Match prediction - The Corre

Burrows94

Dark Match Winner
With the recent altercations between the Corre. My match prediction will be a fatal 4 way between the 4 members. A "Lets see whos the better" type of match.

The winner will be Wade Barrett, That is all :D

This could be a good match, but what would they gain by doing it? Anyways i think Big Zeke should win, as he is the only member of The Corre ( why the extra r?) that doesn't have a title.

Oh yeah, this will obviously happen...

Except I'm pretty sure WWE has done away with Fatal 4 Way this year, so this thread is pointless. However, if there is a blow off match for this group, give the win to Zeke. Barett doesn't need it.

My only problem with the fatal four way is, Gabriel and Slater are the Tag Team champions, and, while the division is shit, why make it worse. For this to happen, WWE first needs to get the belts of Slater and Gabriel, perhaps drop them to Bourne and Bryan, causing dissension between those two, as well as the Corre, THEN go into the Fatal Four Way, perhaps for the IC Title, with Zeke coming out a title that means a little more than the WWECW Title.

Zeke is the only member of the group to hold a world title, lol.

I would like to see Zeke win a fatal four way for the IC title though. It would help Zeke more than Barrett, and it would allow Barrett back into the main event.

Why would Gabriel and Slater need to split? They could team up during the match, one of them get rolled up from behind leaving the other to fend for himself? They can still carry on as tag champs after....

I would like to see this done Elimination style with this in mind, that way you get a more decisive finish with someone being able to claim he outlasted all the other members of the group.

I would like to see Justin Gabriel win though, not only would it build him, but if he and Slater hold onto the Tag Titles it would also make them look that bit stronger too. I really think if WWE got behind these two and gave them some legitimate challengers they could help bring back some prestige to the 2p coin belts

Gabriel should get a huge push. In terms of potential, I'd rank him just below Sheffield when considering the original Nexus members. The Corre has zero credibility, so I don't think this match would be anticipated (or even cared about for that matter) at all.

I think that if this match were to happen, that it would prove that the WWE does not support factions or tag teams anymore. I mean, every tag team has broken up just about, there are no real factions left (Nexus is crap and are just fries to CM Punk's double angus cheese burger) and to break up the Corre would give you another failed faction. It would also ultimately write out big zeke from future storylines unless he wins the int gold. I think it's a bad move, and honestly think that if they would make this match, it would be a match that not too many people care about, mostly because they havnt been a faction long enough, nor have they had a real impact on the main event scene.

I can see it happening in the future, they all sem to be at each other's throats so why not let them have a fatal four way match at extreme rules. Make it like a street fight and let them have weapons. I would have ezekiel jackson win to assert his dominance.

I really like the idea of The Corre in a Fatal Fourway match. They should keep the tension building for a couple of more months, then place them in a Fatal Fourway match under elimination rules. Slater would probably go first, then Gabriel, and finally Barrett would emerge victorious over Ezekiel to help begin his singles run while still holding the IC title. It would be great for whoever wins the match. Zeke and Barrett would likely move on to singles success, while Slater and Gabriel would tag team a little longer afterwards. This is a good route to go as it would get all four onto a PPV card and help push whoever wins the match.
