Last week's recap ("What Kate Does")
Alright, last week was TERRIBLE, but on the bright side, no more Kate episodes. And at least Mac from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia returned for one more episode. Here's hoping they get back on the right track tonight.

Last week's recap ("What Kate Does")
In alternate 2004, Kate successfully flees from LAX, but the taxi drivers bails on her and she forces Claire out. Kate eventually frees herself from her handcuffs and, while going through Claire's bag for a new set of clothes, discovers Claire is pregnant. She returns to where she kicked Claire out and gives her back her luggage, then offers her a ride. Claire accepts the offer from the gun-wielding escapee. They travel to the house of the couple who are going to adopt Claire's baby, but Claire discovers the couple have separated and they are no longer interested. Claire goes into labor and Kate takes her to the hospital where Dr. Ethan Goodspeed takes care of her. In 2007, the Others "question" Sayid in private by blowing ash on him, shocking him and burning him with a poker. He fails their tests. Dogen tells Jack that Sayid is infected and needs to take a pill, but it's eventually revealed the pill is poison when Jack tries to swallow it instead of Sayid. He explains to Jack that the infection will reach Sayid's heart and remove any trace of the man he once was, and tells Jack that the same thing happened to Claire. Meanwhile, Sawyer escapes from the Temple, so Kate and Jin volunteer to retrieve him. Kate goes after Sawyer, but Jin leaves to find Sun. Kate eventually finds Sawyer and learns he was going to propose to Juliet and blames himself for her death. Jin is caught by the Others, but the Others are killed by Claire.
