That remains to be seen. He's been saying it in interviews for I think the past couple weeks, but he just came out on Twitter saying he's done and all this inspirational bullshit towards his fans. You can take that how you want, but for someone as much of a dumbass as this guy, he might have thought Twitter was the best place to ever make an official announcement, and not anything believeable like a press conference or some shit.

Still I'm keeping my hopes up that he'll fade into obscurity after this and not become a Kim K-type celebrity who is literally doing nothing to contribute to anything at all, yet they have 40% of the country's wealth in their back pocket.
