Ken Shamrock to Return? *Merged*

You say in the same post "I'm sure he can still go" and "He's Washed up" which is it? I dont watch UFC and didnt see him in TNA, but I stand by what I said, if he can still go, what he did in UFC doesnt mean anything when coming to the WWE. Personally I enjoyed his gimmick, he was an Iceman that lost it when provoked by someone, at least it was original. I'm not saying bring him in and have him win the World Title, I'm saying he would make a useful addition to the roster, if only for the same sort of purposes we see Finlay, to help get other Wrestlers over. He would fit perfectly on Smackdown.

Shamrock to the WWE would definately be a bigger deal than Angle's TNA debut.

Despite how much I am against Angle's transfer to TNA decission, I have much respect for the man. There's a point where we could hate a charecter, but literally hate the man is dumb. He devoted his life for years. No, Angle DID NOT devote us all his talent, he devoted HIS LIFE for the fans.

But on the other hand, I strongly feal Shamrock to the WWE would be better. Shamrock older. He's had more experience. He's more mature. He'd do the work if needed. He won't explode if he doesn't get what he wants. Shamrock is a professional in the ring as well as when it comes to business. But overall, he's a great athlete. I feel his income to the WWE would cover Angle's old hole in the WWE and Shamrock would expand that old spot Angle once had.

I disagree. In the world of wrestling, Angle is a much bigger name. After all, he is one of the most decorated champions in WWE history and an olympic champion. Shamrock would still be pretty big but let's be honest, he didn't leave UFC on a high.

you guys are all crazy...Shamrock is a has-been ...getting annhilated by Ortiz in the 1st rd. 3 fights in a row washed away what little cred he had left, but that's my opinion...now, if McMahon managed to sign Ortiz to a deal, that would be something to get excited about...

Flash back to a decade ago, when Shamrock was at his peak, and he would've beaten, or put up a great match, with Ortiz...no question. He dominated back then, but now, age is catching up. He could compete in the WWE, but not be as great in UFC or any other kind of MMA.

Shamrock would be a vaulable addition for WWE, from the perspective of teaching their young stars the values of toughness andold school discipline... much as Finlay is doing for the smackdown roster... I feel he would be a better fit on RAW where he could work with guys like Nitro, Carlito, and more importantly Shelton... Shamrock is the feud that could put Shelton over the top and into the main event permanently... WWE is hiring some solid guys... They should pursue Shamrock at any cost right now...while his name still means something.

Now that I think about it...a Shelton Benjamin/Shamrock feud would be one of the best in a while. Think of the great matches they would put up.

The rock beat him twice and he beat the rock once but that was becuase the rock was distracted and ken got the roll up. This took place at king of the ring 1997.
