Kozlov/Ezekiel Discussion

I’m thinking Kozlov and Jackson would be great in a Stable led by Regal. I’d even add Sheamus as a forth, maybe even add Paul and Katie Lea. This could be what ECW needs to “freshen” up the Land of Extreme a bit. This also could prompt a new Title or two for Tuesday Nights. Now let's see, what is a good name for this International team?? Hmmmm...

While I was upset at first that they didn't keep Zeke face, this leads to an interesting stable idea. I would have preferred a powerhouse showdown with a good Zeke, but as a stable or team, there are many possibilities. They could even add in more wrestlers and become a dominant heel faction, running roughshod over ECW, until The Hurricane or another big face saves the day.

A few weeks ago I said in a post I created that Eziekel and Koslov would make a great tag team, but I never though wwe would decide to do it since usually when they have good ideas, they tend to go with the same tried and tested ideas that they know won't fail.

When I saw ecw on tues, and at the end they became part of regal's stable or whatever they decide to call it, I was super shocked that wwe decided to actually decide to make a new storyline, since I am so used to seeing the same old from them, and that my idea came to fruitition

I think this will be a rivalry similar to Khali vs Kane, two big guys just going at it, eventually this might turn into a match that could be put on a PPV (Doubt It), but you never know.

Or option two would be to Tag them up together, that would be interesting, those two together would be very dominant.

Ok I admit I'm intrigued. This idea of a stable with Regal, Kozlov, and Zeke may just work out. I really hope they have some long term plans for this, because it could get interesting. My only real question, who exactly is going to be their opposition? We got Christian and Dreamer more than likely, but realistically they can't do it on their own. Who would be the third guy? Hurricane? Yoshi? Maybe Benjamin? Regardless, I am totally drawn in. I want to see this angle through, and hopefully it pays off.

personaly i think it would be great having Kozlov, Regal and Zeke in a stable. regal could have the ECW title and Zeke and Kozlov could have the tag team titles

Ok have these 2 guys dominate the entire ECW roster and then finally let them fight eachother. These 2 big men could replace some of the bigger men when they leave. I know Vince is going smaller with his superstars, but as far as big men go, these 2 would be perfect big man heels. Jackson also has that look where he could be a face big man. Kozlov I could see face if he just runs in and slams everyone just because the fans would love to see the smaller guy get destroyed.

Let them face off, but not on PPV. These 2 are nowhere near ready to face off in a PPV level type of match.

The thing is, is an "international" stable is already being done by TNA, so I don't think they'll go down that route specifically. Having watched ECW I can see a potential tag team between the two, which would be quite good, but ultimately I'm not sure if there will be room for it with the way tag team wrestling is going.

Personally, I feel they have missed a trick. Jackson, whilst essentially doing something heelish had USA chants. That is a good thing. A feud with Kozlov could have got him over really well, and ultimately could have made him a real top 3 or 4 wrestler on ECW, and potentially the number 2 face. Instead, he joins a large chapter of heel power wrestlers, which is actually making ECW rather unbalanced. A rash decision for a short term gain, in my opinion.
