Reigns doesn't even have to win the match. The overwhelming cheers from Taker winning could be the final straw for Reigns. With the streak already being broken, it's not like Reigns winning really would mean that much. He could win, either by a heel move or, which I would prefer, win clean but be so upset by the boos after that he destroys Taker. Thoughts?

Good point, as I'm sure he's going to get booed plenty during the match while he's still playing a face anyway. Are you suggesting that his heel turn might draw a few cheers, or just the amount of heat it will invoke?

Both actually.

Are you going to re-review the 2016 Rumble?

Yeah I've already done it. I just forgot to post it yesterday. It'll be up tonight.

Do you think Austins rumble win record will be beaten?

Beaten? That's a bit much. Tied probably though.

Surely WWE didn't think Reigns would get cheered at #30 last night, right? At this point, I think they're either turning him heel or intentionally trying to get him booed while he's still face. There's just no way they honestly thought Reigns would get cheered.

So after HHH's promo last night and Rollins lack of remorse for his actions till now. Tell me again, why I should root for Seth Rollins as babyface in this feud in terms of the story being told?

I'd rather he turn full heel during the match. Just to see the reaction.

After being booed vs HHH and even Rusev in the past yr, and given the clear troll job at the rumble with Reigns at #30, surely WWE will finally pull the trigger on Reigns.

Personally, I got lots of satisfaction seeing Reigns tossing Taker and then being clearly heelish when going after Y2J. Ntm, last night Reigns came in, cleaned house and left which is the perfect way to use him.

I was re-watching the Rumble last night... and as crazy as it sounds... but considering how desperate they are...

Considering Goldberg was the most over guy in the Rumble match, do you think they expected Taker to get some heel heat for eliminating him? And then therefore expected Reigns to get some cheers for eliminating Taker?

So...Rollins and Balor vs. Joe and HHH at Mania?

I'd prefer it to HHH vs. Rollins, which I have next to no interest in seeing.

Because he's against HHH and HHH is the greatest heel of all time or something.

Yep. Smaller doses are better with him, which was a major issue for him over the years.

Nah. Undertaker is bulletproof in that regard. They knew they would be safe in that regard.

The Rumble is going back to Philly next year, does this company remember what happened last time the Rumble was in Philly?

Nope. They just see a major market and go with it. Hence why Kentucky hasn't had a show in going on 11 years.

Did I miss when everyone jumped on the Braun Strowman bandwagon? I'm on it and it seems like a bunch of people are into the big man these days. Is it his fresh haircut he has now or what? I have no wish to see him wrestle 20 minute long matches but a good few minutes of him wrecking some smaller dude is fine by me.
