You can never expect to believe something from IMDB. Especially regarding this game. For now, all I'm going on is the fact that Hogan, Andre, Warrior, Piper, Heenan, Hart, and Gorilla Monsoon are in. That's the only guaranteed roster for me.

Savage being on the list makes me highly suspect, but of course I'm hoping for it. There seem to be some reports that the relationship is getting better there, so maybe. If that is the list, it looks good, but I don't think I'll take anything until the official website gets it up.

Is there any danger that this Legends game could become a computer version of M.A.S.H where you,d rather play wrestlers who are long retired or dead (i.e. watch old episodes) than the 2009 SvR game where at least ten wrestlers on it have been paid off already & forgoten about (new episodes). ?!

WWE.com has an official list of workers who are guaranteed to be in the game. This is Part One:

Hulk Hogan
Bam Bam Bigelow
Shawn Michaels
Big John Studd
Dusty Rhodes
Bobby Heenan
The Iron Sheik
Brutus Beefcake
Jimmy Snuka
Junkyard Dog
Sgt. Slaughter
Andre the Giant

The next update February 10th at 7 pm on WWE.com.

Notice there are also shots of Rock and Austin in another section, pretty much confirming them.

Am I alone in really hoping "Superstar" Billy Graham makes it in? He'd be a great addition to the roster.

I don't understand how this game with have mainstream appeal. The kiddie market is a lot more lucrative than the older market, you know. The Nintendo Wii proves this.

WWE DVD's do killer, and it's pretty much the same market

this game is gonna prolly be thw worst WWE game ever, you all know this right?? Its gonna be PURE name value, and seeing the old entrances, and that will be all. Why would they do anything more??

So I did some heavy reading on this thing, and it appears I am correct, in that this is basically the WWE Hall of Fame mode on steroids, with a bunch of cut scenes and bad ass shit that ALL the SVR Games should have

The next official set of rosters:

Stone Cold Steve Austin
The Rock
Jimmy Hart
Roddy Piper
Hawk
Animal
Greg "The Hammer" Valentine
Hacksaw Jim Duggan
British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith
"The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase

And while they didn't announce it, Bret Hart was shown in just about every video clip getting beat up by the wrestlers they did announce, so, it's safe to say he's there too.

I'd be more excited about most of the roster if they hadn't been on past SvR games. The ones that haven't already been in those games aren't ones I'd really use much anyway. Greg Valentine? I'm only intrested in looking at his shin pad.

Apparently the gameplay is different too, less like SD v Raw and more like an arcade game (ie using the D pad more)
