Ive looked through the forums, and seen discussion about these return promos and Skip's return but neither discuss this idea. Please move if needed (I'm a newish member and still getting you to creating threads)
During Raw tonight we had the third promo for the 2nd January. A lot of people have talked about it being Jericho/The Undertaker and both have points to why it shouldn't be. For example, if Jericho is actually telling the truth (which we can never tell) he is not returning at this present time, and with The Undertaker, people think that its not the right time for him, or that he should have a promo for his return but go for the shock factor (i.e Royal Rumble).
So watching the third video today (http://www.youtube.com/lookwithin2012) I was thinking who else it could be, and all of a sudden Skip Sheffield's name popped into my head. This might so crazy but hear me out.
Skip isn't far from a return if WZ is accurate (http://www.wrestlezone.com/news/245979-2-wwe-stars-return-to-action-at-live-events-this-weekend) which means returning on the 2nd January is very possible for him, and after such a long time out, he needs a big push to make him relevant again.
We also all know how much of a monster he can be booked as and how good of a monster he can look, and a lot of us want him to play that character when he returns.
Then when listening to the promo, a lot of it fitted rather well with the kid coming out with quotes such as 'The prophet will emerge and DESTROY THE WEAK' and will be 'The end of the world as we know it'. For me this is pretty obvious that a monster is returning and gonna tear the WWE up.
If I am somehow right I think its been great booking by WWE as they have kept us guessing with Y2J/Taker and it will take a lot of people by surprise.
What do you think? Am I right? If show, how should they handle his return with this character? And if I'm wrong let me know why I am and who you think it is!
