It's just the sad example of one wrestler, ---excellent in his prime with the TLC matches , the 3 way matches with Dudleys and Christian/Edge ---that realizes that he can not make the transition from possible highlight reel to has been. He really needs to talk to some of the older vets who have since legitimately retired and ask how to handle the spotlight (or lack thereof). On one side, it's sad....on the other,....he's a piece of shit that is so desperate to get attention that he's willing to do it at all cost. I never thought I'd see the day when JEFF Hardy was the moral compass of the two. I think TNA needs to vastly cut their losses from these two and leave them in the dust. Matt needs for one, to get in shape if he has ANY concern to get back in the ring (at last looking, he was about 40 pounds overweight) and secondly, go into seclusion for about six months. No posting of videos, no twitters, no nothing. If he was smart, he would have some savings that he can live off of until the time comes.

I always saw Matt as the more normal brother, I saw him as a smart guy.

With all the suicides, and deaths that occured in wrestling history, we dont need another one to occur. My suggestion is for Matt to check into a Mental Clinic. The police said hes fine, but what about the professionals? he needs to seek someone real good.

As for his career, the way I see it... Its done. No promotion would want a guy thats a fucking lunatic.

But, IMO what has been happening around Matt, shows that hi is more f**kuped than Jeff and need some serious help. Jeff may have legal problems but at least he avoids making stupid videos (except the one with teaser ) and keeps away from dirtsheets headlines.

Yes they do have fans, im not a fan in a major sense but i would like nothing more than to see Jeff get his life back together after his court case is over. He was awesome when he carried the WWE title and had some great matches with Punk, Orton and even a very memorable match against the late Umaga, it was as soon as he left WWE that he went downhill rapidly, it was all his fault and im sure hes realised that.

The people love a comeback and its all up to Jeff to prove himself now.

As for Matt, well i dont really give a shit as hes gone too far, i dont want him to even get the slightest chance in a mjor company again because he simply doesnt desrve it! I never got a chance to watch the video before it got removed and for that im so glad, it simply doesnt deserve my hit.

Honestly, this is just ridiculous and a cry for 1. help, and 2. attention. What's sad is that he is seriously making Jeff look damn good and stable. Not only that, he makes Scott Hall look like a good investment for a company right now. Matt has really gone too far, and I wouldn't be surprised if his family and his girlfriend (who I can not believe has agreed to stick with him this long after all the shit he's done or said), decide to leave him to his own devices before too long. Eventually you have to say, enough is enough and if Matt isn't going to be willing to get the help he needs, then it's time to cut the cord, I know that sounds harsh, but damn, how much should his family and loved ones have to endure because of him?

Say whatever you want Matt but when you are putting up bogus suicide videos on the internet (and FWI for any fan who is saying this message isn't a suicide note thats ridiculous. If it wasn't a suicide note then he wouldn't have made it look like that and dated it) you are pretty much alienating your entire fanbase and your family to boot.

There are certain things you just don't joke about and this is one of them. I don't want Matt to die, if this note was legit (maybe someone talked him out of it after posting it) then I really hope Matt gets help and gets it together. If its not legit and it was some sort of stupid prank then I hope Matt has a good enough friend that will boot f*** some sense into him (literally).

Honestly, I think this is a cry for help. Whether he intended to do anything or not, the idea that popped into his head is enough to say that he would consider it.

That being said, I find it sick that anybody would joke about this kind of stuff. Look at guys like the Von Erichs, or Chris Kanyon. Talented guys who gave everything to the industry, suffered their ups and downs, and ultimately, either through depression or various mental issues killed themselves and died well before their time. It's not funny at all to joke about that kind of stuff, whether it's a cry for help or not.

I do hope he gets some help. Not a huge fan, and this definitely puts him on my shit list, but I don't want anymore wrestlers to die.

And what company is going to want the risk? I know that neither TNA nor WWE wants one of their talents to die on their watch. That's terrible PR.

The YouTube Video was not in any way a suicide note.. No words such as death, suicide, kill, heaven or hell were included-I wanted to see people's optimism or pessimism towards my words. It's pretty clear to me what their reaction was, and I needed one last attention grabber to let the World know that Matt Hardy has re-found his true self. After the events of the last couple of weeks, even though I've made some terrible mistakes, I have come to a revelation in my life. I realized that since the "MATTHEW" videos, with the damage inflicted on my body over the last 15 years and, more importantly, how I was coping with the severe pain, "Matt Hardy" had lost his way. I went from being the guy who wanted to change the world, entertain and inspire people to being someone who was more concerned about shock value and making the world unravel my cryptic messages and videos.

Tonight's video at http://bit.ly/dvfwOb represented the end of the "New" Matt "MATTHEW" Hardy, as I've come full circle back to the "Old" Matt Hardy. They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and I believe that statement defined my last two weeks. Regardless of if its in a wrestling ring or not, I WILL change the World, make it a better place, and inspire and motivate others to do the same. I am of sane mind, completely clean of any and all crutches, and feel better then I have in years. You'll be surprised at my stories from the last two weeks, as well as my future plans and aspirations.. So apparently someone close to him said last night, "hey asshole, your YouTube games are ruining my personal life." Right after that, the realization that no one cared about Matt Hardy's internet drama more than Matt Hardy could have hit him; the sudden realization that "wow, if it were someone else doing this and not me, I'd think they were a really annoying douchebag."


I'm huge on second chances. I'm not saying Matt Hardy owes me anything in his personal life, because he doesn't. (That goes for everyone here, too.) But he has a lot of work to do convincing wrestling fans that he's not some self-absorbed drunk asshole on the internet talking about how much money he's made. (Either that, or find a way to make money by being a self-absorbed drunk asshole on the internet talking about how much money he makes. It works for Kenderson.) I don't think we'll see the old Matt Hardy- he'd have to lose about 30 pounds, get agile again, and learn how to be exciting from scratch, but I'm much in favor of seeing him again be a character whose in-ring performances overshadow his out-of-ring spectacles. You know, like Kurt Angle.

Dude, its the context in wich he posted the videos. Look in the span of a week or 2, he was fired from TNA because he crashed his car while driving drunk/stone. Then he is admitted to the hospital after falling in his house ( was he too drunk or stone? we don't know but still) and then there is this. Its like it was a cry for help.

He got drunk, crashed his car, and then got fired? Oh my god! Clearly he must be suicidal, then! The signs are all there. And no one even knows why he was hospitalized. The guy could've fallen off a ladder and hurt himself, done something completely normal that had nothing to do with alcohol or drugs. Everyone's just magically jumping to that conclusion without any solid evidence or REASON. Naturally he fell in his house so he HAS to be suicidal!

As I said, people need to use common sense.

None of those two examples are clear signs someone is suddenly suicidal, after always being a guy who is very PRO-LIFE and always exceedingly optimistic about his future plans and his future goals and making a difference in the world. The guy rants about it ALL THE FUCKING TIME. He also rants about his character, makes videos for every change his "character" takes. So no, it's completely silly that people overreact about this video and suicide based on rumors, unspecified news, and illogic while ignoring the past mentality and personality of the guy which made it very easy to tell this was nothing but a character driven hype video.
