Lupe Fiasco's The Cool

Murfish

is losing his edge
It's a very good album. I've been listening to it way too much in my car.

Off the Top of My Head Fav's:
The Coolest*
Superstar
Gold Watch*
Intruder Alert
Hip Hop Saved My Life
Little Weapon*
Gotta Eat
Dumb It Down

*-epic

I'm familiar with a few of his songs, most notably Superstar which is a great tune to listen to.

Can't help but sing along to that song, i'm surprised he doesn't get more publicity as in videos and singles and such, I don't hear much about him and barely ever hear his music on the radio.

I heard he's going to retire soon, even though he's still young and only has like what 3 albums out? That kinda sucks, he's a good rapper.

I agree I love that album and Lupe. I still think he should have won best rap album over Lil Wayne's overated and overhyped Tha Carter 3(which wasn't his greatest work, but was a massive success). Hip/Hop saved my life is a great jam and my favorite from the CD although most of the songs were very solid with only a few fillers.

That's the best part. There are 19 tracks and only abou 3-4 are filler so I can listen to it all the way through. Oh, I forgot High-Definition. It's great except for part of Snoop's verse(blam blam with the blammer?).

Him and Chamillionaire are two of the most underrated rappers out there....They would destroy 90% of current rappers if they had their exposure.

I'd say that you are playing mod to some one who is experienced in the art and knows very well where I wanted to put it, but I don't feel like playing mod.

I'm not playing mod at all.

Just pointing out the obvious is all. I guess since this is for all the spam threads, it fits anyway.

But on topic, if you like Lupe check out Talib Kweli. He's got some good stuff as well.
