Is Foley leaving/getting fired as GM?

Where is Kane?

Probably yeah. He needs a hip replacement.

Semi-retirement.

Rate the implausibility; Lesnar beats Goldberg and holds the Universal Title for a year. He defends at WrestleMania 33, in New Orleans mind you, against the Undertaker. Taker gets his win back in the very city where the streak ended.

Highly, highly unlikely.

Well he already beat Big Show so it's not the worst issue in the world. Then again, Strowman lost a lot in that REigns match so I wouldn't be worried.

Given you said he lost alot, wouldn't it have made infinitely more sense to have Braun in a rematch with Reigns which would have led to the ending that should have been at Fast Lane, with Taker interference leading to Braun pinning Roman?

Would have been the perfect way to kick off Taker-Roman whilst leaving 'unfinished business' between Roman and Strowman for some point in the future.

It would have made sense with Braun beating him via interference at Fastlane and gone from there. But then again that would make it seem like Reigns wasn't a superhero.

On a scale of 1 to 10, what is your current excitement level for WM?

7. For the week as a whole, 10.

I defend Roman Reigns a lot because I think he's hated for no solid reason (good, charismatic, worker, and average talker). However, it's clear he isn't what they want him to be and never will be. I can't imagine he's moving Cena-level merchandise, so why do you believe they refuse to just scrap it? With Cena, you could always rely on the children supporting him, but I don't think the same is true with Reigns. Do they really believe they can still get this guy over as a top face? The whole thing is baffling to me, despite the fact that I think he's pretty damn good.

Not expecting some mind-blowing answer here, just curious what you think.

I've already resigned to the fact that it's highly unlikely he turns heel on Taker. :disappointed:

Yep. It's not likely.

It really does come off as stubbornness. Word on the street is he wins the title at Summerslam (in freaking BROOKLYN) because THIS TIME FOR SURE! It's basically WWE deciding that this is what they're doing whether the fans want to see it or not.

I'm watching Razor Vs Bret for the WWE title and I remember reading in your History of the Rumble that this was Ramon's only shot at the big one.

One of the more charismatic, better in ring workers and someone that can get the people to love or hate him depending on the storyline.

In a WWE where there is only a handful of people who were legit main eventers and they need all the help they can get why did he only get a single WWE title match before he left for WCW? I have to think a Title feud betwen him and whoever is champion would have made good money for Vince and would have gotten more people watching

Chances of Wyatt retaining at Wrestlemania?

Should he?

30%

Absolutely.

Partially because it was a period where Vince was busy trying to stay out of jail and partially because Ramon had some substance issues that kept him from being the most reliable guy.

Well, he won last year. He also won against Wyatt (I think it was at SummerSlam a couple of years back).

Also, Enzo-Cass to win at Mania and get attacked by Revival the next night?

Don't forget Ziggler at some PPV before he left last time. Then the next night on Raw he lost a match (to Ziggler) that made him leave WWE.

So it wouldn't surprise me at all. I'd guess something like Jericho wins a non title match at WM, so Owens challenges him to a title match the next night on Raw and he takes the title off him.

Oh, without doubt. Just saying, that they had a clear second chance given Braun said Roman was lucky. It would have allowed them perfect 50-50 booking which made both guys look strong whilst allowing the Taker-Roman to start and Braun to move on in a logical manner instead of being a chump.

When was the last time the United States Title had a featured match on Mania? Not counting like Pre show or anything which was Sheamus vs Bryan...I think.

So... even after all the build-up of Wyatt-Orton as the Mania Main Event and Goldberg-Lesnar as just the Universal title match, they are still going to go with the latter as the final match?
Any chance Roman-Taker ends up being the last match on the card to keep both brand titles equal a la SummerSlam?

Charlotte Flair to be a 10 time Women's Champion or Daniel Bryan wrestling outside of WWE. Fast forward a year and a half, which one you going with if you had to put money on it?

2 mins or 20 mins. I dont see any outcome of Brock Lesnar vs Bill Goldberg being in any way intriguing enough that its ending will be memorable the night after.
At least Wyatt-Orton or Roman-Taker could provide a suitable talking point going forward, heck, the Cena mixed tag wouldn't be a bad option either, come to think of it.
