeterred as she drags Kagura up to her feet by her hair. Callie slaps Kagura across the face, a move that would normally enrage the Priestess, but here only serves to disorient her even more. Clark follows it up with a Double Backhand Chop that sends Kagura right back down to the canvas. Kagura turns onto her stomach and starts crawling on her hands and knees towards the ropes. Callie grabs her by the foot, but Kagura kicks it away as she reaches the ropes. Callie reaches for her again, but Kagura grabs her by the waist and pulls her in, sending Clark clear through the ropes and to the outside! With Callie on the outside, Elizabeth Price begins to count her out... 1... 2... Kagura gets a much needed rest... 3.... 4... 5... Callie craws closer to the apron... 6... Kagura gets to her feet and heads towards the ropes... 7... Kagura reaches through the ropes and grabs Callie by the hair... 8... Callie swings something wildly, causing Kagura's body to go limp. Kagura falls backwards, lifeless. Referee Prince seems confused, but saw nothing from her angle. What she doesn't see is Callie Clark donning a guilty smile while holding her metal Thor helmet behind her back. She casually gets rid of the evidence under the ring while sliding in under the ropes.

Copeland: Not like this!

Cohen: The Queen has struck like a bolt of lightning!

With a huge smile from ear to ear, she places her hands on Kagura's shoulders while surveying the angry crowd. Elizabeth Prince has no choice but to make the count... 1.. 2... 3... no! The referee points to the ropes! It's Kagura's foot! Somehow, the Priestess was able to get her foot onto the bottom rope! Callie looks incensed, but quickly snatches the leg off the rope and hooks it emphatically for another pin... 1... 2... Kagura kicks out this time! Callie can't believe it! She gets up and right into Elizabeth Prince's face. The referee defends her count. Callie shoves her to the side and walks towards the corner where her hammer, Mjolnir, still lays. Clark reaches down and picks the war hammer up with ease. The referee looks surprised, before getting in front of her to stop the illegal tactic. Callie doesn't want to hear anything about it and once again shoves her to the side before raising Mjolnir up into the air and.... Two Fisted Heart Punch! Kagura connects with the Fifth Dance of Amaterasu Omikami! Callie is out cold! She drops the hammer as she falls to the canvas. It bounces away as Kagura falls on top of her... 1... 2... 3-no! Callie barely gets a shoulder up at the last possible moment!

Copeland: I can't believe it! Callie almost stole it with the helmet shot, and then she escapes from the jaws of defeat by surviving the Fifth Dance!

Cohen: You can't treat a Queen that way!

Kagura is slowly getting up to her feet. Off, near the corner, she sees the war hammer. She points to it, and looks out to the crowd who begin cheering loudly. Kagura walks over to it, ignoring the referee's warnings, as Callie struggles to regain her composure still on the ground. Kagura reaches for Mjolnir, but once she gets a firm grip around the handle, she is unable to move the war hammer a single millimeter. Perplexed, Kagura reaches down with 2 hands and yanks up, but Mjolnir remains steady and unmoved. Kagura stands there, staring at the war hammer in utter confusion and oblivious to her impending doom. Callie Clark comes in without warning and plants a thunderous Step Up High Knee in the Corner on the unsuspecting Kagura. The move rocks Kagura, who staggers out of the corner before falling down to her hands and knees. She holdes her face as Callie sees her chance. She quickly climbs the to the top turnbuckle... Calliesault!!!

Kagura gets to her feet just as Callie is soaring upside down above her and spits red mist into her face mid-move! She catches Callie right in the in mid-air! Amazingly, Callie is able to adjust in mid-air and land on her feet, but she is blinded by the mist! She swings wildly, missing pitifully. Kagura wastes no time and grabs her the moment Callie unwittingly turns her back to her and wraps her arms around her neck! Kagura pulls her down to the ground with the sleeper hold and then locks in body scissors! Kagura locks in the Fourth Dance of Toyouke Omikami right in the center of the ring! Callie reaches around in a panic. Mjolnir, her trusty war hammer! It's actually within reach! But Callie doesn't see it! The red mist is still blinding her! Tragically, Callie reaches to the left of the hammer, then to the right, always a mere inch or two away! Finally, Callie's finger tips make contact with the hammer! But it was with her last breath that she finally felt Mjolnir's handle! Her hand goes limp right on top of the war hammer! Elizabeth Prince sees that Callie is out, and immediately calls for the bell!!!

Harrys: The winner of this match, and advancing the finals of the Gold Rush Tournament... Kagura!

Copeland:
What in the world was that hammer made out of!?

Cohen: That's not fair! If Callie wasn't blinded by that damn mist she would have been able to grab that hammer! She was the only one with the power to yield that hammer anyways!

Copeland: Yeah, that was.... something.

Cohen: Something royal and godly, I'd say.

Copeland: Perhaps... but not golden, because her run in the Gold Rush Tournament ends here tonight as Kagura moves on to the finals to face either Xander or Vega.

Leon Kensworth is in the parking lot, locked out of his car. Suddenly the Burger King King appears behind him. Leon freaks outs, which in turns scares The King. King regains his wits and pulls a burger out from behind his back and hands it to Leon. They stand there in silence as we go to commercial.

Back from commercial and Leon is at the interview area, but doesn't have his mic. He is looking panicked as the crew is almost ready.

Leon: Guys, I have the Titus interview in like a minute, where is my mic? I just had it.

Suddenly the BK King pops up and scares Leon. King is startled himself. He regains his wits, again, and again pulls a burger from behind his back and hands it Leon.

Cohen: This is creepy. Is there even a point to this?

In another section of the arena, Matt Tastic is running like a madman towards the locker room.

Matt: Mikey!!!

Matt enters said locker room looking for Mikey Stormrage in a panic.

Matt: Where are you?!

He hears a muffled voice and turns around, knocking down both the Elite Overweight and Mayhem division titles.

Matt; What're you doing there?

Mikey: Dude, carrying all this gold. I'm just not used to it and they kinda pinned me down.

Matt sits next to Mikey and gives him a bag.

Mikey: What's this?

Matt: You're not gonna believe who was running around handing out free food. THE BURGER KING!!

Mikey: Oh. He came here?

Matt: You don't seem surprised.

Mikey: Well, I was running around Burger King with Titus.

Matt: You went to a fast food restaurant without me?! Go to hell!!

Mikey: Matt! Come back! It's not like that! Dammit.

Mikey pulls out a Whopper Jr and chows down on it while struggling to pick up his two title belts.

===============================

By the Gorilla Position, we see Kagura walking past the curtain following her victory. A trainer drapes a towel over her and another hands her a bottle of water. Various production crew members clap for her and congratulate her on her victory. Even Everest can be seen giving her a thumbs up from the distance. As she reaches the hallway, she comes to a complete stop upon seeing a familiar face. He approaches her, also clapping for her.

Garth Black: Congratulations, Kagura. Sincerily. I'm glad that after all that has happened, you're still more than capable of getting back up, dusting yourself up and marching towards success. If that isn't an admirable trait, I don't know what is. I tip my cap to you.

Garth stretches his hand out respectfully, awaiting a reply from Kagura who just looks on with a serious stare in her eyes.

Black: I get it. I did things to you. I antagonized you. But I like to think we've both learned. Fine. But still. Best of luck in the finals.

Black seems ready to walk away, but Kagura pulls him back. This time, she extends the hand to Garth who looks at it. He gladly accepts and they both shake.

Kagura: Anata wa watashi to onajiyōni, saizen o tsukushite kudasai. (Please do your best just like against me)

Garth nods as she pats him on the shoulder and walks off. Even if he didn't speak Japanese, the way she spoke was enough to get the message across.

Harrys: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

Introducing first, from San Diego, California, weighing in at 235lbs, Keith Kole!

Kole is all business as he makes his way to the ring. Behind him instead of his usual manager Kassandra Kross, he is accompanied by Wasabi Toyota. Toyota is his usual intimidating presence, but the fans still shower them with boos. Kole gets into the ring and hands his vest off to Toyota before he poses on the turnbuckle and riles up the fans.

Copeland: This, unquestionably, would be the biggest win of Kole's young career. Knocking off a man like Titus, few wins would mean more. Kole appears ready too, getting a pep talk earlier in the night from Flex.

Cohen: I think Titus is overlooking Kole. The Hall of Famer is focused on winning another World Title, and is forgetting the stepping stones along the path.

And his opponent, from Keystone, Kansas, weighing in at 225lbs, this is, TITUS!

Titus is cheered as the music hits, but instead of Titus, it is the Burger King King who makes his way on stage. He throws Whoppers into the audience as he makes his way down the ramp. He climbs into the ring and hands a burger to referee Keith Morse who takes a bite as the crowd laughs.

Cohen: What sort of shenanigans are these? Titus is completely disrespecting his opponent.

Copeland: You know Titus has always been a fan of mind games. This is just an extension of that.

Mr. Morse finishes his burger and calls for the bell.

*DING! DING!*
Kole is clearly not amused as he charges at Titus The King. He sidesteps and leaves Kole to crash into the turnbuckle. He shakes it off and runs at him again but again Kole misses and bounces off the ropes. BK King hip tosses Kole down. Kole gets up and runs again, but The King trips him and he tumbles to the outside. Kole tries to conference with Toyota, but he is busy eating a Whopper he stole from a fan. Kole gets back into the ring and gets in the face of his opponent. King holds a hand up to stop Kole, before he pulls a burger from behind his back and offers it to Kole. Kole gets mad and slaps the burger from his hand before he uncorks a giant right hand that drop King, knocking off his crown and giant head.

Copeland: What an unnecessary shot from Kole.

Copeland: Titus has made a mockery of this entire match thus far!

Titus gets to his feet and has an angry look on his face. He charges at Kole and rams him into the corner and begins to hammer away with punches. The ref warns him away and Titus rushes back in with more punches, forcing Keith Morse to physically pull Titus away. He lets out a primal roar as he sheds the rest of his King costume and waits for Kole to stumble out of the corner. Kole surprises Titus by charging out of the corner, but Titus slips behind him and grabs a sleeperhold. He drags Kole to the turnbuckle and releases the hold by shoving Kole away before springboarding into a bulldog to put Kole down. He makes the cover...One!...Two!...but Kole kicks out with no issue. Titus lifts Kole to his feet and connects with a European uppercut, causing him to stumble back to the corner. Titus then runs at him and leaps, but Kole slips out and leaves Titus to crash into the turnbuckle. Kole grabs the stumbling Titus from behind and hits a back body drop, which he follows up with a quick jumping legdrop and makes a cover of his own...One!...Two!...Kick out by Titus with ease. Kole is quick to slap on a chinlock though to keep pressure on Titus as he contemplates his next move. He spies Toyota on the outside and nods him toward the ref. The big man gets onto the apron and gets the attention of the referee, allowing Kole to grab Titus by the hair and pull him to his feet and rake the eyes. He uses the illegal tactics to set up a kick to the midsection, which he follows up with a DDT. he plants Titus, who is wise to roll out of the ring to get his wits about him.

Cohen: Brilliant use of Toyota there. Kole showing a real veteran presence despite his lack of in ring experience.

Copeland: It was blatantly illegal. If Titus had pulled that, you would be livid.

Titus doesn't have much time to recover though, as Toyota is approaching him. The ref warns the big man, who puts his hands up in protest, but doesn't back down. The distraction lets Kole hit a baseball slide under the bottom rope. This knocks Titus into the barricade, where Kole continues the attack with short punches to the midsection. He rolls Titus back into the ring and takes a moment to taunt the fans, a rookie mistake, before he gets back in the ring. Titus recovers enough to drop Kole to the mat once he is back in and slaps on an ankle lock. Titus has finished opponents with this submission and Kole is feeling the pain as he tries to crawl to the rope. Titus has the hold locked as best he can on the squirming Kole, who is trying his best to reach the ropes. The pain on Kole's face is evident as Toyota notices so Toyota grabs one of the burgers from earlier and throws it into the ring. The ref takes his eyes off the action for a split second to kick it out of the ring, which is all the time Toyota needs to pull Kole to the ropes. Keith Morse turns back around and orders Titus to break the hold. Titus tries to make his case, but the ref didn't see it so it didn't happen. Titus is clearly frustrated but tries to keep focus. He turns back to Kole, who Wasabi pulls from the ring and shields him as Titus tries to follow. Each time Titus tries to get at Kole, Toyota steps in the way. Titus throws his hands up and roles back into the ring. He doesn't stay in long though as he climbs to the top rope and launches himself at Kole and Wasabi, taking all three men down.

Cohen: What is Titus doing?!? Wasabi isn't a part of this match!

Copeland: He sure is acting like he is so far and I think Titus has had enough.

Titus is first to his feet and steps over Toyota and rolls Kole into the ring. Toyota grabs Titus by the leg though and keeps him from giving chase so Titus turns around and kicks the big man in his face before he gets into the ring. When he does he walks right into Kole's cradle DDT, Told You! Kole makes the cover...One!...Two!...Titus gets his foot on the rope, but Wasabi knocks it off....Three! Kole springs to his feet and celebrates the win.

Copeland: Not like this!

Referee Katie Shepard comes running down the ramp and gets in the ring and talks with Keith Morse. They have a conference as Titus stirs to his feet and joins the conversation. The entire time Kole is celebrating like he just won the World Title. After a brief conference Keith Morse points at Kole and waves his arms. He then points to Toyota and orders him to the back.

Copeland: Thankfully Katie Shepard got out here and informed the referee that Toyota again tried to screw Titus and action has been taken.

Cohen: Thankfully? She just cost Keith Kole the biggest win of his career!

Toyota is livid as he gets on the apron and argues with Mr. Morse. Titus gives him a cheeky wave, further angering the big man. In the commotion, Kole has gotten under the ring and gotten a chair. He swings, but Titus sensed it coming and ducks out of the way, leaving Kole to smash the chair into Toyota, knocking him to the floor. Kole looks stunned, so Titus takes advantage and kicks Kole in the midsection and hits the Tit Drop onto the chair! Keith Morse, who has lost control, calls for the bell. He exits the ring and goes to the timekeeper's area to give the decision.

Harrys: Ladies and gentlemen, I have been informed that due to multiple circumstances, this match has been ruled a no contest as a result of double disqualification!

The crowd boos as Titus just sorta nods his acceptance, Suddenly he is hit from behind by Flex with the World Title. The real King then spins Titus around and hits a Mussel Bomb, leaving the number one contender laying as agents rush to the ring to try to restore some order.

Copeland: Absolute chaos here on Meltdown, and we aren't even done for the night. Let's go to break as they try to restore some order to this place.

Eve Taylor is backstage, pacing around, throwing things around in anger. She pushes PA's as she passes them by as well before grabbing one by the scruff of the neck.

Eve: I did not tap out!! How was that declared a submission?!

She pushes the PA away as she continues her tirade through the aisle, arguing about the tap-out before grabbing Backstage Bob.

Eve: I did not tap out!

Bob: I-I-I-I'm sorry, miss! That looked like a tap-out to me!

Eve: I was reaching for the ropes!! What I did out there hardly counts as tapping out. These referees have it out for me!

Bob: I'm sorry!!!

Bob runs off in fear when behind Eve Taylor is none other than the man who defeated her, with his own towel draped over his head, you can see half of a smirk peering through.

Hayes: Heh, heh, heh. Well ain't that a pity. The former World Champion making excuses for herself. Damn shame. But you should realize. In wrestling, there are no participation medals. You either win. Or you just don't.

Hayes leaves cackling as Eve stands there, seething with anger.

Cohen: I agree with Eve Taylor, she was screwed. But at the same time, Hayes isn't wrong.

Copeland: Eve Taylor continues to feel there's a conspiracy around her. But we turn to our main event. World Champion Flex Mussel takes on former Champion Garth Black! And it's next!

Harrys: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is tonight's Main Event!!

Garth walks down to the ring carrying a bottle of water. On the way down the ramp he looks into the camera and says how he'll be a better Eurasian Champ than Flex is a World Champ. He takes his local sports shirt off and gives it to a fan in the audience. When he gets to the ring, he slowly climbs in, acknowledges the crowd, has a drink of the water before tossing the bottle out of the ring.

Harrys: From The Last Chance Saloon, weighing in at 15 stone, Garth Black!

Copeland:
He's a finalist in the Eurasian Tournament, one of the marquee fights at the upcoming Gold Rush. A win here against The King would give Black unprecedented momentum.

Cohen: He's getting soft lately so I have my doubts he'll upstage our champion tonight, but a win here would shut me and the naysayers up.

King Mussel enters the arena with his posse of Charles and Wasabi Toyota and he raises the WZCW World Championship high into the air. Charles waves the FlexAmerican flag as Wasabi pelts nearby fans with protein shakes. Mussel then enters the ring and yells "Make America Healthy Again" at fans.

Harrys: From Paris, France, weighing in at 220 pounds, The WZCW World Heavyweight Champion, King Mussel!

Cohen:
Here's a man who doesn't know the meaning of the word "soft". Look at him. Chiseled from marble you can only find on Mt. Olympus. God is real, and he happens to be an American.

Copeland: Could've sworn Harrys said he was from France.

Ding Ding Ding!!!

The champion wastes no time rushing Garth Black. Black misses him with a clothesline, Flex wraps his arms around Black's waist and lifts him over his head. He sticks the German Suplex! The veteran rolls away from King Mussel but stays in the ring. Flex charges him, Garth ducks out from the fitness trainer's grasp, shuffles around his opponent and locks his hands around Mussel's torso. Black with his own German Suplex! Flex flails on the canvas. Referee Katie Shepard checks on him but The King shoves her away and grapples with Garth in a collar-and-elbow position. Flex pushes Garth into a corner turnbuckle, releases his hold without the official asking him to, and slaps Black across the face. Black is taken aback for a second before retaliating with a flurry of open-fisted punching. Flex sinks to the mat and Katie instructs Garth to stand aside as she checks on the gymrat.

Cohen: There goes Black reverting back to his old self. Once a cheater...

Copeland: You're just looking for something to say, aren't you?

Flex is back on his feet as his opponent runs the ropes. Clothesline brings the champion back down, followed by a Body Splash. He pins him but it isn't even good for a one count. Garth rolls him onto his back and tucks one ankle underneath the other for a Black Death (Haas of Pain). His opponent cries out in frustration, waving his hands out in search of rope to hold. The submission move is firmly in as Katie asks Mussel if he wants to quit the match. He shakes his head. Garth arches his back, applying pressure to his Black Death. Flex whimpers, and extends an arm out. Wasabi Toyota crawls onto the apron and reaches out, grabbing Flex's hand and pulling him to the ropes. Katie clearly sees this and argues with Wasabi. Black tugs Flex further from the ropes and executes the hold again. King Mussel taps out! But the referee is still dealing with Wasabi, and now Charles is on the apron bickering with Katie Shepard. Flex continues to slap his hand on the canvas, but seeing how the referee is preoccupied, Garth releases his hold. He gets up and knocks Charles off the apron. The lackey crashes into the barrier between the front row and ringside. Wasabi gets angry and tries to step into the ring to face Black. Black gestures for him to come on in. Flex slivers out of the ring. Katie Shepard points to the entrance.

Harrys: Charles and Wasabi Toyota have been vacated from this match!

The crowd cheers. As Katie and Garth keep their eyes on Toyota lifting Charles up to his feet, Flex is over at the timekeeper's table and grabs the WZCW World title from him. He steps back in and clocks Black in the back of his head, laying him out. The moment Katie turns her attention to the combatants, Flex flings the title across the ring onto the announcer's table. It lands square on to Jack Cohen's lap.

Cohen: Seems I've been anointed by FlexAmerica.

Copeland:
Throw it back! Throw it back!

Mussel flips Garth onto his back and hooks the leg. One...Two...Three. Black's shoulder goes up in a hair's breath away from the final count. Flex grimaces, and attempts another pin. One...Two...Black gets his shoulder back up again. Flex squeezes the bridge of his nose in exasperation. He pulls Black up onto his feet and tries for a Suplex. He delays the maneuver by walking to the center of the ring. Black kicks the air and breaks out of Flex's grasp. Black kicks Mussel in the stomach and Bulldogs him into the canvas. Seeing an opening, Garth wastes little time by climbing up onto an adjacent turnbuckle post. Diving Elbow Drop- and it hits! Black covers Mussel and Katie is there for the One...Two...Th-Flex's shoulder is up now and Black looks at him in disappointment. Black gives Flex time to stand back up before a Judo Throw...Flex rolls out of the ring and favors the nearby bannister where fans are mocking him relentlessly. Black sits down, crossing his legs, taunting the World champion to step back inside the ring. Flex limps over to the Spanish broadcasting table and barks orders at their color commentator. The commentator gets up and Flex takes the swivel chair he was sitting on. He holds it up to where the back of the chair is against his chest and he is holding it by the armrests. As he maddeningly goes towards the ring, Garth Black runs the ropes and leaps...he threw himself into the chair - - - the chair forcibly rolls and crushes Flex into the announce table! Mussel crumbles into a disheveled heap. Black falls to the ground as well.

Copeland: ...

Cohen: ...

"Holy Shit!" Holy Shit!" "Holy Shit!" "Holy Shit!" "Holy Shit!"

Referee Katie Shepard starts the ten count. Neither men are moving, but the fans are alive with spirit to match. "Two!" The Eurasian finalist begins to move. The World Champion doesn't stir. Katie watches them like a hawk before a "Three!" count. Black is on all fours. Flex is breathing heavily, and rolls to his side. From the ramp, Charles and Wasabi Toyota watch on, encouraging their friend to beat the count. "Four!" Garth Black crawls towards the ring. Flex Mussel claws his way to the swivel chair. Garth turns and sees Flex nearby clutching to the Spanish broadcaster's chair. "Five!" Black gathers what is left of his strength and gets to his feet. He wavers badly. Flex rolls to the steel steps, where the chair stops. "Six!" Black sprints to his opponent, but Flex catches him with a Mussel Bomb!!! As King Mussel lifts Garth, but Garth grabs hold of the outside ring ropes and holds on for dear life. "Seven!" Mussel roars and strains his muscles in pulling Garth off of the ropes to execute his finisher, but Black latches on with everything he has. "Eight!" The ropes whine, threatening to snap at any moment. Black is in so much pain he's reduced to tears. Flex's entire body is red. "Nine!" Flex's hold slips! By no fault of his own, the ropes bend back and Black goes flying into the ring. The exertion throws Flex further outside and Katie Shepard has no choice but to count King Mussel out.

Harrys: Here is your winner as a result of a Count Out, Garth Black!!!

Copeland: Garth Black! Garth Black just beat the World Champion!

Cohen: It was a freak accident! Look me in the face and tell me it was anything but a fluke victory. Look at me, Sebastian!!!

Flex is on the ground, completely dismayed at what just happened. His posse come barelling over to calm him down, but he's so distraught he kicks the swivel chair further from the Spanish table. Garth Black is doubled over, favoring his hands as he stares the World Champion down with a smile spread across his tired face. The camera rests on Black's eyes as the show ends.
