Copeland:
We are live! From Columbus, Ohio for Meltdown 129!! And tonight we have a mayor Championship match as Eve Taylor defends her Elite Openweight Championship against Constantine!!

Cohen:
We also have...... Oh, I dread to say it, but yes! Our new World Heavyweight Champion, Mikey Stormrage. Going head to head with Vee ADZ.

Copeland:
Speaking of which.

The NEW World Heavyweight Champion appears on the stage wearing the last thing people expected. A snazzy suit and stylish sunglasses. On the stage he holds up his World Heavyweight Championship with a huge smile on his face. As he makes his way down the ring he hugs and high fives fans. He makes his way to the ring with a mic in hand.

Mikey:
COLUMBUS!!! I DID IT!!!

A loud pop interrupts Mikey as he nods very happily.

Mikey: Thank ya! No way I could've done this without you. I owe this title to the support each and every single of you have given over the years. On so many times I've felt down in the dumps, thinking I'd never be able to reach the top. Always coming short in the big match. But at Gold Rush I finally. FINALLY was able to do it. I finally reach out high enough and reached it. The brass ring. The World Heavyweight Championship. But now that that's all done, let's be serious here. We know what's next. Because here comes a new challenger. I wasn't the only one to find success at Gold Rush.

The Gold Rush Tournament winner appears on stage. Also in a suit. He walks down the ring more slowly and steadily. He seemed far more composed than Mikey did. He nods at the fans but doesn't really pay attention to them like Mikey did.

Cohen:
I may not be a fan either of them, but Matt is far more professional than Mikey who just came out here losing his mind.

Copeland:
That's not a fair assessment, Jack. It's his very first World title after so much hard work. He deserves to celebrate like so many have before him.

Matt Tastic enters the ring with his own mic at hand. He milks the crowd before speaking out.

Tastic: Congratulations, Mikey. I'm very happy for you. I'm very proud of you. I know how hard you've worked for this. I know you worked harder than me for this.

Both men fist bump as they both take off their sunglasses. They then embrace.

Mikey:
Live Mas will ride again at Unscripted, bro. Trust me. I managed to beat you once. I will not let that come off as a fluke. I've worked very hard for this, bro. And we are one a piece. One of us has to come on top. It will be me.

Matt:
That's fine and all. But Mikey as you came up, I went down. I lost to you at Kingdom Come and since then I was lost. I lost my focus. I couldn't piece myself together. I really was at a point thinking if I should just take a step back. I told myself I had to win Gold Rush. I just had to. I failed it once. I couldn't do it again. But. As we can all see. I did it. And here we are now. I'd say it is time to finish this trilogy.

*clap........ clap......... clap....... clap.........*

Matt:
At Unscript....... Wait a minute. Who the hell was clapping? I heard that clearly through the P.A.

Mikey:
So........

*clap........ clap......... clap....... clap.........*

Mikey:
.....did I.

Copeland: We may have technical difficulties here.

Mikey and Matt look on but suddenly on the screen appears a familiar bald face.

Garth: Oi! Oi!! Ain't this a pretty sight. WZCW's lovely power couple. Yet again taking a main event of a Pay-Per-View onto themselves. It's pretty funny hearing your speech, Matt. Do you plan to thank the electric engineer for giving you the win? You, know. A WZCW employee. I expected to be screwed, but I certainly didn't expect it to be like that. Messing with the lights? Really? Cutting the power? Fine. But I'm not gonna stand still for this. I won't stop until I'm given justice. These lights took what I'm owed. I figure they'll be what gives me redemption. I wait.

Harrys: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall!

Introducing first from Sydney, Australia weighing 210 pounds, he is one half of the WZCW Tag Team Champions, Justin Cooper!

The fans are a mix of cheers and boos for the tag champ. He makes his way toward the ring with his title belt across his waist, smiling. He takes the time to slap hands with a pro Cooper fan in the front row before he rolls into the ring.

Copeland: Justin Cooper seems to have turned over a new leaf since winning tag team gold. The fans are slowly taking to him.

Cohen: It makes me sick when guys embrace these fans...and wait a minute Seabass.

Just as Cooper gets into the ring, Xander LeBelle comes stumbling out from behind the curtain, an angry Ty Burna in hot pursuit, chair in hand. He smashes the chair over the back of LeBelle, before crunching it over his skull, knocking him down and out. Cooper throws his belt aside and runs to meet the former Ty Burna, now Tyrone Blades, but the chair proves too much, as a mighty swing puts Cooper down. Security personal rush to pull Ty away from his victims. He fights them off, the chair proving to be a great equalizer, but eventually the numbers game works against him and he is subdued. Mr. Banks comes out, microphone in hand.

Banks: Is that how you want to play it Tyrone? You want to try to put guys on the injury list? As of right now you are suspended indefinitely.

The crowd is buzzing at the announcement as security drag Ty up the ramp and backstage. Cooper, who is coming too, gives a look to his boss as if to say what now.

Banks: As for this match, it will take place on Ascension to give both men time to heal from the vicious and unprovoked attacks that they have suffered.

Copeland: You heard it here, ladies and gentlemen, the man now known as Tyrone Blades has been suspended indefinitely for his actions against Justin Cooper and Xander LeBelle.

Cohen: Rarely have I seen such violence at the drop of a hat, but Mr. Banks made the right call. Ty had no business out here, and he ruined the match. I'll look forward to calling this one on Ascension.

---------------------------------------------

John Doe is roaming in a dark corridor somewhere in the backstage area, still sweaty from his match. He keeps his head down to conceal his face within the shadows, not wanting anybody to look at him. Footsteps are heard coming from behind him, causing Doe to slow down and listen carefully to the sounds. Recognising the pitch, he stops suddenly and turns around to see Eve Taylor, carrying both the Elite Openweight Championship and John Doe's mask. He immediately eyes off his mask before turning his attention back to Eve, being on guard and prepared for anything.

"Relax, John. I'm not here for revenge and attack you like you did to me. I'm just here to return your mask."

Eve extends out the mask, offering to Doe. All he can do is look at the mask before looking back at Eve, trying to figure her out. Eve seems to have a sincere and serious look on her face.

"I understand why you wouldn't trust me, but our beef is settled. I have my Senshuken back and you're not my challenger any more. In fact, you softened up a potential opponent for me! There is no reason for me to hurt you, nor is there one for keeping this mask."

Doe hesitates, still not trusting Eve. After a few seconds, he takes the mask from Eve.

"For the record, I don't get why you hide your face behind a mask."

Eve gives him a quick smile, before leaving the area the same way she entered. Doe watches her leave until she is out of sight, then switches his focus and looks back at the mask. He rubs his fingers through the blood-soaked, ripped mask for a few seconds before pulling out a hidden lighter. He flicks the switch, and puts the flame right underneath the mask. As it begins to burn, Doe tosses the mask in a nearby garbage can before continuing down the dark corridor.

Harrys: The following contest is set for one fall!

The music grows closer to its climax as John Doe eerily makes his way out center stage. He begins to sneer at the fans as they voice their disapproval. He saunters slowly down the ramp before noticing Anti-Doe signs that enrage him enough that he rips them away from fans and tears them up completely. He then enters the ring and begins to pace while he waits for his opponent.

Harrys: Introducing first, "The Left Hand Of God" John Doe!

Copeland: Despite a very impressive and brutal showing against The Elite Openweight champion John Doe is not happy about the outcome at Gold Rush.

Cohen: Well of course he isn’t, and rightfully so! Nobody except a guy like you would be okay with losing! I’d hate to be the guy on the opposite end of him tonight…

Noah walks out and raises his KFAD briefcase high in the air before putting it down and pounding his chest. He cups his hands over his mouth and calls out the 2 opening lines to the course before picking up his briefcase and eagerly hoping his way down to the ring, clapping the hands of many of the fans he sees along the way. He slides into the ring and runs to the nearest corner, 2 stepping his way to the top rope where he raises both arms up.

Harrys: And his opponent, he is the King for a Day, Noah Ryder!

Cohen: Only a man with short term memory would be foolish enough to step in the ring with Doe tonight, so I guess this makes sense.

Copeland: Something tells me Ryder remembers beating Doe in the past very vividly. And that experience might help him to do it once again tonight.

After Ryder is done celebrating he hands off his briefcase and the bell rings. Doe immediately charges at Ryder who dodges sending the former tag champion into the corner. Ryder attempts to follow up with a Blow Ryder right in the corner but Doe ducks and delivers a Dragon suplex sending Ryder halfway across the ring! Ryder still has the wherewithal to roll under the bottom rope for a breather but Doe quickly follows him. Doe grabs him by the end viciously Irish whips him into the barricade! The ref urges him to stop but Doe picks him up and whips him right into the opposite barricade! Doe rolls into the ring to break the count but then goes immediately back out and picks up Ryder once again. This time however he Irish whips him right into the steel steps!

Cohen: I warned you Copeland, Doe was not a man to be messed with tonight.

Copeland: I understand he’s angry about the loss but we can’t just let him decimate Ryder!

Doe eventually backs off and rolls back into the ring. Fans boo furiously but Doe pays them no mind, he just stares intently at Ryder who is barely moving out on the floor. The ref begins the count as fans begin to try will Ryder back into this match.

1….

2….

3….

Ryder is up to knee and holding onto the apron.

4….

5….

Ryder dives under the bottom rope breaking the count!

Cohen: He should have counted himself out, or at the very least wait a few more seconds.

Copeland: Just goes to show how much guts Noah Ryder has as far as I’m concerned.

Doe immediately picks up Ryder by the head. Yelling about how he will rip off Ryder’s “mask”. As he’s yelling and berating Ryder the KFAD holder quickly maneuvers himself around Doe and rolls him up for the pin! 1…2…Doe just barely kicks out! Both men pop up immediately and Doe walks right into a slingblade! Doe is down on the mat but Ryder can’t capitalize as he’s still aching in pain as well! The ref checks on both men and it becomes obvious that neither intends on giving up. Both eventually make it back to their feet and begin trading shots in the middle of the ring. Much to the surprise of everyone Ryder actually gains the upper hand in the fist fight and begins delivering vicious back chop and fist combos stunning Doe completely! The masked man desperately goes for a wild clothesline but Ryder ducks and delivers a straight kick to the face! Doe falls to the floor and Ryder hooks the leg! 1…2…kickout!

Ryder picks Doe up off the floor and tries going for the Black Out by Doe shoves him off. Doe once again goes for a clothesline but Ryder ducks and bounces off the ropes. This time Doe tries to go for a big boot but Ryder slides underneath and tries to bounce off the ropes again. Doe uses Ryder’s momentum however and catches him before delivering a devastating spinebuster! Doe takes a few moments to catch his breath before making the cover! 1…2…kickout!

Cohen: Had he just been a few seconds sharper with that cover I’m sure Ryder was down for the count.

Copeland: I think it goes to show just how quick Ryder is that he was able to tire Doe out a bit. That could a long way towards the outcome of this match.

Doe wastes little time picking Ryder back up and throwing into a corner. He puts Ryder into a boot choke until the ref forces him to let up at the count of nine. Ryder falls down into a seated position to catch his breath but Doe does not let up. He begins a brutal facewash that almost wipes Ryder’s nose clean off. After a few more rakes off the face Doe gets to the opposite corner and begins charging at Ryder looking for the cannonball! Just as Doe flips however Ryder is able to just barely get out the way! Ryder rolls out onto the apron as Doe tries to recollect himself in the middle of the ring. The big man gets to his feet only to be met with a springboard back elbow! Doe immediately goes down but only a few second later is sitting upright stunned by the strike. Ryder then follows up with a running drop kick taking Doe back down! Ryder seems satisfied by the combo until a few moments later Doe is once again sitting upright! A smirk develops on the face off Ryder and he picks Doe up and delivers a snap suplex right into the turnbuckles!

Cohen
: This Ryder is an absolute monster! Vicious move one after the other, can’t he see Doe is man grieving?

Ryder spends a few seconds pulling Doe back to the center of the ring and hooks the leg 1..2…Doe just barely powers out! Ryder once again is back on the attack as he picks Doe and tries to go for the Blue Thunder bomb but Doe delivers repeated elbows to the back the head forcing Ryder to let go of the hold. The KFAD holder retreats back the ropes but Doe charges at him. Ryder pulls down the top rope sending Doe’s momentum straight to the outside! Ryder begins to get the fans to clap with him and they pump him up as he prepares to hit the springboard back elbow once again! Ryder leaps off the ropes and high into the air only to be met with a roaring elbow! The crowd gasps as Noah collapses into a heap on the floor and Doe even stumbles back due to the velocity that Ryder was flying at him with. The ref exits the ring to check on Noah and he’s barely responding. This means nothing to Doe however as he picks him up and chucks him back inside the ring against the refs orders. The two have a heated verbal exchange for about a minute until Doe slides under the bottom and hooks the leg, after a few moments of hesitation the ref eventually gets on his knees and makes the count 1…2…Ryder just gets his foot on the rope!

Cohen: If it wasn’t for that ref Doe would have this match won!

Copeland: If it wasn’t for this ref Doe might’ve killed Ryder!

Doe pops in enraged by the near fall. He begins to yell at the ref, the fans, and the downed body of Ryder. He picks him up and delivers the Crucifixion! He once again makes a cover! 1…2…kickout! This time Doe is absolutely stunned. After a few seconds of staring at Ryder in pure shock he picks him back up and tries to hit the Baptism by Blood only to be reversed into a Blue Thunder bomb! Ryder makes the cover! 1…. 2….Doe kicks out! Doe is hurt on mat trying to figure out how Ryder mustered the strength to hit that maneuver. Both Ryder and Doe struggle to get to their feet but once they do each charge at each other. Doe is able to get the upper hand with a big boot that sends Ryder staggering backwards and right back into a pendulum elbow that practically takes Doe’s head off! The former champ looks for solace in the corner and tries to pull himself up. Ryder notices this and looks to set up for Blow Ryder. As Doe gets into position Ryder charges, he gets the leg up, but Doe ducks! And in the process he covers his face and Ryder goes crotch first into Doe’s elbow! Ryder is holding his lower half in pain. Doe capitalizes quickly and hits the Baptism by Blood! It doesn’t stop there though as he transitions that into The Word Of LaVey! Ryder tries to get out but he soon realizes there’s nothing he can do, he’s forced to tap!

Harrys: And here is your winner, by Submission, John Doe!

Cohen: See I told you! Doe is not a man to mess with!

Copeland: Doe was definitely game today but Ryder went toe to toe with Doe tonight and almost came out on top.

Cohen: Regardless the right man came out on top tonight folks.

Doe continues to stare at Ryder as he recovers on the mat. The ref does his best to eventually get Doe to leave so he can check on Ryder as the show goes to commercial.

Music fills the arena as James Howard walks onto the ramp to a chorus of boos, he stands for a moment with a smirking scowl.

Copeland: Great, what does this maniac want?

Cohen: He’s probably here to lay down some truth about our new so called champion Michael Stormrage.

Copeland: You know he prefers Mikey right?

Cohen: After the beating he took at Gold Rush I’d be surprised if he prefers solid food.

Howard makes his way down the ramp and up the stairs into the ring, striding across from corner to corner before leaning over the ropes and gesturing for a microphone.

Howard: I’m here tonight to make something perfectly clear, despite what all of the idiots with a smartphone and a twitter account think; what happened at Gold Rush was unrelated to Mikey Stormrage.

Howard takes the microphone away from his mouth as the pure anger from the crowd intensifies.

Howard: Are you done?

The crowd noise swells further before dying away.

Howard: Mikey Stormrage was little more than a speed bump, he was the wrong man in the wrong place at the wrong time and he paid his price. This has nothing to do with any one person in that locker room and has everything to do with me. Me and my legacy. You see, it came to my attention whilst I was recovering from surgery that I am one of the few elite competitors in this company. Alongside some of the greatest competitors this company has ever produced, Ty Burna, Titus Avison, Big Dave, Steven Holmes and Mikey Stormrage I am only one championship away from joining Showtime and Matt Tastic as a WZCW Grand Slam Champion.

Cohen: Is that true Seabass?

Copeland: Uh… Yes, yes it is.

Howard: So I’m out here to put WZCW on notice. At Gold Rush I will be able to compete again and I demand my opportunity to join the elite stars this company has produced.

Howard turns to the screen

Howard: Banks! I know you’re back there, don’t send out your lapdog Bateman. Come down here into this ring and tell me to my face that I get my opportunity!

Instead of Banks, we get the security team who come running down the ramp. Howard throws the mic to the floor, but realizing he is outnumbered, he throws his arms in the air and goes peacefully as we go back to commercial.

The camera cuts backstage to Garth Black. He is heading toward the parking lot. Once there he searches out the production truck and looks around. He makes his way inside the production truck and closes the door behind him.

Copeland: What the hell is Black doing in the production truck?

Cohen: Whatever he wants Seabass. I have word that we have an exclusive interview with Theron Daggershield and his manager though. Let's get to that.

----

Johnny Klamor: Good evening! In case some of you have forgotten who I am, my name is Johnny Klamor, and I'm here with someone who is also quickly being forgotten, Theron Daggershield!

Theron and his manager, known as Tiffany in plainspeak, walk into frame. Theron is clearly upset, but keeps his head up. Tiffany looks less distraught with their loss.

Johnny Klamor: Lately, we've seen you trying a new approach, and still coming out with the same results. It's the kind of thing that can really get a man down. What's the plan for next week? Challenge your opponent to a roll of d20s?

Theron's face changes, but Tiffany interjects.

Tiffany: You can save your jokes and sarcasm for someone else, Johnny. Theron is on a bad streak of luck right now, but on any roll of the die, it can turn around, just like that! This match was only the first step in turning everything around.

Theron is now smiling, his arm firmly around Tiffany's waist.

Johnny Klamor: Things certainly can't get any worse, can they? It seems to me, since first winning the title, Theron hasn't scored a win without the assistance of a teammate. Any chances Theron may foray into the tag division?

Tiffany: Everyone knows about Theron's Band Of Misfits, I'm sure. While he appreciates the sport of teaming with someone, and the possible success that can come with it, it's not for him right now. He has enough to keep track of. Down the road? Who knows.

Johnny Klamor: If he won't team, and his first attempt at re-imagining himself turned out as a loss, to the one person who may be more down on his luck than himself, maybe we can be graced by a completely fresh image. A blank slate, if you would, similar to that of Ty B...I'm sorry, Tyrone Blades. Maybe we can see the real Sh-

Tiffany & Theron: Theron!

Johnny Klamor: Forgive me. Theron Daggershield. Or maybe he'll go the way of El Caidos Dragon, and just quit?

Tiffany's face is turning a bright red, but Theron intervenes, speaking for himself now.

Theron Daggershield: I'm no quitter! The light of Mystra shall shine on all corners before I am done!

Theron and Tiffany exit camera left, crossing in front of Johnny.

Johnny Klamor: We'll see about that, Shawn.

--------------------------------------

We return with the crowd emphatic in its reaction, the music of a hero ringing all around the arena.

Harrys: Ladies and gentlemen, this next bout is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, from Stephenville, Texas, weighing 190 pounds, “The Warblade of Mystra”; THE-RON DAAAAAA-GGER-SHIELD!

Emerging onto the stage, with his manager Tiffany at his side, Theron is more restrained and dour than usual. He drops to one knee atop the stage, resting on his sword and appears to be muttering something, before looking at his wrist tape and kissing it, and pointing upwards. Then he leaps up and proceeds down the ramp with his typical if not restrained entrance.

Copeland: Theron Daggershield comes into this match looking to get back into the swing of things, coming up against an adversary he has never come across before. Will that hinder him tonight Jack?

Cohen: Of course, there’s no way we can tell how Austin Reynolds is going to wrestle this match. He could be all energy and antics like he was back in the day, but I somehow suspect otherwise. Watching all the tape of him back in the day may prove fruitless. I guess we’ll just have to sit back and watch to see how this one pans out.

Now in the ring, Theron holds his sword up to the crowd and raises it up and down several times, addressing each side of the ring before finding a corner to rest in and again mutter something, perhaps a prayer. He soon pops up and hands over his blade and entrance gear. He nods and turn s to the entrance way, awaiting his adversary.

The lighting and mood changes, as Theron’s theme dies down, strangely there is no replacement music. Indeed, Austin Reynolds emerges, no pomp, no fanfare. Simply nothing. He makes his way to the ring and neither acknowledges the mixed crowd reception or his opponent this evening.

Harrys: And his opponent, from New Jersey, weighing 240 pounds, AU-STIN REY-NOLDS!

Copeland:
Austin Reynolds has come back and appears to be an entirely different soul.

Cohen: Long gone is that flamboyant showstopper and in his place…well we’ll just have to wait and see.

Stopping at the bottom of the ramp, Reynolds pauses, still keeping his eyes on Theron. He very carefully climbs the ring steps and enters the ring. The two men come together in the ring and the referee rings the bell. Theron looks his opponent up and down, uncertain how to approach the newly stoic Reynolds. He circles him, Austin’s eyes and head following as best they can, with the rest of his body unmoving. Finally Theron has completed a full circle of his foe and stares him dead in the eyes. Daggershield shrugs his shoulders and quickly looks to execute the Critical Hit! In a panic, Reynolds blocks and drops backwards, rolling under the bottom rope to escape the cutter finisher.

Copeland:
Theron looking to end it early.

Cohen: Reynolds may be rusty, but he isn’t stupid. He’ll have done his homework. Daggershield won’t be able to hit that this early and he should know that.

Surprised by the “Warblade’s” manoeuvre, Reynolds rubs his chin and slowly climbs to the apron. He appears less than pleased to say the least. Very deliberately, he takes his time to get back into the ring, Theron imploring him to speed things up.

Cohen: Smart move from Reynolds, trying to keep things calm and controlled. Theron’s at his most dangerous when he’s in fast paced, fluid action and Reynolds has clearly recognised that.

Now finally back in, Reynolds looks to meet Theron in the middle once more, but Daggershield comes racing out of the blocks with a flurry of rights hands. Austin covers up and once more back peddles, this time finding himself in the corner. Struggling to find a way through Reynolds’ defences, Theron opts instead to back away. The former “Ratings Winner” slowly lowers his arms, but it is a ploy! Theron comes in with great speed to execute a corner clothesline! He swiftly climbs through the ropes and to the top in a fluid movement, Reynolds stumbling out of the corner.

Poised atop the turnbuckle, throws up the “X” taunt as the crowd roars with delight. Staggering around, Austin Reynolds turns to face his foe. The former heavyweight Champion throws himself at Reynolds, delivering a picture perfect missile dropkick. He is quick into the cover. 1...2…KICK-OUT! Reynolds shoves Daggershield off and shakes his head, looking to clear the cobwebs. Theron is soon back on offence though, trying to pull Austin to his feet. Swatting Theron’s hands away, Austin throws a stiff right hand. It lands right on the money, Theron dazed for a moment.

Spotting a, thus far rare opening, Austin whips himself off the ropes, seeking to execute a chop block. He manages to dive at Theron’s leg. But Daggershield avoids it, leaping upwards and Reynolds comes flying through to make contact with nothing but thin air. As Theron lands he greets a rising Reynolds with another attempt at the Critical Hit! This time Austin shoves him away. He himself goes for a repeat of the chopblock, but this time he takes a nasty elbow smash square on the jaw. He drops to one knee and turns away.

Copeland: Austin Reynolds showing his credentials as a veteran here by turning away from Theron who no doubt would’ve no doubt sought to execute the Critical Hit having tried twice already in this match.

Noticing his foe has left his back exposed, Theron opts to grabs him from behind and hoists him up, looking for the Atomic Drop. However, Reynolds uses the momentum that brought him up, to roll out and drop behind Daggershield and in turn finally executes that chop block. Theron drops to one knee, trying to pop back up immediately, but Austin won’t let him, executing the move again. Once more Theron bravely tries to get to two feet, but again Reynolds persists and executes a third chop block.

Wincing, Theron Daggershield is clearly in deep pain. Deep pain which Reynolds takes advantage of, hoisting Theron up for his own Atomic Drop. His is a successful attempt. As Theron goes to fall forward naturally though, Reynolds grabs him by the tights and pulls him back in. This time he switches to lifting Daggershield up by the knee, the same one he had targeted earlier, picking him up and driving his wounded knee down into a knee breaker! Theron lets out a cry of anguish. Austin pauses as the crowd boos relentlessly. He doesn’t react and instead resumes his work. With the knee his main target, Reynolds lands some nasty stomps atop the prone joint.

Theron tries to roll away and seeks solace in the ring ropes, but the New Jersey native is persistent and follows. Rather than continuing the assult on the inside, he instead rolls outside of the ring, going to grab the knee from out there. Theron kicks out at him. Reynolds is crafty though and catches the leg, throwing it down, hard, whipping in violently off the hard ring apron. Daggershield rolls back in screaming in agony. Still showing zero emotion, Austin himself follows, returning to the square circle, the referee demanding he keep the action on the inside.

With Theron clutching at his knee, Reynolds move over toward him and very calmly stomps on it some more before deciding that isn’t enough. Instead, he drives his foot down, not atop of the knee, but onto the ankle, leaving the knee fully exposed and throws a quick succession of straight boots to the intended target. Theron is in deep pain, swinging at Reynolds who shows the slightest hint of emotion biting his bottom lip and frowning as he does so. After repeated unprotected blows the referee steps in and tells him to back off so he can check on the injury.

Copeland: Merciless assault from Reynolds here. But Theron won’t stop coming, surely he has to know that.

Cohen: That isn’t what this is about Seabass. Reynolds is limiting what Theron can do and keeping him on his back will eliminate the majority of any offence he can muster.

Shaking his head, Theron attempts to stand up, signalling he wishes to continue. The referee double checks with the “Warblade” and that is indeed his intention, hobbling up to a vertical basis. Indicating the bout will indeed continue, the official signals for the two to fight and, naturally, Reynolds moves forward and straight away throws a boot right into the knee. He speeds things up by whipping himself off the ropes and delivering a swinging neckbreaker to the kneeling Theron, floating over into a cover: 1…2…KICK-OUT! Reynolds glares at the referee, who confirms the count.

Reynolds reaches down at Theron’s knee with one arm, eyes still fixed on the referee. Then, suddenly, his look changes to one of surprise. Theron has wrapped himself around the arm with his legs. With great strength and determination, he looks to force Reynolds down. Austin punches at the knee to try and escape, but Theron will not cave to the pain and with mighty power, forces Reynolds down into an armbar or sorts. Rather than being on his back Reynolds is now on his knees.

The momentum shift is temporary though as Reynolds sees an opportunity, rising up to force Theron’s shoulders down: 1…2…KICK-OUT! Daggershield has to relinquish the desperate submission. Fast to return, Reynolds goes after that knee one more time, but Theron rolls forward toward a corner avoiding any potential assault. He turns and faces Reynolds, inviting to come at him. Austin does so, but again Theron rolls forward and away to another corner. Once more he invites Reynolds, and again the process is repeated, each time punctuated by a crowd cheer as Theron escapes.

Cohen: What games does Theron think he’s playing?

Copeland: You might say games, but really, this is buying him time to heal his knee.

Beginning to feel a twinge of anger, Reynolds does not wait for the invite and sprints at Theron. He comes at him with great speed, but Theron is waiting and grabs at Austin’s legs, throwing him back and flipping over into a cover: 1…Theron falls away, his knee giving out. He tries to reposition himself for the cover: 1… Reynolds easily powers out. The two now rise to face each other, Theron’s speed hampered by the punishment he has taken, and so Austin Reynolds is first up.

Immediately Reynolds forces Theron down onto his back and this time he positions Daggershield’s legs for a Texas Cloverleaf! He tries to force Theron over onto his belly and ultimately is successful in doing so. As soon as it is locked in, Austin drags him into the centre of the ring and synchs it in deep. Theron once more screams in agony, his injured knee contorted and his back wracked with unspeakable pain. The referee asks Theron if he wants to quit.

Gritting his teeth and shaking his head, Daggershield is defiant. The crowd roars. His spirit inspires them to will him on. The give and take between the fans and the in-ring warrior is mighty as Reynolds tries to sit back and use his weight to keep Theron tight and stranded in the middle of the ring. Now he grits his teeth, determined to finish this. The crowd grows louder and Theron nods, feeling it. The referee asks again, the nod turns to a shake.

Cohen:
Come on, give in, save your knees and your career.

Copeland: Don’t be foolish Jack, Theron’s never going to give up.

Reaching out, Theron digs his hands, burying his nails, into the canvas, dragging himself along with every ounce of his energy. Beads of sweat have turned into a torrent. Theron is gaining ground and Reynolds is coming along with him. Austin Reynolds too is defiant though and he now drags Theron back into the centre, the crowd crying out. Now it is Reynolds who shakes his head and for the first time, the slightest hint of pleasure, a small smile creeping in on one side of his face.

But soon that disappears. In spite of his great efforts to prevent it, Theron still drags himself toward the ropes and toward salvation. Try as he might, Reynolds cannot force his adversary to submit and Theron is using all within him to crawl toward an escape. Realising what is happening, Reynolds surprises many by switching it up. He moves the legs down and repositions himself to try and apply a Lasso from El Passo!

Copeland: Brilliant switch from Reynolds. He calls this submission hold Silence.

As the legs of Theron Daggershield are being repositioned, the former World’s champion tries frantically to spin himself round, trying to right himself onto his back. After a brief struggle between the two, Theron is able to do so, finding himself out of the submission predicament and using great leg strength and power to push Reynolds back. Reynolds rolls back and sprints at the grounded Theron. Daggershield though is prepared and manages to lift Reynolds up and drop him down with the inverted atomic drop.

Grabbing at his lower extremities, Reynolds sucks wind, desperate for air, still on his feet. Theron takes a few moments to recover, on one knee, before slowly rising up, coming face to face with the now struggling Austin. He throws a fist, dropping Reynolds down. Up he comes, but Theron repeats. Reynolds is up faster this time, but is back down that way all the same courtesy of Theron. The sequence is repeated before finally Reynolds stays down. Quickly off the ropes, Theron hits a knee drop, using his good knee to execute the manoeuvre. He hits his wounded one and screams out to the crowd, to which they respond. He glances at the top rope and smirks.

Copeland: What is he thinking?

Making his way somewhat gingerly to the corner, Theron begins to make his way up top. He takes his time, making sure he is steady. Then, Reynolds pops up, and as Theron arrives up top, Reynolds shows magnificent agility and balance to leap to the top rope and greet the “Warblade”. Daggershield though is ready, battering an elbow off the side of Reynolds’ head. In turn, Austin slowly collapses backward and collapses in prime position.

Now, making sure he is fully set, Theron rises, standing up and signalling for the crowd to give him his energy. He nods and points upwards, mouthing something of importance, kissing his wrist tape, before leaping down and delivering the Dragoon Jump; a pin-point elbow drop right to the heart of Reynolds. He weakly hooks the leg for the pin attempt: 1…2…KICK-OUT! Theron’s face is a portrait of frustration. He looks at the referee who, much as he did with Reynolds earlier, can only offer confirmation of the count.

Cohen: What resiliency and strength from Reynolds, finding a way to survive here.

Copeland: Theron felt that, but his cover simply wasn’t good enough and Reynolds was able to power that shoulder up.

Wiping sweat from his brow, Theron tries to peel Reynolds off the canvas, trying to bring Austin to his feet. Ever the wile veteran, Reynolds drops to his knees, knowing any of the big moves from Theron would prove difficult from this position. Theron throws his knees into the upper mid section of Reynolds trying to force him up to his feet. Using both his good and bad knee, Theron begins to grimace, but the tactic is working, bringing Reynolds up to one foot and then, ultimately two.

Going for the death blow, Theron switches into position, looking for the Critical Hit, but Reynolds manages to show magnificent awareness, strength and cunning, using Daggershield’s momentum, lifting him up and over and into a position for a beautiful backpack stunner. Some in the crowd applaud the counter, others boo. Austin is unable to capitalise immediately though, still suffering from the flurry by Theron. Reynolds though is able to scuttle backwards and cover Theron: 1…2…KICK-OUT!

Copeland: Incredible counter from Reynolds, turning a sure fire defeat into a potential win in one fluid move.

Cohen: He’s turned into a real smooth operator in this ring.

Both men now start to stir, Theron rolling away to the ropes, hoping to use them to rise. Reynolds in turn is clambering up to his two feet and he is to his feet first. He goes over to Daggershield and tries to pick him up, but Theron gets a drop toe hold off and floats up and over, looking to hook in his own submission; The Ultimate Weapon! With Theron trying to hook the STF in, Reynolds looks to squirm out and to safety. He manages to find himself away from the submission and into the ropes.

Theron grabs his legs and throws Reynolds upwards. He spins and lands on his feet, confronting Theron. Austin tries to throws a clothesline, but Theron ducks under it. He begs for Reynolds to run and no doubt go for the Critical Hit one final time. However, Reynolds refuses to turn round and instead throws back a stiff mule kick into Theron’s hurt knee. It drops Daggershield down onto a single knee. Now Austin repeats, kicking out the other knee, dropping his foe onto his stomach.

Daggershield tries to come up, but Reynolds hooks him in, throwing an arm over, preparing to hit the finish – End Of! Theron though falls over and backward, finding himself behind. He tries to regain some form of advantage, but his knee gives out, leaving himself prone once more. Austin preps the move once more and hits it this time; raising Daggershield up and drops him on his head. He falls into the cover, pulling both legs up to hook in a deep cover: 1…2…3!

Harrys: Your winner of this match: AU-STIN REY-NOLDS!

With no music playing, Reynolds rolls over his opponent and away, on his knees, allowing the referee to raise his arm in victory. Soon he pulls his arm away and down, looking at his opponent one more time before dropping and rolling away.

Cohen: That was an absolute clinic from Austin Reynolds. He’s come back and proved himself to be an assassin in that ring.

Copeland: I have to agree. Take nothing away from Theron, but Reynolds made it so that even if he couldn’t outright beat Theron, his body would beat him. All that knee work paid dividends and Reynolds has emerged victorious on this return to the ring.

With Reynolds already half way up the ramp, never turning back to look at his handiwork in the ring, the referee checks on Theron and the condition of his injury.

Harrys: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

Harrys: Introducing first, from Crawley, South East England, weighing in at 185 pounds, Vee! A! D! Z!

Vee enters the ring with a determined look on his face, casually slapping the hands of his fans at ringside with but with an air of seriousness about him.

Copeland: What a huge opportunity for Vee tonight as he could instantly make himself the new number one contender with a win over the new world champion.

Cohen: To be the man, you gotta beat the man! You know who said that? ME. I SAID THAT. And I'm the man.

Harrys: And his opponent, from San Francisco, California by way of Indianapolis, Indiana, weighing 325 pounds, he is the NEW WZCW World Heavyweight Champion, Mikey Stormrage!

The crowd response is overwhelming for Mikey as he comes out with his world title belt. The fans can't get enough as he light-heartedly high fives them, as Vee looks on with a smoldering heat behind his eyes.

Copeland: The champ looks casual and relaxed right now, but I wonder if it belies some resentment over the way his championship celebration was cut short by the attack of James Howard.

Cohen: Forget the celebration OR Howard. Right now Mikey has to step in the ring with a very dangerous competitor, and taking his eye off the prize is a sure path to losing his title quick.

The referee inspects both men briefly for foreign objects but quickly rings the bell and we are underway. Both men approach cautiously and Vee looks for a wristlock, trying to work over Stormrage in the early going. Stormrage quickly overpowers him and they start to trade strikes, heavy handed rights from Stormrage and quick kicks to the legs from Vee. The crowd is behind both men, cheering for both of them as they land strikes. Eventually the clubbing blows of Mikey appear to be getting the better of Vee and Mikey goes for one more shot - but Vee answers with a huge enzuigiri! Mikey looks out on his feet but he won't go down! Vee hits the ropes, launches an enormous dropkick, and takes Mikey down! He covers, getting one - but only one! Vee pulls Mikey to his feet, laboring to do so - THEN PLANTS MIKEY WITH A BRUTAL NECKBREAKER! He covers again, getting one, two, but only a short two!! Mikey is out and rubbing his neck. Vee backs off as the ref checks on Stormrage, who signals that he will continue. Vee lets Stormrage get to his feet in the corner, where he starts to assault the body of the champion, drawing a five count. But before the ref can even count to three, Stormrage VIOLENTLY HURLS VEE OVER THE TOP ROPE! Vee is dazed on the outside, Mikey hits the ropes, HE FLIES AND ANNIHILATES VEE WITH A SUICIDE DIVE! The crowd is on their feet!!

Copeland: Over three hundred pounds flying onto you and just crushing your face - what's that like, Jack?

Cohen: Well, Seabass, it reminds me of the time I met up with your mot --

Copeland: Whoa, we gotta take a commercial break folks! Don't miss it!

After a brief commercial interlude...

Mikey and Vee are trading one on one shots once more in the center of the ring, but this time Stormrage has control, his massive rights just wiping out Vee. Stormrage whips Vee into the corner, charges, and flattens him with a huge splash. He backs up, Vee staggers out, and Mikey nails him with a Falcon Punch!!! He covers and gets one, two - but only two! Stormrage looks at the crowd, imploring them for what his next move should be, then taps his head - and wrenches in a devastating headlock!!!

HEADLOCK CITY! HEADLOCK CITY!

The crowd is in amazement at the paralyzing hold absolutely sucking the life out of Vee A.D.Z. Vee is somehow, incredibly, able to will his way to his feet and break the hold, and he turn to face Mikey - who crushes him with an exploder suplex! He covers for one, two - but only two once more! Mikey throws Vee into the corner, just manhandling the smaller man, where he attempts to whip him across the ring, but Vee answers with a fury of chops and kicks, fighting with passion to get back in the match. Vee has Mikey dazed as he hits the second rope, looking for something big, he leaps - and Mikey catches him, hurls him on his shoulders, and CRUSHES HIM WITH A SAMOAN DROP! He covers for one, two, but somehow only two! Mikey looks at the ref with disbelief and he motions that that was surely a three count. The crowd is letting both men hear how appreciative they are. Vee has meanwhile rolled to the apron.

Copeland: It really seems like the massive weight differential is working in Stormrage's favor.

Cohen: In the battle of technique vs size, well, let me tell you Seabass - size matters.

Vee is pulling himself up on the ring apron, outside the ropes, as Mikey goes after him. Vee catches Stormrage with a hard right hand to the jaw, then he gathers himself, springboards and TURNS MIKEY INSIDE OUT WITH A FLYING FOREARM SMASH! Vee practically runs to the top, he flies off the top rope with a moonsault press! He covers the champion, he gets one, two - BUT JUST TWO! So close was Vee to pinning the world champion. Vee hits the top again, this time he wants the big one, he straightens up - but Mikey rolls out of the way! Vee has to leap back in the ring, he charges after the champion who is up on his feet - and EATS A LIVE MAS SLAM! Vee is practically limp already as Stormrage picks him up and it's GAME OVER. Vee is out as Stormrage covers and gets one, two, and three!

Harrys: The winner of this contest - Mikey Stormrage!

Copeland: A game effort from Vee but the size and experience differential were too much to overcome.

Cohen: Well, I'll admit to at least being impressed with with Mikey has shown here tonight - but short may his reign as champion be!

Just as Stormrage is celebrating his win, the lights in the arena begin to flicker. Stormrage looks around, the image of Garth Black showing up on screen. Stormrage readies for a fight, his eyes never leaving the entrance ramp. From the crowd comes Black though and nails Mikey from behind with a steel chair. He beats down the World Champ, showing no remorse.

Copeland: Someone stop this vicious assault.

Matt Tastic's music hits as he runs to save his friend, but pyro shoots up on stage directly in front of him, causing him to stumble and fall. By the time Tastic can recover, Black has left the chair and hightailed it from the ring.

Copeland: It appears that Black's little trip to the production truck earlier wasn't without purpose. That was too convenient to be coincidence.

Cohen: Let it be known, Garth Black is not happy and has just sent a message to the World Heavyweight Champion.

The Powertrip emerges on stage. Not looking happy at all. Dead focused on the ring he marches down steadily and ignoring the fans.

Copeland: As we get set for our mayor main event of the evening here tonight, here comes Constantine. Just removed from a brutal Ladder match where he failed to regain the World Heavyweight Championship. Just coming a tad short.

Cohen: Stormrage got lucky by one second at Gold Rush and with that managed to upset the far superior Constantine. But fear not. He'll still show how amazing is as he becomes the first ever three time Elite Champion.

The Champion appears on the stage, wearing what appears to be the same clothes from Gold Rush. She stands on the stage stained by the bloody dress and wears John Doe's mask. But then rips it off revealing a brand new outfit with the Openweight Championship on her waist. She removes the mask and kicks it all aside as she makes her way down the aisle.

Copeland:
That was quite the entrance there. Eve symbolically ridding herself of John Doe after successfully defending him. Jack, what do you think of Eve's success as Champion?

Cohen:
An amazing Champion, no doubt. She's pushed back all comers. But there's one man that has had more success with that Championship and he's in the ring as we speak.

Both competitors in the ring, the referee Jurou Akiyama takes the Championship and hoists it up in the air.

Harrys: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first the challenger, from St. Louis, Missouri. Weighing at a 265 pounds, he is "The Powertrip"..... CONSTANTINE!!

Constantine stand on the turnbuckles and dominantly poses to large booing.

Harrys: And his opponent. From Milan, Italy. Weighing at a 150 pounds, she is the current reigning and defending Elite Openweight Champion, EVE TAYLOR!!

Eve models across the ring, to what sounds like a mixed reaction.

Copeland: The superstars are set, lets see how things go down.
* Ding Ding Ding *

The match starts with both wrestlers staring each other down in the center of the ring. They wait a few seconds before hooking with a collar and elbow tie up. They circle the ring looking for an advantage. Neither one seems to come ahead with Constantine pushing ahead but Eve maneuvering her way to stay from being dominated. She then sweeps Constantine by the feet and as he hits the mat, she locks in a front facelock. Holding the challenger down and wearing him out. Constantine takes his time trying to get out of the hold. Finding the perfect position to counterhold. From his knees he turns Eve around to a hammerlock, holding her down to the mat. Eve fights her way out. She works the mat to get to a good position and uses her long legs to hook Constantine and pin him with a Victory Roll. 1............2..........-But Constantine gets out at two. Constantine is on one knee and stares at his adversary intently. Eve cautiously watches her challenger as both reset themselves.

Copeland:
An early chess game here as Eve has to be very careful with the former World Champion.

Cohen: Yeah, but at the same time Constantine is being careful not to underestimate Eve.

Both competitors circle the ring again, careful as to who makes the first move. In this case, it's Eve with a spinning back kick. Catching Constantine off guard. She presses on with a couple of knife edge chops before whipping Constantine off the ropes. On return she seems to be about to make her move. But the Powertrip manages to slide under her long legs and sweeps her.

Copeland:
Wow! That's some athleticism from the Powertrip I've never seen!

Constantine grabs one of the legs of Taylor and raises it high into the air, before crashing it hard against the mat, knee first. Eve clutches it in pai but Constantine doesn't let up and goes for it again. Slamming the knee with brute force. He drags Eve towards the ropes and drapes the same leg on them. The referee tells him to stop but he doesn't listen. He elevates himself with the ropes and lands on the knee in a seated position to continue the punishment. He goes for it again, but Eve pulls the leg out and uses her other one to kick Constantine several times. Trying to get him off her. Constantine backs away as Eve gets back to her feet. She meets Constantine with a Big Boot right to the face. She immediately goes for the cover. 1........2.........-But Constantine kicks out. Eve tries to go for something else but Constantine is right on her as he kicks the bad leg, slowing her down. Eve tries to stay on the offensive but Constantine gets back up and clips the bad leg.

Cohen: A cunning strategist. Constantine working the easiest target of Eve's anatomy. Soon enough she just won't be able to hold up.

Constantine wraps Eve's leg around his own as she lies face down on the mat. Constantine facing away from her. He then slams himself backward against the canvas, twisting Eve's leg awkwardly. She screams in pain as The Powertrip damages her leg with the hold. He holds it on the canvas as Eve desperately reaches for the ropes. Barely making it to break said hold. The referee orders him to break but Constantine waits it out. 1......... 2.......... 3........ 4........... 5-But he finally breaks it. He slowly gets to his feet but as he takes his time, Eve is using the ropes to pull herself outside of the ring. She manages to get to a vertical base, but can't put much weight on her leg. She hobbles around ringside as Constantine catches sight of her. He goes out of the ring and chases after her. But using his momentum, Eve manages to toss Constantine hard against the steel ring steps. The referee begins his ten count as both are down. 1........ 2..........

Copeland: Eve reaching into her bag of tricks here to brush off Constantine's attack. It wouldn't surprise me if she just takes the count out draw here.

Cohen:
She's a smart one. But I'm not counting out Constantine. It's gonna take more than that to stop him. We saw it at Gold Rush.

Copeland:
We saw it from both of them at Gold Rush.

Eve pulls herself back up using the barricade as Constantine clutches his shoulder from being tossed onto the steps. 3......... 4............. Eve grabs the prone Constantine and tosses him face first on to the ring pole. Dropping him on the floor as she hobbles onward. 5............. 6............ Eve waits for Constantine who seems limp on the mat. 7........... 8....... 9........ Constantine struggles to get back up. 10-And he manages to roll back in at the very last second. Eve looks on frustrated and begins to stomp on Constantine repeatedly. She reaches out for him and pulls him back up. She stands him up and measures him to hit the High Heel Kick. She knocks down Constantine but also clutches her leg as she used her bad one to hit him. She quickly goes for a cover. 1..... 2....... -But Constantine kicks out. She doesn't let up. Constantine tries to hide in the corner but Eve quickly hobbles toward him and gives him the Facial Treatment, plastering her boot across his face. She goes for a follow up but Constantine trips her by the bad leg and hooks an STF.

Cohen:
Oh, it looks like it may be over, here. I don't see how Eve can get out now.

Copeland:
We'll see. If there's anything we've learned watching Taylor's run it's how tenacious she can be.

Taylor scrambles to reach the ropes as referee Jurou Akiyama checks on her. She reaches out but is too far away. Constantine screams for her to tap but Eve refuses. It seems all is lost as there doesn't seem to be a way out. But suddenly the referee orders a break on the hold. Constantine seems incredibly pleased and releases his grip. He gets up and starts celebrating in victory but the referee tells him that is not the case.

Copeland:
I think Constantine may want to pay attention.

Cohen: Her foot. Constantine, her long legs. You forgot.

Constantine argues with the referee about whats going on. Jurou points to Eve and Constantine now realizes Eve had her foot on the bottom rope. Her long legs helping her stretch back enough and Constantine not able to see it. Constantine argues the case frustrated as Eve takes her foot off the rope. He finally gives up the case and goes for Eve. Pulling her to her feet by the hair. He attempts to whip her across the ring for Collateral Damage but her leg gives out. Now more frustrated, Constantine pulls her back up again. He hooks her over the shoulders for The Axis but Eve slips out of the maneuver. Constantine turns to her and is immediately taken down with the Extreme Makeover! Constantine struggles to get out of the hold but is caught dead in the center of the ring! Left with no choice, Constantine submits!

Here is your winner and STILL WZCW Elite Openweight Champion, EVE TAYLOR!!

Copeland:
And just like that, Eve was able to find a way. Almost by the skin of her teeth, Eve Taylor was able to squeeze one out here. One slight distraction costed Constantine the match and the title.

Cohen:
You said it, Seabass. She was barely able to escape. If Constantine had his focus all the way through, he would definitely would've won his third Elite title.

Eve has her hand raised by the referee and the title given to her. She proceeds to raise it up high as she simply hobbles away, in no mood to celebrate. She makes her way up the ramp assisted by an EMP.

Copeland:
Taylor clearly not in the mood to celebrate. She may have had to fight her way up but she doesn't care for it.

Cohen:
Well, that's it for us here tonight. Goodnight fans and see you tomorrow for Asc- Wait a minute. Hey! Sebastian! Look up the ramp!

On the entrance way as Eve makes it up, Abel Hunnicutt and Steven Holmes stand. Eve looks at them but just moves on. They look on as she leaves. We see Constantine struggling back up. Not looking pleased.

Copeland:
What are they out here for? Abel wasn't booked this round. But he's still here. Why are he and Holmes out here?

Soon Abel and Holmes are joined on stage by Austin Reynolds, the three men then smile at Constantine, who smiles back. The image of The Power Trip smiling wide at the men on stage is the lasting image as the copyright info flashes on screen and we fade to black.
