Ambrose beats the crap out of Chris Jericho. Ambrose throws thumbtacks to the ring. He threaten to hit Dirty Deeds on Jericho there. Jericho says he quits. Dean hits Dirty Deeds anyway.

7) Brock Lesnar def. Roman Reigns(c)
*NEW Champion*
During the match Reigns got supexed through tables in the ring corners, he got beat up, he has his right arm made completely useless and got 3 F-5s. Roman had to use his left arm to do the Superman Punch. He gave Lesnar hell and even had him beat a couple times. But Lesnar kept coming back up and so ends Reigns' reign a the World Champ. Post-match, Reigns is carried to the back by Mercury and Noble, while Lesnar is standing in the ring and can't get up to walk.

Sheamus comes out and cashes-in his MITB contract to become the new WWE Champion. Lesnar leaves with the help of doctors, while Sheamus celebrates with Rusev, Barrett and Big Show.

*Major Angle taking place on RAW after Extreme Rules!!*​

Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman open the show. Brock walks with difficulty, due to the hell went through last night during the LMS match and afterwards with Sheamus. Paul Heyman says that last night his client and Roman Reigns put on a hell of a fight, which have even shortened both men's careers. He puts over Reigns as being the "real deal", but his client is "the real-est". However, even after all that Sheamus came out and took advantage of the situation. He says his client has nothing against Sheamus as he did something that any other wrestler would have done: he saw a chance and he took it.
He says that after Brock left the arena he spent the night in a hospital room and he wasn't supposed to be here tonight, due to various injuries. However, his client couldn't stand the fact that he got stolen his WWE Championship and that it was the second time he was being cashed-in. So tonight, "we're here to arrange a rematch at the coming PPV, Payback, since my client is in no condition to compete", says Heyman. Brock grabs the mick from Paul and challenges Sheamus to a remacth tonight. He says he's not waiting until Payback.
Sheamus comes out with his new WWE Championship belt. He says he admires Brock, but last night he also had a gruel match, so he's gonna pass Brock's offer and leave the match for Payback. There's a celebration tonight with my pals, so I have the night off. Brock says "what kind of bitch-ass champ are you?".
Out comes Stephanie McMahon. He says that due to contain the health of both men and due to Sheamus' celebration, the match will happen at Payback. Lesnar leaves pissed off.

Backstage, we get HHH and Randy. Randy asks Triple H why he was not part of the Extreme Rules PPV. Hunter says that ever since Randy lost to Sting at Wrestlemania, he hasn't been in the best shape and he's constantly losing matches. He says that has always been Orton's problem and that Orton never unlocked his full potential. HHH says that ever since Orton left the Authority he became sloppy. He's gonna have to change that and get back in form, if he still wants to be one of the best. He asks Randy to make a statement.

No Roman Reigns tonight as he is badly injured.

Dean Ambrose has a match with Ziggler. Ambrose wins and says that he defeated a 6-time World Champion and 9-time IC Champion twice in a row and sent him home. He says that it's time to go get the big one.
Since Roman is no longer champ, Dean's "suspension from any World Title match" due to Fast Lane's Last Chance match, is now lifted.

Bray Wyatt promo time. He cuts a promo on Sheamus. He says that last night he defeated the World Champion fair and square. He says gold and silver are not his love, but is what the Authority loves, so he's going to take them.

Irish Celebration segment. We have Sheamus, Del Rio, Barrett, Rusev and New Day in the ring. Sheamus says that all of these guys are his friends and are celebrating with him his World title victory.
League of Nations make their appereance, since I really liked their formation.
Brock Lesnar's music hits. Lesnar destroys everyone in the ring, however his wounds hurt him and the LON take advantage and start a beat down.

Randy Orton's music hits as he storms in the ring and takes the LON out. He and Lesnar stand tall together. Orton grabs a mic: "I am tired of Triple H and the Authorty holding me back! This is my full potential Hunter!". Drops the mic and RKOs Lesnar.
He then goes to the corner and calls for a punt kick. As soon as Lesnar lifts his head, Orton punt kicks him right in the skull. RAW ends with Orton standing above Lesnar like a viper.

Fatal-4-Way match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship​

On Smackdown after Orton's punt kick to Lesnar, we learn that Brock Lesnar won't be competing at Pyback against Sheamus. The match will instead be Sheamus vs Roman Reigns.

Roman Reigns tells Sheamus that he doesn't mid that Sheamus seized that chance and he's happy that the title is back in the Authority, but is unhappy that it's not around his waist. He says that the two of them with have a hell of a match at Payback, to prove who's the better man.

Dean Ambrose intterrupts and says that if at Payback it's going to be Sheamus vs Reigns, then it will abo****ely going to suck. He mentions that he defeated a 6-time World Champion at Extreme Rules and now it's time for him to get back in line for the WWE Championship, since Roman lost the belt.

Smackdown main event that night: Ambrose vs Sheamus, non-title match. After a hard battle, the League of Nations comes out and attack Dean Ambrose to cause a DQ loss for Sheamus. Que to the Wyatt Family's music, as the make the save.

On RAW Sheamus asks Reigns where the hell he was during the beat-up. Reigns says he was too busy taking a piss and now that Sheamus is the champ, he's a target for anyone, so he should learn how to take care of himself.

Mainwhile, the fatal-4-way is announced. The main-event of that RAW is Ambrose & Bray vs Sheamus & Reigns. The match ends as the faces pick-up the victory. Post-match, Reigns spears Sheamus due to frustation. The rest of the League try to attack Reigns, but hesitate, as the Big Show takes Reigns' side. Then the Wyatt Family with Ambrose attack and take out the Authority, to end RAW.

On the RAW before Payback, Sheamus brouge kicks Reigns, Ambrose hits dirty deeds on Sheamus and then, Bray Wyatt connects with Sister Abigail to Ambrose and stands tall going into Payback.

Bray's reason for competing for the title is because he wants to take what the Authority holds dearest, the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Rest of the Card​

Orton vs Neville
On RAW after Wrestlemania, Orton lost to Neville due to Neville's face paint as Sting. Next week Orton loses again, this time against Ziggler. On RAW before Extreme Rules, Orton is facing Neville once more and he agains has the Sting face-paint. Orton assaults Neville before the match begins.

Next week we get Orton's punt kick on Lesnar with the main story here being that Orton is trying to find his lost potential. Neville returns on Smackdown to cost Orton his match again.

The next two weeks Orton continually attacks Neville before matches or during matches due to Neville's face paint and the fact that Orton can't stand seeing it. So the match is made for Payback. Orton says that if Neville shows up on Payback with that face-paint, he's going to kill him.

Styles(c) vs Ziggler
After Wrestlemania Ziggler enters a hot streak, picking victories over Rusev, Orton and Ryback. This lands management into giving him a US title shot against Styles.

Ziggler calls out Styles. Ziggler says that he's one of the best in the WWE and puts himself over and his career accomplishments. Ziggler then says that the moment Styles entered that ring, he proved who he was by beating Daniel Bryan. But Styles was just lucky. Bryan had no intention of winning that match, so he layed down for Styles. He's going to take that title from him.

Ziggler mentions that he's beem in the WWE for a decade. Which means that he's been with the best of the best for a decade, while Styles was wrestling in B and C shows arounf the world because he couldn't get here. This drives Styles nuts as the two exchange some blows before the big event.

Mainwhile, Alberto Del Rio is still jealous of AJ Styles and says that he will get Styles, one day.

Big Show vs Strowman
The feud between Bray and Sheamus, leads to these two giants squaring off at Payback. Past giant vs future giant. Luke Harper (who talks for Strowman), says that it's time for the new age of giants to take over the wrestling world. Strowman challenges and then overpowers Big Show, which leads to that match. Big Show, due to being caught by surpise the firsy time, completely overpowers and dominates Strowman the following weeks.

The last time these two squared off, at Fast Lane, the match ended with a double count-out, as they took the battle on the outside. What's going to happen now?

Cesaro(c) vs Zayn vs Owens
Zayn wins a small battle royal by last eliminating Kevin Owens to become the next #1 contender. After the match Owens attacks Zayn and takes him out. Owens says that he refuses to be made fun of, by the punny little punk Sami Zayn. On Smackdown he also attacks the Intercontinental Champion, Cesaro and states that if it wasn't for Sami Zayn he would have won, se wants a rematch. Thus the triple threat match is made for Payback.

Zayn says that he enjoys so much Owens' agony and pain he feels, every time Zayn messes with him. He says: "This is nothing compared to when I was sitting on my house, injured, watching you, a guy I thought was my best friend, be the NXT Champion! As long I am in the same ring with you, you will never be the same man as you were, Owens! I will become the next Intercontinental Champion, bu pinning you and then go on to become one of the greats!"

Owens states that he will break Zayn piece by piece, while Cesaro states that the fact that these two hate each other so much, works on his advantage.

~RAW after Payback~​

RAW opens with Sheamus, who brags about his victory last night. With him are his goons from the League. Bray Wyatt and the Family interrupt him. Bray says that he's going to take the WWE World Heavyweight Championship to Purgatory, come Money In the Bank.

*Announcement: A WWE Network Special, "The Wrestling Classic" is coming*
WWE will once again hold a special show this year prior Money in The Bank, just like last year with Elimination Chamber. This show will be called "The Wrestling Classic". The card will be announced shortly.

Stephanie McMahon is out and says that tonight is a night full of surprises and special announcements, as the road to Summerslam begins. She says that at Money In The Bank there won't be one, but two, MITB Ladder matches.
The first match will involve participants who have never been World Champions in the WWE before. The winner of that match will receive the classic MITB briefcase with a contract that allows his to compete for a World Championship match any place, any time.
The second match will involve former World Champions only. The winner of that match gets the chance to challenge for the WWE Championship, at this year's Summerslam.
She says that WWE is all about giving opportunities and tonight the Authortity is giving so many of them.

Main event time. It's Reigns vs Bray Wyatt, No DQs match with both the Wyatt Family and the Authority banned from ringside, by Reigns' and Bray's orders. Winner faces the WWE World Heavyweight Champion at Money In The Bank. Reigns is about to hit the Superman punch, when, the lights go out...

Build-up to The Wrestling Classic

The Wrestling Classic takes place 2 weeks after Payback and 3 weeks before Money In The Bank​

Styles(c) vs League of Nations
Alberto Del Rio has been eager to take back the United States Championship belt. He was obsessed. So questioning AJ Styles' ability and pride as a wrestler he throws the challenge. Gauntlet match at The Wrestling Classic, whoever pins Styles becomes the new Champ. If Styles can withstand that test, then it would mean that he's trully one of the greatest around the world. Styles of course accepts the challenge, saying that this might be a decision he might come to regret, but he has the balls and the ability to defeat all three of them.

Roman Reigns vs Finn Balor
After the bloodbath on RAW, Roman is damn pissed of at the rookie for costing him the opportunity to reclaim the Word Championship. He challenges the young demon to a match and says that he will send him back to NXT. He'd sent him to hell, but that would be too friendly in this case.
Roman asks his cousins, the Usos to assist him against the Demon Club, but the Usos refuse saying that Roman has already picked a side and it's a side those two want nothing to do with.

Dean Ambrose vs Sheamus(c)
Ambrose has been screaming for a match for the World title for months, so he gets one here. The two pf them brawl all over the place the week before the event.
The winner becomes the WWE Champion and faces Bray Wyatt at Money in the Bank, while the loser gets to compete at the #1 Contender's Ladder match.

Cesaro(c) vs Kevin Owens
After the match at Payback, Owens powerbombed both Cesaro and Zayn, leaving them wasted in the ring, while he left with his head high.
The following night Cesaro says that he's tired of the weekly battles with Kevin Owens. He knows that Owens is an old school fighter, so the two of them should end this feud at the Wrestling Classic, in an all-out wresling competition, a 2/3 falls match with a 60-minute time limit. Owens comes out, stares Cesaro in the eyes and smirks. The two of them shake hands. As Owens goes to leave Cesaro pulls him back, kicks him in the gut and hits the Neutralizer.

~The Wrestling Classic: Results~

AJ Styles(c) def. Barrett, Rusev & Del Rio [1-on-3 Gauntlet match for the US Championship]
Barrett enters first. Styles beats him rather quickly, in like 5 minutes. Then comes Rusev. The two of them go at it for a long time, like 15 minutes. Rusev is rather dominant but loses control in the end. He puts Styles in the camel clutch. Styles gets to the ropes, but Rusev refuses to release. This leads to a DQ win for Styles. However Styles has passed out and then takes a beating by Rusev and Barrett. Out comes the fresh Alberto Del Rio. The ref wakes up Styles, who is burnt out. However, with all the odds stacked against him, Styles pulls up one of the biggest upsets ever as he pins Del Rio.

Roman Reigns def. Finn Balor [Singles match]
Very even match. Balor gets a great showing here. He has Reigns beat for the 3-count 2 times, but the first time there's no ref to count as he's knocked out and the second time, Kofi Kingston, who came in Reigns' aid, pulls out the referee. After one Superman Punch and two Spears, Reigns pins Balor.

Divas match

Dean Ambrose fought Sheamus(c) to a double count-out [Singles match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship]
The two men take brawl out of the ring backstage and to the parking lot. The match ends after Ambrose drives Sheamus' head through a glass window and then Dirty Deeds him to the concrete.

Cesaro(c) def. Kevin Owens 1-0 at the 60-minute mark [2/3 Falls match for the IC Championship]
Just pure wrestling match. Cesaro goes 1-0 during the 37th minute. During the match end, Owens connect with a pop-up powerbomb, but the time runs out, as the referee counts until 2.

Money In the Bank 2016 Build-up: The Ladders​

#1 Contender's Ladder match
The build-up happens mainly on RAW.
WWE announces the participants of this match being 1-time World Champion Dean Ambrose, 1-time World Champion Roman Reigns, 2-times World Champion Kane, 12-times World Champion Randy Orton, 2-time World Champion Dolph Ziggler and 4-time World Champion Alberto Del Rio.

Miz has them on Miz TV on RAW. He asks why he's not in the match and he says that out of all of them, only he, has main-evented a Wrestlemania and came out the winner! Kane shuts him up with a choke slam and the browl errupts.

Other points during the build-up:
1) Orton meets backstage with Paul Heyman. Orton says that he heard about Lesnar's return. Orton says that he know that Lesnar will defeat Sheamus or Bray Wyatt at Battleground and become the champion again. "But Paul, you also know that I'm going to win this ladder match and go on to headline Summerslam. So tell your client to wait a little longer, because they will meet at Summerslam, with the richest prize on the line".
2) Dean meets Sheamus backstage. He says that the two of them are not done yet. Sheamus says: "Yeah fella, we're not". The two stare each other.
3) Reigns and Triple H meet. Reigns promises that after Summerslam, the Authority will stand as the sole force in the WWE. Triple H smiles and wishes Reigns good luck, as the two of them hug.
4) Kane of course unleashes hell.

RAW before the PPV. It's the usual ladders in the ring segment. After the big brawl, Reigns is the sole survivor and climbs up the ladder. He reaches for the briefcase. As soon as he grabs the briefcase, it catches fire, making Reigns fall from the ladder. Then the pyros go off and Kane is seen on the ramp.

Money In The Bank Ladder match
This happens mainly on Smackdown.
The participants are: Intercontinental Champion Cesaro, United States Champion AJ Styles, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Rusev, Neville, Kalisto, Bubba Ray Duddley.

The feuds going into that match are Owens vs Zayn, Styles vs Rusev, Bubba vs Kalisto, coming from Lucha Dragons vs Duddley Boys, as the Duddleys are the heels. This match is described as the biggest match in their careers, since none of them has ever been the WWE Champion.

All of them are in great wrestling shape. The main themes are:
a) Styles reaching his goal, becoming the best there is.
b) Cesaro grabbing the brass ring.
c) Kalisto and Neville are descrived as dark horses.
d) Zayn and Owens take their rivalry a chapter beyond. Sami Zayn powerbombs Owens to a ladder to take back some bad blood.
e) Bubba Ray becoming a World Champion after so many years, even now that he's 44 years old. Bubba dominates the build-up, putting Neville and the Lucha Dragons through ladders and tables. He says that ladders and extreme has been feeding him for the last 20 years plus. He won't lose to some damn rookies.

Money In The Bank build-up: Rest of the Card​

Big Show vs Braun Strowman
Big Show says that Strowman is no good until he pins the original giant. Strowman accepts Big Show's challenge. At Money In The Bank it will now be a Pinfalls Only match. The build-up continues as the wars between Big Show and the League of Nations vs The Wyatt Family continue weekly. Strowman also beats Big Show in a Arm Wrestling match with much ease.

Demon Club vs New Day
At the Wrestling Classic, Kofi Kingston assisted Roman Reigns on taking the win. We learn on RAW that since the Usos rejected Roman, their rivals, the New Day agreed to join him, given also the close ties they have with their friend Sheamus. It's a New Day for the Authority and Roman Reigns!
The build-up is for 3 RAWs and various mind games happen during those 3 weeks.
The first week, while New Day have a match on RAW, a red mist appears from under the ring. New Day looks shocked. Suddently, Finn Balor appears behind Kofi Kingston and gives him a Bloody Sunday.
The second week, Big E. seems to be hallucitaning. He attacks Woods. Kofi tries to stop him and then realizes what's going on. This happens during a match with the Ascension, which gives them the victory.
On Smackdown before Money In The Bank, Finn Balor tries to drag the New Day to the abyss. The New Day escapes, however, Frantzesca 2.0, meets her end, as she is dragged down in the Abyss and is burnt with Hellfire.

Bray Wyatt vs Sheamus
This is basically a war between the Wyatt Family and the League of Nations. Bray Wyatt talks about coming from Purgatory to end Sheamus. He senses the fear in Sheamus.
The Wyatts abduct the members of the League of Nation, leaving just Sheamus alone. On Smackdown, 1 week before MITB, we learn that Albeerto Del Rio and Rusev managed to escpare, but they don't know were Barrett is.
On RAW before MITB 4 crosses are revealed. They are like the one Sheamus is wearing in his chain. The first 3 have the names of Alberto Del Rio, Rusev and Sheamus written. The last one has Wade Barrett on it, hanging. Sheamus drops to his knees, shocked in disbelief as Bray Wyatt is laughing in his chair.

As everyone thought that Styles had won, a man in a hooddie appears and hits Styles and the back with a steel chair and Styles falls from the ladder. The man is revealed as.. Samoa Joe! The match continues, Styles is once again on the ladder fighting with Owens. However he can't hold on this time and falls, as Owens becomes Mr. Money In The Bank.

Brock Lesnar vs Sheamus(c)​

RAW: we learn that the Beast is back and is in the building. Who will he go after? Sheamus or Orton?

Sheamus meets up with Orton backstage. Orton says that they had their differences in the past, but tonight, they should stick together against the maniac. Sheamus agrees.

At the end of the night, we see Sheamus, Orton, Barrett, Big Show, Del Rio and Rusev in the ring, waiting for Lesnar. The beast's music hits and a huge pop is heard from the crowd. The wrestlers in the ring all take their positions, ready to fight. Lesnar appears on the ramp and storms down on the ring. As soon as he enters he goes after Orton. The rest of them suddently leave. Orton screams "what the hell man!" as Sheamus marks with his hands "Not my problem bro". Lesnar takes Orton to Suplex City. However, during the beat-up, Sheamus attacks Lesnar unexpectedly with a Brouge Kick and scream to Lesnar's face: "I am your opponent fella! I am your opponent!" as RAW ends.

Next week Orton sends a message to Sheamus by costing Del Rio and Rusev their match, which also leads to a fallout between the two men.
Orton then attacks Sheamus and the two brawl.

On Smackdown it's announced that Randy Orton will serve as the special guest referee at Battleground.

On RAW Sheamus finds Orton and tells to him that he would have warned Orton about what was going to happen to him on RAW, but he says that it was something that he thought on the fly moments before the attack.
He says that it was the only way to tackle Brock down, due to the element of surprise. He asks Orton to be on his side at Battleground. Orton smirks, puts his hand on Sheamus' shoulder and says "You should have warned me man, as he walks away".

Next they're booked to a tag team match against Harper and Rowan. During the match, Orton RKOs Sheamus and lets Harper to make the pin. Orton picks up the mic and says: "Yeah, you should have warned me".

On RAW before Battleground, we have a contract signing between Sheamus and Lesnar with Orton as the surpervisor. This time Lesnar first ducks Orton out of the ring and then takes Sheamus and Barrett to Suplex City. However once again, Orton crawls in like a viper, and delivers an RKO to Lesnar, as he stands tall to end RAW.

Roman Reigns vs Finn Balor​

It's Roman Reigns vs Kane on RAW. The two of them trade fists back and forth. This match was made due to the fact that last night Kane chokeslammed Reigns from the top of a ladder through another ladder. Reigns won't forgive that so goes outside and grabs a steel chair and start beating up Kane, which leads to a DQ finish. Suddently the lights go red and Balor appears behind Reigns. The New Day storms to the ring and it's Reigns and them vs Kane and Balor. The Ascension also make their way to ring, it's 4-on-4, but the heels chicken out and leave. Reigns turn to the ring while he's on the ramp. Lights go out. When they're back up, Balor is behind Reigns on the ramp, New Day stand shocked, as Balor delivers a Bloody Sunday on Reigns on the ramp.

The coming weeks the following things happen:
1) We learn that Roman's wife was delivered a package which wrote "Roman rests here". When she opened it, she saw a skull and bones.
2) Finn talks about the hellfire that burnt Rome.
3) We learn that the Demon Club was raised from hell by Kane and came to the world of the living to end all suffering.
4) Kane chokeslams Roman through a table on the final RAW before Battleground.

Duddleys(c) vs Lucha Dragons​

Their feud takes as to Battleground. The Duddleys are the heels.

Cesaro(c) vs Rusev vs Del Rio​

Rusev enters the feud with Cesaro after some hard exchanges they had at Money In The Bank Ladder match. Del Rio asks Rusev for his spot, because Del Rio says he was competing in the World Champions only ladder match and is a former 4-time World Champion. Rusev denies. This leads to some heat being generated between the two. Cesaro enters the mix.

Dean Ambrose vs Kevin Owens​

RAW opens with Dean Ambrose who says that he's going to Summerslam and he's going to be the next WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Sheamus comes out and congratulates him on his victory. He entes the ring and the two have a staredown, when Owens' music hits. Owens asks why noone congratulates him on his victory. He mentions that he was in the main-event last night and participated in what could be the best match of the year, maybe even the decade. And he won. He says Sheamus should be afraid of him and then sticks up to Ambrose's face. He asks Dean to put his spot on the line, but Dean asks Owens to do the same. Owens then goes silent as Dean walks backstage.

Later that night Owens attacks Dean after his match and beats him down.

On Smackdown it's Owens vs Ambrose. The loser will have to place their briefcase (Summerslam spot or MITB) on the line at Battleground. Owens messes with Ambrose and spits on him, which makes Ambrose to lose his already short temper and beat up Owens causing a DQ vicory for Owens. It's official, the match at Battleground will be for Dean's #1 contendership.

On RAW we see Zayn returing, all relaxed and heat up and he says that tonight he's calling out Kevin Owens.
Zayn calls Owens out and Zayn says that he's sick of seeing Owens walking around with that briefcase. It makes him sick. Zayn says he's offering Owens a chance to get rid of him once and for all: Owens' briefcase vs Zayn's career, next week on RAW. Owens accepts and says that by the end of August, he's gonna be WWE Champion and have got rid of Zayn once and for all.

On Smackdown we get yet another brawl between Owens and Ambrose, after Owens costs Ambrose his match.

It's RAW time: Zayn vs Owens, career vs briefcase. The match is amazing and the crowd is behind it. The ref gets down. Owens grabs a steel chair and starts beating up Zayn. Que Dean Ambrose's music. Ambrose storms to the ring and hits Owens with multiple punches, he grabs the chair and hits Owens with it. He drops the chair out of the ring and pulls Zayn on top of Owens. He wakes up the referee. 1..2....3 Zayn wins! Owens is no longer Mr. Money In The Bank.

On RAW before Battleground, the announcers call Owens' match against Ambrose on Sunday a must-win, since if Owens end up losing that match as well, he will have nothing left.
Dean Ambrose cuts a promo and says: "That's what happens when you get greedy and you want everything.. you lose everything!" Owens storms to the ring as the two men enter a vicious brawl, only to be seperated by the personnel.

AJ Styles vs Samoa Joe​

Samoa Joe is on RAW. AJ Styles gets to his face. He wants answers. Joe is the reigning NXT champion at the time. Joe simply asks, why did you get to the main show right away while I had to sit to WWE's developmental for a year? That's actually the main reason for the attack.

Styles reminds Joe that he's unpinned and unsubmitted, that's why he is on the main roster.

The match is going to be non-title, as all Joe wants is to just beat Styles. Champion vs Champion. A battle to prove who's the better man. WWE recalls that these two men have wrestled many times in the past in the minor leagues, but they are now here. It's a feud born of hatred and jealously.

Crazy match. Various vignettes play during the match to distract Roman. A big brawl errupts at ringside with New Day and the Demon Club. Suddently, lights go out and a gong is heard.. IT'S THE UNDERTAKER!! The Undertaker clears the ring from the New Day, then turns and chokeslams.. Roman Reigns! He then lifts Roman up and delivers a Tombstone Piledriver!

7) Brock Lesnar def. Sheamus(c) via DQ [Singles match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship w/ Randy Orton as the special guest referee]
Lesnar is dominating the match. Sheamus gets some offense, but with no re****. Sheamus tries to cause a DQ with a low blow to Lesnar, but Orton does not disqualify him. Heyman yells why don't you call for the bell? Orton says "I'm giving your client a chance to win!" Since this is basically made a no dqs match, the entire League of Nations storm to the ring and start an attack on Lesnar. Lesnar disposes of them. Orton then lays an RKO to Lesnar, which is followed by a brouge kick by Sheamus. 1-2- Brock kicks out! Orton and Sheamus get the "now we're fucked" look on their faces. The heels all gang up on Lesnar. Paul Heyman passes a steel chair to Lesnar. It's Lesnar with a chair destroying everybody! He then F5s Orton, who crawls out of the ring and calls for the bell. DQ victory for Lesnar. Lesnar then delivers one more F5 to Sheamus and then searches for Orton, who is nowhere to be seen, as he has left the ring.

~RAW after Battleground~​

The show opens with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. The Game, who hasn't appeared for a while, is back on Monday Night RAW! Triple H says that he leaves for a while and things immediately get out of hand. He's back to address the situation and put things in place. He calls out the Great Authority.
First, Roman Reigns' music hits. Roman comes from the ramp, as the New Day follows him. He enters the ring and hugs Triple H.
Second, comes out Sheamus, with the League of Nations with him. He also enters the ring, carrying the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
Then Triple H, calls for one more guy. Someone that he took under his wing and turned him into a legend. It's none other than.. Seth Rollins! Rollins' music plays, crowd goes nuts at first. The crowd then sees that with him are the Big Show and JJ Security. That's when the boos begin. Rollins asks the crowd with a smarky smile "Why?". He enters the ring and hugs Triple H, Roman and Sheamus. Triple H says that this, is the full power of the Authority. He then mentions that he has suspended The Demon Finn Balor from appearing on the show, since Balor does not have a legit contract for the main roster of World Wrestling Entertainment. Loud boos from the crowd.
Sheamus first talks about Dean Ambrose and calls himself the greatest Irish fighter in the world, as he outlasted the Beast Brock Lesnar, not once, but twice.
Rollins then said, that he was sitting at home, waiting and waiting and waiting and he was watching what was going on and he couldn't stand it anymore. Once the doctors cleared him, he's back and kicking and he's here to show us the light with the truth, as the Alpha Jesus has come back home baby.
Then Roman picks the mic. Loud boos from the crowd. Roman says that tonight, he's whooping ass, The Undertaker's ass, and drops the mic.
Then the Great Authority raise hands as HHH's music "King of Kings" plays.

During the middle of the show, we see Paul Heyman infroming us that his client will be on RAW next week and he will bring judgement upon Randy Orton. Orton comes out to confront Paul Heyman. He says that he's not afraid of Brock Lesnar. Heyman recalls that all Orton has been doing is running everytime he sees Lesnar. He says that Orton does not even has the guts to hit him (Heyman), because he's afraid of what his client and friend will do to him. Orton starts to get nervous. Heyman thwn asks Orton if he's getting on top of his girlfriend or if he just bends over for her. Orton starts getting furious and reminds Heyman that he has a very short temper. Heyman says "Good. Because you're gonna need it, when Brock Lesnar makes you his bitch". That's when Orton loses it and punches Heyman. He then starts a beat down on Heyman who is helpless. However Orton stops the beat down and leaves, full in regret for what might follow.

Main event segment time. Dean Ambrose is in the ring. He says that he and Sheamus have some open bussiness and says that he won't wait until Summerslam and calls out Sheamus. Sheamus answers the call. Dean Ambrose provokes Sheamus to enter the ring. Sheamus enters cautiously and then two start trading blows. The LON runs down and attack Dean Ambrose. Dean disposes of them but they take him down anyways. Bray Wyatt's music hits. The Wyatts enter the ring and fight with the LON. Then Rollins' music hits! Rollins storms to the ring with JJ Sec and Big Show! It's mayhem. Then the hellfire goes out and we see Kane, Balor and the Ascension, the Demon Club, as they make their way from the crowd! The fight rages on! Then Roman's music plays! He comes down the ramp with New Day and HHH! The heels take the advantage as and the fight rages on all over the place!
A mysterious and scary vignette plays on the titantron. It shows little girls, talking about the Apocalypse and the rise of the united army of humans, demons and the dead. They talk about a tormented soul, the soul is here on RAW! Could it be? A gong is heard! Yes! The Deadman is on RAW, the Undertaker appears on the ramp! He walks down the ring. First the New Day attacks him, but he takes them down! Then the LON and JJ Sec! Then he gives a big boot to Big Show! Mainwhile Sheamus is beating up Ambrose on the ring with HHH screaming at The Undertaker "I am better than you! I am bigger than you! You're no legend deadman!". Then he exits the ring and goes up against Taker, only to receive a chokeslam on the ramp. Mainwhile Sheamus and Ambrose take the battle on the outside, on the announcer's tables side. It's Reigns in the ring, with Balor and Bray behind him on the corners, as the Demon Club and the Wyatts are outside fighting the rest to the back, while HHH is laying down from the chokeslam.
Taker enters the ring, and Reigns immediately takes him down. The two start a vicious brawl. Undertaker gets the best of him and gives him a Last Ride! Then he lifts him up for a Tombstone! In the meantime, Ambrose beats up Sheamus, clears of the announcer's table, and sets Sheamus for a Dirty Deeds on it! Ambrose and Undertaker deliver their finishers at the same time! RAW ends with Bray, Balor and Taker in the ring posing and Undertaker's music plays, while Ambrose is up on the top rope, lifting the WWE Championship.

Finn Balor vs Chris Jericho

At NXT before Battleground, we learn that Chris Jericho is here. Jericho appears in front of the NXT crowd, cuts and promo and then wrestles in a match.

Next week we are informed by Triple H on RAW, that Balor has been sent back to NXT, because he has not signed a contract yet. At NXT, Jericho is once again part of the show. Fans are wondering why is Jericho wrestling on NXT?

Next week we see on RAW backstage Stephanie. She says: "Yes, we have to give him a contract". The speculation begins. Who is she refering to?
Jericho is once again on NXT that week. At the end of the match he grabs the microphone. He says that being here on NXT, is worse than taking a piss after releasing the catheter. So having said that, it's time for him to go back to the main league, as he was offered another lucrative contract by Stephanie McMahon.

Next week, on RAW. Chris Jericho is back! It's a contract signing segment, as we see Jericho, Steph and Triple H on the ring, ready to sign Jericho's new contract. That's when Ambrose's music hits. Ambrose gets to the ring and says that if he recalls correctly, he sent Jericho home 4 months ago, by making him say "I quit". So as long as he's around, Jericho cannot sign another contract. The two exchange some words and Ambrose grabs the contract and he's about to tear it up. That's when Sheamus' music hits who storms to the ring to take Ambrose out. Sheamus wants payback for what Dean has done to him over the past weeks. In the commotion, Triple H gets the contract from the floor and gives to Jericho to sign. As Chris gets to sign the contract suddently, the table catches fire and the contract burns up! Jericho is shocked. What the hell just happened? That's when Finn appears on the ramp, gets to his knees and raises his hands. The lights go red and Jericho gets a bloodbath! HHH calls for security, but as soon as the lights normal again, Finn is gone!
On Smackdown, Finn (from the titantron) challenges Jericho to a match at Summerslam, with the winner getting the contract. Jericho declines and says that he does not need to wrestle demons in order to get his contract! HHH will give it to him anyway.
As Smackdown ends and Jericho is about to get to his car, the car explodes! Jericho gets down to his knees as a kid appears behind him, with Balor's facepaint. The kid tells Jericho to accept the match or next time, he will be in the car.

On RAW we get a furious Jericho. Jericho says: "Alright you son of a bi#ch", I accept your match! That's when Finn appears behind Jericho and delivers a Bloody Sunday!
On Smackdown, we see Jericho with Itami (his former tag team partner), as he has Itami all tied up and beat up. Finn is the ring. Jericho says: "I got you now, didn't I?"

On RAW before Summerslam, Finn finds Itami in the ring, tied up. Itami says "It's a trap, go, go" as Jericho hits Balor from behind in the head with a steel pipe. Jericho continues the beating and then puts Balor on the Walls of Jericho. Referees get down to take Jericho from Balor, but the damage has already been done.

EDIT: Let's not forget about the current running feud between New Day and Demon Club. Both trios will be on the side of each of these wrestlers, at Summerslam!

Cesaro(c) vs Del Rio​

After the triple threat match at Battleground, Del Rio and Rusev gang up on Cesaro!

The next night on RAW it's a 2-on-1 Handicap match, Cesaro vs Del Rio & Rusev. The heels get the victory and once again a beat-up commerces.

At Smackdown, it's Cesaro vs Rusev (w/ Del Rio). Cesaro earns a hard fought victory, but once again after the match Del Rio and Cesaro continue the beat-up. The commendators say that this cannot go on any longer. That's when... Tyson Kidd's music hits! Tyson Kidd is back! After missing for a year, Tyson Kidd is back on the WWE. Kidd storms to the ring and helps Cesaro fight the heels.

On RAW next week, it's Tyson Kidd & Cesaro, the Brass Ring Club against Del Rio & Rusev, the two members of the League Of Nations. The match ends with a victory for the BRC.

On Smackdown, we get a rematch and it's announced that it will be Cesaro (w/ Kidd) vs Del Rio (w/ Rusev) at Summerslam.
The following weeks we get Kidd vs Rusev, Kidd vs Del Rio matches and Cesaro vs Rusev.

Del Rio talks about becoming champion once more, while Cesaro talks about reaching the brass ring. He wants to go down as the greatest IC Champion of all time.

Owens vs Zayn​

On RAW after Battleground, Owens hunts down Zayn and gives him the biggest beating of his life. Owens makes a deja-vu of the time he took Zayn out, as he powerbombs him 5-6 times on the outside of the ring and on the ramp and on the ring post and on the barricade. Zayn is carried out by doctors in critical condition. Owens screams "you took everything from me!".

On Smackdown Owens informs us that Sami Zayn will be gone for a long time, so the fans better swallow it.
Mainwhile the MITB briefcase is going back to Owens.

Next week it's Owens wrestling in a match. Owens immiatates Zayn during the match, making fun of his moves and panders with the crowd, saying that Zayn in never coming back!

Next week on RAW, Owens holds a tribute to Sami Zayn's career. He saw us videos about how Zayn was El Generico, he saw us what Zayn accomplished outside the WWE. Then Owens shows us videos of his accomplishments, which far outweights Zayn's. He then shows us footage about how Owens took out Zayn, twice and put an end to his career. Then Owens holds an 1-minute silence in tribute for Zayn.
That's when Zayn appears on the titantron. Owens is shocked at first. He asks Zayn what the hell he wants. Zayn tells Owens that the doctors have made a return timetable for him. He says "I'm coming back.. let's see.. what about Summerslam? Yeah, I think Summerslam was the date!". Owens smiles in the ring and says that he's on! It's him vs Zayn for Summerslam. Backstage Owens is informed by Stephanie McMahon that this is going to be an all out Street Fight.

On RAW before Summerslam, Zayn is back! Owens is in the ring and tells Zayn to bring it. Zayn gets in the ring, decimates Owens and throws him out of the ring! Owens is totally wasted! The two exchange some harsh words, as Owens leaves to the back.

Lesnar vs Orton​

The week after the attack Orton's attack on Heyman, Lesnar is back on RAW. Lesnar chases Orton in and aout of the ring. The two men brawl, but Orton has no luck against the Beast, Lesnar gives Orton a suplex and Orton slides out of the ring and escpares through the crowd. Lesnar is in the ring looking at Orton furious, while Orton is on top of the stairs, wondering what he will do for Brock Lesnar.
Next we see Lesnar backstage to warn Heyman to stay away from Orton, because Orton will become can become dangerous.

Next week on RAW, we learn that Randy Orton has taken "protective measures" against Brock Lesnar, meaning that Lesnar cannot touch Orton until their match at Summerslam. If he does, then Lesnar will be restricted for any wrestling or fighting activities for 3 years.
Hayman comes out and responds by saying that it does not matter, because even if it is now, even if it is Summerslam, Randy Orton will enter Suplex City a wrestler, but will leave in a wheel chair heading for the retirement home. Orton says it may not matter to his client, but it will matter to Paul Heyman as he delivers an RKO to Heyman. Orton then goes to the corner and kicks Heyman with the Punt Kick! Orton then looks down on Heyman and walks away with his head high, as doctors tend to Paul Heyman.

Next week Orton reveals why he attacked Lesnar and Paul Heyman.
Back in 2002, a kid made his name by beating the likes of Ric Flair, Rock and Undertaker. Legends of wrestling. That kid was Brock Lesnar. Then in 2003, the most gifted wrestler debuted and made his name by beating other legends. He was the legend killer.
Then back in 2004, Orton broke Lesnar's record as the youngest World Champion in the history of the WWE. After that, Orton went on to become a 12-time World Champion while Lesnar was rejected at NFL and then tried his luck in the UFC. He says that Lesnar left the WWE because he was afraid of the competition that was coming. He was afraid of Orton. Then, he gets his ass handed to him in the UFC and comes back to the WWE and the people have forgotten all about the man who shit in their faces, took their money and left! And people worship that man! "Even though my accomplishments outweight Brock's 4 times over, he was picked by the Undertaker at Wrestlemania 30, he was picked by the Authority in 2014. Orton is sick and tired of the fake legend of Brock Lesnar. Orton says that he's in the bussiness because he loves it, it's in his blood. Lesnar is here for the money.

On Smackdown that week, Orton is in the ring, with security around him. Lesnar's music hits as Lesnar walks down the ramp. Lesnar gets to Orton's face as security holds him back. Orton is not afraid anymore. Orton mocks Lesnar and recalls punting Paul Heyman in the skull. Lesnar looks at him furious. He pushes the security guards around as more security comes down to hold him. Orton is taking backsteps around the ring, while Lesnar is coming torwards him. Orton then slaps Lesnar and immediately leaves the ring. Lesnar goes berserk! He tries to catch Orton. Lesnar unleashes hell on the security! It's mayhem! Lesnar beats the crap out of 10-15 security men and then stays put to be arrested. As Lesnar leaves, he stares at Orton and says "I'll kill you at Summerslam! I'll kill you!" Orton smiles, as looks back at Lesnar as the security escort him out.

On RAW before Summerslam, after Orton's match, Heyman appears on the titantron. Heyman first says that Orton kicks like a little girl. Heyman informs the crowd and Orton that his client will be at Summerslam and he's bringing hell with him. Heyman then says that he will too, be at Summerslam, to watch Orton's destruction from a first row.
