My main issue was the lack of drama. I never once believed that there was a chance for a title change. The wrestling was good but the atmosphere was bad.

I think i know what my issues with Raw and HIAC are going to be: they'll both likely be good. It's that the buildups are awful because of how little time there is and everything seems forced. The shows will likely be decent but there's no reason to care because nothing has had time to develop.
